My vehicle a Toyota Crysta Innova was sent for service on Sunday 9th April 2023. Vehicle registration number was DL8CAQ3008. I was not explained the estimate as the advisor (Ravi) fell ill and left for the day. Specific work like repairing the nozel of the wiper which I had asked for was not done, and neither was I informed that it was not done. I received a call from a Nitin who asked me to make a payment for 22 k. When I asked for the details he was extremely rude. I questioned the invoice as I saw. charge for 3 k for 1 lac km which was not told to me when I sent the vehicle for servicing. Neither could Nitin nor Rohit explain to me what these charges were for, other than the fact that they charge the same across India.

I am extremely unhappy the way the service was done and would not consider buying another Toyota vehicle if this is the level of service which is to be expected.

    Dear Team Toyota,

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment and utter frustration with the way you have handled the delivery of vehicles. It has been over five months since the launch of the vehicle, and yet you have failed to deliver to pre-booked customers like myself. It begs the question, why did you even launch the vehicle if you cannot meet the demand?

    I pre-booked the HYCROSS ZX(O) (Pearl white) back in October 2022, and yet I still have not received my vehicle. I booked at Ravindu on Victoria road in Karnataka, which is located near your plant. As a loyal customer and, it is appalling to see that you are giving preference to other states and influential people over your customers in Karnataka.

    It is unacceptable that you are delivering vehicles to highly influenced people and politicians while ignoring the needs of loyal customers like myself. As a company, you have failed to uphold your commitment to customer satisfaction, and it is disappointing to see the lack of professionalism in your delivery system.

    Furthermore, your booking priorities throughout PAN India are in disarray. It is shameful that customers who booked after me are receiving their vehicles before me, while I am still waiting for mine. It shows a lack of proper management and respect for customers who pre-booked your product.

    I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and streamline your delivery process. If you cannot fulfill pre-booked orders on time, then do not take bookings. Your failure to meet the needs of loyal customers like myself will only damage your reputation and credibility in the market.

It is very sorry to say that even after completing a long 9 months, your agency couldn't deliver the vehicle or to give a valid reason for the delay.       Your dealer in Ludhiana (Globe Toyota) are cheating Customers as Cars are sold to those whose give High Premium and those who have genuinely booked with them are put in waiting list for Months to year.. they have put Toyota Brand Value & customer's trust on Brand at Stake and Challeging Toyota car distribution policy

          Toyota Hyryder

          Hello Sir, I have booked toyoto Hyryder E varient on 13th Nov 2022 and committed to deliver in 3 month but till date not delivered. I have enquired with the dealer, there no proper update on that. They said they can't able to deliver on time. They don't have answer for when they can able to deliver the vehicle. It is disappointing to me. They said if you are not satisfied you can cancel the booking. We can't say when we can able to deliver....

          I purchase toyota glanza from jugiana last year in month August and due to some loan reason my car rc was delivered to me with finance bank nome kotak mahindra bank and i finance my car from toyota finance, they company employ gave me excuse that please pay 3500 as fees for rc ammendment and submit your old rc we will give you slip for new rc ammendment hand to hand and now its been 3 months i gave my rc to toyota jugiana and my car is thrash at home from last 7 month and still no response from jugiana toyota, daily same excuse sir call u in 2 days call you on this that and still i am waiting for there call .i decided to throw this car to toyota jugiana by this sunday last if my complaint will not resolve .i am fed up of excuses i am carring all recording with me about excuses and screenshot of payment given to them .

            car admitted in Sunny Toyota, Faizabad Road Lko on 14 February night by RSA.

            RSA charged 6500/- for his service, which should be free, Reimbursement require.

            even after 25 days car still not repaired, we are having losses in business and paying in taxi.
            Reimbursement of taxi expanses require,
            Service vehicle is required in replacement,
            if car is in major loss, new vehicle should be provided.

            Front Fender Sub assembly,
            Other Body Repair,

            I hv to use taxi for my works for last more than 5 months,
            spending approx 1k per day i.e. approx two lacs losses in hiring Taxi,
            6500/- paid to RSA for transportation of vehicle to Sunny Toyota LucknoW for accident place.

            You are requested to reimburse my losses and provide me new vehicle in replacement.
            I recently paid approx 16k in replacing the wiring of airbags at Uttam Toyota gzb, the wiring o[censored]SB port is also to be replaced, estimate given me of approx 16k, for last 6 maths I m unable to use my car, already i hv given my car for reapir in Toyota Service center, still it is not fully repaired, even after warranty they are charging repairing charges.

            I m suffering from mental harassment and my business loss .

            pls take urgent action to replace the car & reimburse my losses.

