Toyota — Poor service at Anamalais Toyota tirunelveli

Ever since the car was purchased I had tyre issue right from my first service. All my services has been done only at Toyotas delar in the above mentioned address. Not one service has gone without complaining on my tyre and the tyre plays a vital role from the kms where I started till now I have wobbling problem which ultimately affect the ride quality and the breaking efficiency which has many times put my life itself in danger.

Even after repeated complaints and arguments with service advisors and Mr Muthaiya (manager) and Mr perachiappan (customer relation) I could one get their arrogant replies and behaviors even after paying a hefty amount for the car.

During last service visit at the service station with a heated up argument the authorities of Anaamalais Toyota accepted its a pure negligence from their side and they will replace the tyre for which I accepted. After few days they started bargaining with the replacement of single tyre rather than 4 tyre but at some point I lost hope on the service station and after they have accepted their negligence and I dint understand in what logic they want to replace a single tyre when all the four typres got worn-out because of their negligence and why should we maintain the car with the Toyotas authorized service center when the don’t have the basic knowledge of tyre balancing and alignment. And now the reason for this mail is still the problem is not solved.

2 Tyre inspection record from tyre company where they clearly mentioned its not a manufacturing defect so the service station person should have done proper alignments and balancing

3 Last service bill where they gave tyre for free but even then I paid for balancing once more

I am looking forward atleast now the company with interfere and attend the customers grievance and if not I am going for legal aid and customer forums help .
