Dear Sir/Madam,

I have previously made a booking for a “Toyota Etios Liva GD” and would like to cancel it due to misleading of information regarding Discount & Insurance by Mr Pawan (Team leader of Harsha Toyota, L B Nagar Branch), He told me Insurance is optional i can get it with showroom or with any insurance company which are not partner with your showroom, after booking car and i went to pay rest of amount now he changed his word and tell thats we have to take insurance which showroom provide, if i get price half of amount in another insurance company with same features why should i take from your showroom and i was offered Rs 30, 000 discount before booking, now they told me we dont offer any discount. My booking number is “HY02B:1230”. Enclosed with this letter are copies of the booking details and the receipt for your reference.
I am not familiar with the cancellation process, so please advise me if I need to fill some form or if there is some other formality.
As i got misleading from your employer, please don’t charge cancellation charges, so I kindly ask you to refund my deposit in full.
Please revert back to me and confirm that my booking has been cancelled. I surely welcome a future opportunity to book one of your cars and I regret that this has happened as much as you do.

    Pls help me i have issue with toyota global automotive in egypt the official and certified service center in brief after 40000 km they change for me the oil for gearbox the qty is 1 kilo and after a while i hear sound coming from gearbox and i went to them to make check they told me front break and i still hearing the sound after check they told me rear break nothing is changed the sound was exit and change front and rear brakes and ball bearing they let me skip the warranty and they know clearly the main problem in which they are the main reason
    I have already made complain but nothing happens i, ll attached for u the official document that proof what happens and u will investigate the error but in the presence of me not from one side.
    Because after the last check they told me u can pay 6000$ for gearbox replacement. I can’t also imagine how come gearbox damage without any indication light of overheat in the car.

    So pls take quick action or i, ll try to fight in all social media to represent my issue to let large number of customers inside egypt and worldwide to know what happens

      My driver went to paragpur jalandhar showroom of toyota for 1st service of innova crysta where he made the complaint of boweling of vehicle on applying brakes. But i was informed that routers need grinding on which i informed the concerned person that vehicle has moved just 1500 kms & how can one expect such problem from such a reliable company & grinding is not the authenticated way. On my phonal argument & then my personal visit to showroom mr. Singh who claimed to be GM promised me to change the router after 3-4 days & mentioned on the invoice that i am refusing to get the routers grind or replace which appealed quite non ethical to me. Now the issue is that brakes are not the electrical part that can fail just at[protected] kms & how vague it appears that you are getting routers grinded on very 1st service. I do not want to keep my life at stake. Where is the inspection part of the vehicle? How could it happen? I now on a very serious note want the refund of vehicle as all the charm of driving has got converted into fear of loosing my life. So please help me out to get free of this issue.

        I am very surprised that Toyota car quality is very poor.
        First time i have purchase Toyota car Liva VD limited edition.
        I purchase the 4 month ago and after 15 days i start my car in morning and found ac not working. very surprising that ac suddenly stop working.then i go to 36 Toyota in Faridabad he said fuze is problem . I said why it is happen,
        They have no answer. now yesterday this problem is happen again he said water level is high for rainy season so that fuze problem again.
        he this is written in Toyota manual.
        i am very surprise that how validate his product.
        Every is saying rainy season please don't use AC.

          I purchased new toyoto fortuner before 6month rj18 ud1010
          Company said 3year or 1lakh km warnty but i have some problems in gear bos of car than i reach to company sarvice station to solve this problem my car drive only 30000km means it under warnty and this problem is manufacturing default but company worker said its not under warnty and charged me 51000thousand of bill
          I feel bad review of toyoto
          I advice to everyone dont purches any toyoto vehicle

They have scratched the car due to irresponsible serviced by unskilled staff .After showing the scratches they take the car in paint shop to get it repainted . Such a hopeless toyota dealership. Now i have planned to not to take the delivery of car and going to knock at the door of consumer forum

              Rear seat pvc lock broken

              This is my 3 rd complaint regarding my toyota etios first 2 compaints are not solved from toyota customur care this is my rear seat pvc lock is brocken rear seat is in perfect condition toyota service centre give estimate rs.8000 for this the whole seat changing is the solution for this. This is poor and bad quality manufacturing diffect. My car no is kl01- bd - 5319 from trivandrum kerala...

