Toyota — complaint against dsk motors pvt ltd for poor service

I am speaking on behalf of lexicon group of institutes registered office 6 aga nagar society, pune nagar road pune-411014.
Our company is your valued customer having etios, innova and fortuner cars purchased from the dealer m/s dsk motors ltd, hadapsar road, pune.
However, lately, the dealer has started avoiding customers. Whenever we wish to get our vehicles serviced the dealing officer turns our person back with an excuse that they do not have sufficient man power. We had intended to purcahse one fortuner (Automatic) in the month of april 2017 and had handed over a cheque of rs 100000/- to the represenative of dsk motors but the cheque was sent back to us with an alibi that the dealer has stopped booking the new vehicles for the time being.
Since there is no other dealer in the vicinity of our location, we are facing hardships in getting our existing vehcles serviced besides having no other dealer in vicinity from where we could purchase new vehicle.
Needless to say that ever since dsk motors have started avoiding its customers like ours, the faith we have been bestowing upon toyota brand has started getting eroded.
Please remeber that in today's world "customer is the king". There are thousand and one other options available with us and it wont take even a day for us to switch our loyalty to other brands which assure stateof the craft service to us.
However, keeping in view that we are having a long association with your brand we still wish that you will resolve our griavnces and advise the dealer m/s dsk motors ltd to make its service centre available for servicing our vehicles. The dealer may also be advised not to defer booking of new vehicle at its whims and fancies.
