Hello

I am paying for a service plan (R150.24) per month for 2 planned car services.. I took my car in at the toyota imperial dealer to be serviced when they told me that my vin number and vin number on innovation is not the same. I contacted innovation toyota about this, and where they got the incorrect vin number - they failed to assist me. They cannot even give me the recording of the day i verbally agreed to this contract!

Now i sit with a car that needs service, i am paying for but no one can assist. I now want all my money back and will be contacting my lawyer..

The service is horrible no customer service

    We have an innova crysta automatic
    Recently when we were driving to a hill station and when we were driving it down a steep area the ignition got turned off on its own and the car was fully inoperable and they brakes failed as well as the steering failed then we had to crash it on a tree for safety. How could the engine turn off coming down a steep! Need through and through investigation by innova service team and give us a confidence to us to drive the vehicle

    Pls do the needful!

      I am kapil sharma ([protected]) and owned itios liva my registered number is dl3c bd 6990 of diesel model from galaxy and this is about okhla workshop, i dropped my car at the workshop on 2nd may and it was first ever claim post accident. I was promised that i shall be given car positively by 10th lunch time. But when i called to confirm about delivery i was shocked to hear that they were not aware of my car delivery for that day as mr khan who was suppose to be taking care of my car has gone for training and the gm was hospitalised, so i was told that i shall be getting my car now on 11th may by 4 pm, i left my working place (Vasant kunj) at 2:30 so that i could be there by 3:30 and after reaching there i was escorted to sit in mr alok kumar cabin and he entertained very nicely and kept me busy with his polite and lovely nature.
      Not to forget that from 2nd to 10th i did not get even single phone call from workshop about my car status. But i happen to call taruna, khan and as many people as i could.
      So after having some time spent at mr alok i was taken to car as there were few things which i was told in my previous service to be changed, which happened to be just 10 days before i met with an accident and i had to send my car back to workshop as it was serviced very badly without being vacuumed and so on. I was shocked as it was around 5 pm on 11th may and my car was completely opened and there were no signs of any delivery so once again my delivery time and date got postponed and then that time i told your people over there that i don't want to keep any relationship with galaxy and therefore don't want to take smile package which i was keeping regularly since i got my car.
      So finally i was told that they will be delivering the car at my school before lunch hours. And it was again me who was calling to know whereabouts of my car and at 6 pm in the evening i got call from driver to know my school address when i already told mr alok that my school hours are till 3:30 and as i was scheduled to leave out of station on 13th and we were out to some function at habitat centre finally my car was delivered at 8:30 pm but story does not finishes here. My centre locking was not working and i was told by that driver that please use manually and we shall send someone tomorrow morning and he left. I was not even asked how i was supposed to be making payments luckily i was carrying cash otherwise would have been another chapter. So after that function when i was about to leave with my family i realised even door key was not working and it was my kid who entered from boot space to open the car with all wet seats, no music system working, no air conditioning working.
      After all this now they want me to take insurance from galaxy.
      No way i would strongly recommend big no as you are only valued till your warranty period after that in spite of taking extended warranty from galaxy a smile customer i got to face all this.

        Stop selling cars immediately!! Pathetic and horrible service experience with toyota. My car is not being serviced by your dealers in pune (Dsk toyota bavdhan) for last 4-5 months. Every time i get an appointment it is cancelled by the dealer closer to the date... Reason being lack of man-power or centre closed. This is most pathetic and careless experience i have ever had. I used to own a maruti before for many years and their service was always top class. I really regret moving from maruti to toyota... I will be spreading this feedback on social media and everywhere in the city so please don't get tricked into buying toyota ever again!!... For god's sake don't sell cars if you can't can't provide service!!!

            Iam using etios vehicle blorethese dealership people pressuring get videos of any comliant issues found while driving and they are negligence. With any register they tell we dont have any spare patrs stock and they answer that wait for 20days to 30 days. For new vehicles runned 50thousand kms. And compliant tkm and dealers many times no respond from twosides. Please take action

            Suddenly iwas facing with my etios headligt high beam switch and they answerd that they dont have that part in tkm and they no stock in japan unit and they told wait 20days please these is commecial vehicle on off road please part_ correct to dealers.if you are carless iwill lodge cosumer compliant .

              I am a toyota vios wum8112 customer at malaysia, my name chua here and my contact [protected]. I want log a complaints about your poor service center reservation system at section 19. I have booking an airbags replacement for my car since 2 week ago. Today 9/6/2017 i reached your service center, the the people only inform me out of stock for airbags. I on leave because to replacement it, but no stock. Why your customer service cannot contact me to inform early for reschedule. Waste my time, super bad service. I hope toyota look on it, if not, your will lose a lot of loyalty customers.