              My car RJ19CC2244 (Toyota Etios - GSP) was sent to M/s Rishi Toyota, Jodhpur for servicing (1, 00, 000 kms) on Monday 22/08/2016. The same was released by M/s Rishi Toyota on 23/08/2016. Since the car was sent through chauffer, upon receipt of the same at residence, it was found that car was not even washed & cleaned (neither inside nor outside). Undernamed enquired the same from the workshop & it was told that due to some electric fault, car could not be washed & cleaned on 23/08/2016. The concerned person assured to get the vehicle collected from my residence for washing on 26/08/2016.

              Its 15:00 right now & no one has reported for collecting the car. It is not possible for me to drive the car for another 50 kms (to & fro) because of the carelessness shown by the concerned service engineer. I have already paid for the services I haven’t received.

              It is requested to depute someone to collect the car by end of the day & get it washed/cleaned properly & deliver it back.

              Customer came to dealership on dated 6-Nov-2016 for pending washing concern.
              Resolve the customer complaint and issued a satisfaction note to dealership.

                I have sent my toyota innova after accident to Globe Toyota Ludhiana on 26.07.2016 for repair work.Its been almost a month following for the same.Daily i make a call and get the reply that ordered parts are not coming from Bangalore.Still Globe Toyota is not giving any date for the delivery of my Innova.I cant believe that Toyota management and work is so worst in India as no one has any imformation or updates regarding spare parts.I feel like being harassed when daily i get the reply from Globe Toyota Ludhiana that "We dont know when parts will be available as Bangalore office not giving any updates."
                Its really shameful for such a reputed company.Whoseover guilty, strict action should be taken against.I hope that senior officials take this seriously so no other customer gets harassed like me.

                  On 18.8.16, I placed my Etios at Anandapur workshop for battery problem. Aoutomated msg system confirm me to receive the same on 19.08.16. But unfortunately that was not delivered on that day. Now Mr. Roy told me to collect the same on 20.08.16. That was also not possible from ur end. Next was 21.8.16. Same problem again. Then I bound to purchase a new battery from workshop as Mr. Roy told me he will take another few days to change the battery despite having the warranty period.

                    Hi my name is dheeraj singla. I have bought a innova crysta dated 25/7/2016 from jalandhar. They said we have also sell insurance with toyota. I bought it at same time. Now my car goes to a claim process on date 16/8/2016. When my car is ready after 1 week the claim officer inform me that your insurance is not complete. I said what happen. He said there is an issue of form 62 b. I dont know about it. I confirm it from the claim officer. He said the officer who insured your car has not deposited payment yet. I was shocked. I talk to insurance officer mr. Sumit in a. N. R. Motors jalandhar. He said sorry to me and tell me i have complete your payment in just 15 mins. I said ok. I requested him so many times after that he is not answering me properly. 4 days later my car is now at claim center and insurance officer is not answering. Plz tell what can i do. I never insured my car with toyota.

                        Ref;01;reply to your mail "inconvenience faced by youref. No: tcm[protected] regarding your vehicle model fortuner with reg. No:cg04kv5826. For b&p related repair.".
                        02;our complaint made to mubin of toyota customer care on 20/08/16 on [protected] have been in vain and yielded no results till date.

