Toyota — Horrible and pathetic service

It has been more than 3 days since i have launched a complaint with toyota. Still no response. I would get better service from a roadside vendor. I feel like i am being scammed by toyota. I am not able to use my car for more than 2 months due issues in the car and on top of it toyota dealers in pune are not giving any appointment for servicing. Toyota should shut down the business in india if they can't provide service. Shamefull!!!