                As an owner of toyota innova since 2012. Buy the new innova crysta few months back because of the bullet proof reliability & stability of the vehicle. But till now the experience is not soo good, my new vehicle tyre brust & when i reached the dealership the service advisor told me that it cannot be claimed!! Under warranty!!
                Why it is happening with every 3rd innova crysta and the toyota india and is sleeping why you are not taking this issue seriously.
                This tyre brust issue can take lives of people.
                Toyota india is only responsible for the precious life of people who travel in this premium vehicle which is not reliable at all!!
                I paid my hard earned money to toyota for this unreliable & life threatening vehicle? Whose tyre can brust any moment it is an vehicle which is consuming lives of people on the road & toyota india is responsible for it

                Shame on you people!!! Shame!!!
                You are the cheaters!!! Thugs!!! Looted the hard earned money of people who trust in you and sale them this unreliable peice of junk toyota innova crysta
                Shameful!!!

                  Greetings!!!

                  I am writing this complaint with regret and frustration.in the month of sep 2015 i purchased the car liva @dl1rt6697. And also getting the three time free services. Now i want to compliant about the same as i service my car from toyota service center, the toyota staff always charging against free service which supposed to be free from the company and when i raise the question against the same they are saying this is the fixed charged if you want to do then it’s ok, or not the go somewhere else just because its commercial number i don’t think there is some changes for servicing the car because commercial and personal car differential only by the car numbers. But they are saying always it’s a commercial number you have to pay you have no choice about it.
                  Instead of that when i booked my car i received after two months delay for so many follow-ups with them. While i completed all the documentation and the required details for loans and etc and everything is perfectly done and they also approving that, against that i have a proof also get all the delays in that just because of a commercial number.
                  Apart for that i have taken the insurance also from them which they are offering to me and i blindly trust them that everything's will be done smoothly. But again the same scenario happen when i service my car or construct the same under the insurance policy i lose each and every benefits because at that time they are saying these features not in your insurance policy while i paid continuously and on time the installments. While they charged extra bugs for insurance as that i will get the benefits accordingly but i dint and they are saying your extra amount will be refunded asap. Still i have received the same from past two years they promised and committed for that to me.

                  As i service my car on 1st june they also taking too much of time on that and still as on date i haven't received my car and when i asking from them for the same they are saying if you get your car on time then clear the bills in cash then you will able to get your car otherwise not. And they charged me the paper file work etc. And giving me such bills with the fake charging.


                  Each and every time whenever i raising the question for the same they are poked and bother me. And also using the rash language to me.

                  The whole episode of servicing has become a nightmare and i am hugely dis-appointed with the customer services and their skill experience to service /repair car. Now i am so frustrated from them and requesting you to kindly consider above mentioned and do the needful.

                    You customer service located at Times Square Kota Kinabalu branch has provided me a super bad poor service. They gave me a very bad impression. The staff there is very unfriendly. They way they talk to customer is very impolite and impatient. I hope the management will take serious care on this matter. This really make me disappointed.

                      I had book a toyota fortuner from banaswadi nandi toyota but still i had not taken delivery of the car but i had paid 90% of amount to the car and the reason for not taking the car delivery is the manager (Vince) who work in the banaswadi nandi toyota, he asked for me a gift, i also gave him a watch (Worth of rs25000) and rs5000 cash, after taking the gift he told me that, he forced me to take the delivery of the car urgently and the car was back to the display serval times, i was stocked to hear this thing, and i had some medical problems because of that i delayed the delivery of my vehicle but the manager has spoken to my son in bad words and told that the car will be saled to someone els and u will not get a single rupee also, after hearing this i asked to the management to plz return my amount but there did not respond to my words or not even gave me a single respect as a customer and now the car is back to the display so what is the reason for paying 90% amount on car, still i am paying the emi of rs33600 for the car but the car is not in my name or i did not get any explanation for the management for the manager (Vince) behaviour throughout the customer, i don't know what to do for i didn't get my amount or the car, know the car is came for sale in showroom and even in online olso (Ka 03 mq 5966), i don't know what to do...

                        Since there is no service center in pune (Dsk toyota centres are closed), we have had a lot of inconvinience and had to do the service from a local garage. There was some oil issue found and the satara toyota service center agreed to look into it after 3 days of repeated request (Feels like they were the customers) we got it but the invoice given was more than 40000 and they blame us as the vehicle was done bfrom a local garage. Please look into this!

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I am writing this complaint with regret and frustration.
                          In the month of April, I sent my Camry, in perfect running condition, for regular servicing to Esprit Toyota, Noida service center and complained that right head not working and there was a small sound from under the car as if some bracket is loose or broken.
                          The engineer advised lots repairs along with new axle and rear suspension.
                          I was surprised at the repair suggestion but agreed to go ahead with repairs as I blindly trusted the engineer that it may be case of preventive maintenance. The total Bill paid was over 1.5 Lakhs

                          The unexpected wort is that They have ruined my Car. it is running very heavy, it drifts to left. Even braking reaction is slower. It feels I am driving a much older car.
                          I made complaints that the car is drifting to left. they took 2 full days to fix the wheel alignment without success, 2 days back I sent the car again, so far problem not addressed and no satisfactory answer. on top of it the engineer is suggesting further repairs to change the steering assy. My personal assessment is that it is not wheel alignment but faulty fixing of axle or wrong axle being fitted that is causing misalignment

                          The whole episode of servicing has become a nightmare and I am hugely dis-appointed with the customer services and their skill experience to service /repair cars like Camry

                            This is jagdish kamboj and i m loyal customer of toyota.

