Toyota — Innova Hycross delay in delivering the car

Dear Team Toyota,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and utter frustration with the way you have handled the delivery of vehicles. It is going to be over five months since the booking of my vehicle, and yet you have failed to deliver the Car. It begs the question, why did you even launch the vehicle if you cannot meet the demand?

I booked the HYCROSS ZX(O) (Aghea Black) back in December 2022, and yet I still have not received my vehicle. I booked at Galaxy Toyota in Dwarka Sector-9 NEw Delhi. As a loyal customer it is appalling to see that you are giving preference to other influential people over your loyal customers.

It is unacceptable that you are delivering vehicles to highly influenced people and politicians while ignoring the needs of loyal customers like myself. As a company, you have failed to uphold your commitment to customer satisfaction, and it is disappointing to see the lack of professionalism in your delivery system.

Furthermore, your booking priorities throughout PAN India are in disarray. It is shameful that customers who booked after me are receiving their vehicles before me, while I am still waiting for mine. It shows a lack of proper management and respect for customers who pre-booked your product.

I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and streamline your delivery process. If you cannot fulfill pre-booked orders on time, then do not take bookings. Your failure to meet the needs of loyal customers like myself will only damage your reputation and credibility in the market.

I have also booked in 5 December 2022 and i agree there is some problem in delivery to the real or genuine bookings done. High level audit should happen by Toyota Japan as Toyota india have lost trust. I have booked in first week of launch or in dec 5, 2022 and my tentative date of delivery is May 2024. Almost 18 months if you are lucky to book in first week of launch. God knows who have booked in april before the booking got closed will even get in their lifetime.
I have booked HYCROSS ZX(O) (Aghea Black) on 29th November with one of the famous agents - Nippon Toyota in Kerala - Trivandrum. Not delivered the vehicle and no information on the expected date. This is really frustrating. I was using Innova earlier, now Crysta and Yaris. No value of being a loyal customer. Not providing any update or information is not an appropriate or appreciable method. Why TKM behaving like this? This poor customer service and activity packed some of the branded vehicles from India.
Yes they are selling there cars at premium under table money a lot if you are ready to pay then you can get delivery in 3 to 4 days max
I booked ZXO on 6th December but no delivery of car yet.I contacted to Toyota customer service but they gave bogus replies but delivery..they are selling there cars at premium under table money it's really frustrating
