Toyota — Delay in Delivery of the car

You have been a reputed company and I admire that.
I have been a customer of of Maruti from last 10-15 years but for the first time I planned to move to Toyota as I have to purchase a new car. So I booked Hyryder E model in the month of July from Uttam Toyota – Noida.
Attached is the booking receipt for your reference. I was promised (verbally) to deliver the car before the year 2022 end. I requested them to deliver the car to me in October/November month on the occasion of Diwali and "they will try" was the reply (you can see in booking receipt.
But as of now dated December 27th 2022, I have not heard any single word from the dealer and based on the communication from the dealer - I dont think they are going to deliver the car to me anytime soon because they are busy & interested in catering their own personal customer where they see their personal benefit.
If that is the case, I would like to move my feet away from Toyota because of poor coordination from the dealer as it is very dissatisfactory experience of mine.

I have also heard that the dealer has already started the delivering of the car (Hyryder E model) but to those only who are offering any premium amount or to their personal known customers without any reference to date of booking by the customer.
Because this is my first car with Toyota, I don’t have any reference in Toyota with any dealer.

I see daily videos / updates on social media by many people in Noida who got the car (same model) even the booking was done later than me. That means dealers are delivering the cars but to those only where they find their personal interest.

It has been almost 6 months that I have been requesting dealer for the delivery of my car but now I have lost my patience and regretting too. I wish I would have booked another car (like Grand Vitara, Creta, XUV etc). I need the car in the month of January and I request you if you can please help to deliver my car in the month of January.

P.S: I have been a customer of Maruti/Nexa from last 15 years and I always have great dealing with them. But this time I did not booked Grand Vitara because I personally liked Hyryder (based on its looks).
I asked Maruti dealer in Noida “Had they delivered the booking done by customers in July?” and reply was “yes, all the bookings has already been delivered in the month of November/December and they are moving to booking received in August/September and the same will be catered before January ends.
I wish I would have booked Grand Vitara so that I could have received my car from them. If Toyota cannot deliver my car in January (after 6 months of booking), please let me know so that I can move to other brands (Nexa, Hyundai, Mahindra, Tata) because I have to have a car in the month of January at any cost. It’s tough for me to survive now without car.

Is there any chance if you can help me get my car in the month of January? I have my cheque (no loan) ready with me, just wanting for a call from the dealer.
Also seriously I want to stick to Hyryder only (that’s why I had not booked Grand Vitara).
Help me to get my car immediately. You may do the needful (maybe contact the dealer)