                            We have 2 etios and 1 fortunes in my family.
                            My etios car hr 24 p 7770 was accidental 20 days ago and i have given my car in body shop of malik toyota sirsa, haryana for repair. My car is insured by toyota company with full bumper to bumper cashless insurance. My car met with an accident with bull on road at night and car rear bumper and driver side was damaged. But manager of malik toyota, sirsa branch have broken the front bumper and he is not repairing rear bumper in insurance and they don't deal well even misbehave when we say them to repair car.

                            Sir pls help us for repairing of our car properly. I will be thankful to you

                              I have visited the show room on[protected]. I have got all the details about the vehicle and taken the test drive as well. I felt very comfortable and safety while driving. I have booked toyota etios platinum (Pearl white) high end version. And they committed me to deliver in 3 to 4 working days. So i booked the vehicle on same day and agreed to make the down payment of inr 3, 00, 000. But as per their words asked me to pay inr 25, 000.00 for booking and rest can pay after loan gets approved and same i have done the payment.
                              I have chosen toyota finance for loan for the rest of amount and submitted all the requested documents for the loan. They have done all the verification and told me that loan got approved on tuesday[protected] and committed to deliver on[protected]. But still they are telling verification not yet completed. I have asked what is pending from my side. They said that the moment they have visited my home it got locked which is completely false. Without visiting my home and simply giving wrong information. The toyota finance person name is azam. He is not at all giving proper information and no minimum respect while communicating. And also asst. Manager name is rajeshwari. G. S. She is also given false commitment regarding vehicle delivery. I am really got frustrated with the sales team and finance team.

                                But my rc not given on dat time. They told me dat rc will b send it to ur adress after one month but now its 29th may. Everyweek one or two times i called them for rc but wo mujhe fake commitments krte hai ki is week apko rc mil jaegi n d main problem is dat my car back bumper was damaged due to accident on road n icant give my car on insurance claim widout rc plzz sout out my problem as far as possible... When I went to get my car back I got to know that it met with an accident and one of your driver from your showroom was driving it. When I tried to talk to them they just refused to talk.                                     This is Shantanu and i am a loyal customer of toyota.

                                    We have 5 toyota in our family, from qualis to fortuner.
                                    I recently bought new etios liva from grand toyota meerut on[protected].

                                    1) I paid all the amount in advance by rtgs to them on 15-2-17 on the date which delivery was promised i went to take the delivery, they notified me that the discount which was promised wont be provided so if I want the car I will have to pay more 5 thousand or else cancel the car.

                                    2) But when i said i wont be giving more money apart from the amount mentioned in the quotation, they told me they will deliver your vehicle the next day on the same amount we promised. the next day they again said we are cancelling your car or else as pay another 5 thousand. as we were in a hurry i made that payment and took the car.

                                    3) After the delivery i got the temporary number all by my self and the permanent registration done as well.

                                    4) They took the money for the number plate and never provided the same.

                                    ON THE SERVICE PART

                                    I recently got my first service done and volume button of my stereo was missing after the service when i asked for it, they said there was no such button in your stereo.

                                    And once one of their executive called for the feedback, i told her all my problems to which she responded saying "I am calling from another branch of Grand toyota We are not concerned or responsible for your problems."

                                    It is not just about money which i paid to them but who treats their customers with such insincerity? I had a pathetic experience toyota this time. Really bad customer support. I expect you to take action so that the faith we have in your brand is not shaken.

                                      My name is Hitesh Anand owning Toyota Etios from past 7 years registration number is DL9C AA 1537 has given for repairing in Galaxy Toyota Motinagar Body Shop Delhi after a accidental case.

                                      I have given my car on 7/05/2017 for repairing after accident on road which is insured under United India Insurance and the same policy has been recommended by Toyota executive only assuring best of the services and prompt response and delivery.

                                      But I am sorry to say that my car got ready on 18/05/2017 and till date the body shop team is not able to deliver the vehicle to me. I have been requesting moti nagar team to hand over my car but their is some goo[censored]p happened from Insurance company which they not able to resolve till date.

                                      Please note I am the loyal Toyota customer and planning to buy my next car with Toyota only but this experience is giving very bad impression of Toyota commitment and delivery capabilities.

                                      I have been paying Rs.2000 daily on local cab for commuting to my office and feeling helpless now.

                                      Kindly look into this with the resolution and we are loosing trust in Toyota.

                                      Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      After putting my complaint I immediately received call from [protected] stating that he his Director of Toyota and the guy is asking for my bank card details to pay minimum amount and get the vehicle clear. I found that fraud and not shared the details.

                                        We have visited anamalais Toyota Trichy at 25.05.17. We have planned to buy Innova crysta. they said rupees 10, 500 for RTO and rupees 80, 000 for insurance. Only 6000 is used for RTO where is remaining amount. We have already purchased Innova at 2011 from the same anamalais Toyota Trichy. We have no claims for insurance so NTP is required but they have forced us to make payment for RTO and insurance fully without any concession.