              I have imported my Toyota Highlander Hybrid 2022 from UAE to Azerbaijan, and have driven it 1600 km only when the engine has crashed. The official center in Baku has detected the breakage of the connecting rod in the engine. Despite the warranty, the official dealer asks the full payment of repair. my car is covered by the limited warranty and I think I can benefit in Azerbaijan (through official dealer) of the warranty on this car made in USA, sold in Dubai and imported in Azerbaijan

                I have booked an INNOVA CRYSTA ZX(O) AT on 25/07/2022 with their dealer M/s Coimbatore Anamallais Agencies Pvt Ltd. coimbatore-104, Tamil Nadu with booking receipt no 4161.

                On 30 Aug 2022 TKM has informed in press release stating the bookings of Innova crysta is stopped & also accepted to supply already booked vehicles with the dealers.

                To my surprise no booking allotments were made & upon enquiry dealer...

                  Toyota Executive fixed car in insurance but painted the front bumper charging me extra money when I explicitly told him not to. The extra charges paid he said were filing insurances (4500) - but when I called the insurance company they said the filing charges are only 1-2k. He also said the total amount I'm paying (6266) includes fixing of both lights outside of insurance. But one light was not fixed.

                  Basically outside of insurance he fixed what he wanted to and not what I wanted to and was paying for and then lied about the charges.

                  The paint on front bumper was also from the accident and should have anyways been covered by insurance.

                    I have booked Toyota Hyryder (Variant- neodrive, G, manual, Black colour) on 25th July 2022 from Rajesh toyota, Jaipur (Rajasthan) and I have not received any confirmation for delivery from the dealer yet. Dealer and their sales team is saying that they do not know even if they will get the vehicle in next 2-3 months as of 16 Feb'2022.

                    They are saying the delay is from Toyota which is not manufacturing any neodrive/mild hybrid vehicles.

                      False promise for car delivery

                      Have booked toyota hyryder base model with sharayu toyota Aurangabad on 4 Nov 2022 with commitment of car delivery in the month of Dec 2022. After confirmation of dealer I have booked the car till now I didn't get any clear answer for that.                         30 day refund for booking cancellation without prior notice

                        My innova crysta got delivered on 14 th November 2022, But dealer( Nippon Toyota, muvattupuzha, Kerala) gave me extended warranty 45 days less, ie only till September 2027. I am losing 45 days extended warranty evenafter payment of full amount for it. Dealers explanation is not satisfactory ( they are telling, it's regarding their some issues). I complained to Toyota, now 2 weeks passed... No resolution yet. This is the so called Toyota customer care. Pathetic ... My previous cars were from maruti... It was far better...

                          Hello Mr. Hemant Rastogi,

                          * Myself Manogaran Adilingam have availed loan services for my vehicle Toyota Etios VXD from the year 2017 to 2022.

                          * Recently my loan has got closed and I was waiting for the NOC but unfortunately i did not receive it. Upon calling the customer service of Toyota financial services they said i have pending cheque bounce charges and late payment charges.

                          * Auto Debit was enabled to my loan account and it was trying to take money from my account but i have made the payment manually as there is a problem in payment gateway everytime. As a genuine customer i have paid all the EMIs on time without fail and everytime whenever the agent visits my place i have paid excess amount to close the loan faster.
                          As my monthly due is INR 12, 260 but i have a extra amount of 740 in total i have paid INR 13, 000 for the past 2 years. It is not adjusted in my loan amount.

                          * Recently I contacted Toyota Financial Services customer care to waive off my extra charges as I'm planning to buy a new vehicle Toyota Fortuner Legender. But the way they responded is totally unacceptable and agent is just threatening me to pay the extra charges multiple times visiting my home.

                          I want you to kindly waive off my all extra charges as i have paid the EMIs on time to your agent.

                            Dear Toyota Kirloskar Motor

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that I had booked a Toyota Fortuner on 03-Dec-2021 through your authorised dealership Radha Krishna Toyota, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana by making an advance payment of 1, 00, 000/- INR. Post that there has been no response from the dealer team towards the delivery status or refund status. This dealership was active when I booked the vehicle. Later on 01-Jun-2022 the dealer has been terminated and ceases to be a dealer.

                            I had sent several mails to [protected]@toyota-kirloskar.co.in on 03-Jun-2022, 17-Jun-2022, 21-Nov-2022 and now It has been close to an year and still there s no update from Toyota Manufacturer end with respect to the settlement of customer advance booking for the vehicle booked with Radha Krishna Toyota which has been terminated. All supporting documents (advance receipt) for the same were also sent on mail for reference. I had also spoken to Toyota Territory Manager for Hyderabad area, Mr Vivek Patil ([protected]). Even he had first assured over phone immediate action on the same. Then after there is no response from him too. He refuses to pick the call.

                            I am surprised in spite of several follow-up, no one in your company is reverting with settlement over the same. The saying goes to treat customers as God. But here the experience is like treated as Dog.

                            I am looking for settlement in a smoother process rather than taking up the matter over court and press.