                        We have clearly mentioned details of harassemeent caused by you and your team at harsha toyota, kurnool of above mentioned address;-pl note the below mentioned-
                        01. After inspection by surveyor mr. Nizamuddin and due discussion with your body shop personnel.-you have, mailed your quotation on 09/08/16. On 21/08/16, you have expressed to me that above mentioned surveyor has not given consent towards repair. You are further harassing us as you are aware that above mentioned is an accident repair case and apart from surveyor deputed by concerned insuarnce co, none have any right to ineterfere as this will further delay consent and will further raise obstructions by insurance company regarding unconcerned interference by car owner/representatives. It is shocking that toyota has taught its dealers this sort o[censored]nethical practices. It is your duty to co-ordinate with surveyor and subsequently issue supplemetary quotation and obtain consent rom surveyor. Nagaraj, personnel of body shop of above mentioned harasha toyota, kurnool confirmed to ethat hw will issue suplemetary estimate and asked me to pay advance of rs fifty thousand ony on 19/08/16 at 5 pm. When i enquired as to why hnagaraj did not intimate this details earlier to us, he kept quiet an had no word to utter.
                        01;is it not your duty to inform us regarding advance amount payable immediately after issual of quotation and cross checking with surveyor. As your personnel submitted claim form and quotation to insurance co after which surveyor was deputed, is it not your responsibility to issue supplementary quotation after obtaining consent for primary/first quotation issued by you. On 19/08/16 nagaraj discloses to me that you have not even touched the above mentioned fortuner and ha=ence hav enot issued any supplementary estimate. What have you done from 09/08/16 till 19/08/16, when you asked me to remit advance amount of rs 50, 000/-. Is it not harassing car owners by keeping quiet and delaying tactics.
                        Instead of accepting your wrong doing why are you further delaying.
                        02;on 21/08/16, i again from 19 to 21/08/16, repeatedly requested you to shift above mentioned fortuner car to harsha toyota in kothagudem, hyd. As i am confident that they will complete above mentioned repairers at the earliest. You have messaged me that you are not responsible to transport the car for which i asked you to contact towing service of toyota and as it is a grave lapse committed by you and team at "harsha toyota, (Ku01a), kurnool". For which you agreed to co-ordinate with your management of harsha toyota and revert to me at the earliest which has not happened til date. I also told you that you are spoiling my relationship and affinity /liing for toyota cars raand that i would never have met none at harsha toyota had it not been associated with toyota cars.
                        I finally request you to immediately correct grave lapses committed by you by shifting above mentioed fortner to harsh toyota, kothagudem, hyd, and the same will be attended and repairered in hyd. We have taken this decision as we have suffered very badly in hands of harsha toyota, kurnool and have had a miserable experience with below etioned persons-
                        01. Mr. Nagaraj.,
                        02;yourself-mr. Rajesh reddy, and
                        03. Mr. Krishna reddy and
                        We have failed to express though with all patience. You are intentionally misleading us by asking me to contact mr. Krishna reddy and stating that he heads kurnool branch and you mailed me that yu are head of "head customer relations, harsha toyota, (Ku01a), harsha auto enterprises pvt ltd..", kurnool.
                        We have no further note to add and re-re-repeatedly-re-request you to stop delaying above works with ulterior motive which is tarnishing toyota and harassing its customers by third party (Dealer-harsha toyota, kurnool) ineterfernce.
                        Pl do the needful. Failing which we will immediuately legal action.

                          This is in context to my company owned toyota etios liva car - g model (silver color) with reg no. mh 01 by 6760 purchased in june 2015 under the name of maa tv network ltd.

                          I have been charged 4661/- + taxes as applicable by (3175/- for labour & 1486/-) by toyota lakozy pvt ltd (vasai, workshop).

                          My toyota etios liva - g car is just year old & owned by maa tv network ltd. i really don't expect such kind of quality assurance from world no.1 car company. over & above i have been asked to bear the expense for which i am not at all liable.

                          Due to water leakage my car has been smelling very badly & entire interior has been affected due to the same. therefore, request to rectify the fault in the car & provide me the car as in earlier condition with proper interior work.

                          For whatsoever reason i am not liable for the fault that has cropped up due to water leakage. so, i will not bear any expense in regards to the fault that has occurred in the car nor the damage incurred to my car due to water leakage.

                          My car is currently at your workshop & the concerned person mr. amar rasal (cell no : [protected]) has sent me quotation which i refuse to pay.

                          Kindly settle my issue on urgent basis.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I am completely disheartened with the response i have got from toyota, i never expected this kind of service from such a huge brand.

                            1st instance - to start with, my vehicle (Ka01ae6913) met with accident at gokarna (Karnakata) at 02.06pm (On 14/08/2016), for which i launched a complaint for toeing the same at 02.30pm (On 14/08/2016) with complaint number - x[protected]ind. The toeing vehicle was coming from goa which is 134 km from my place. It normally takes 3-4 hours to cover this distance. Even after my continuous follow up with your team the toeing vehicle came at 11.30pm (On 14/08/2016). I had to wait for 9 hours on the middle of highway with my family, and for this the response from customer service was to wait till the driver arrives as they were alos not aware about the whereabouts of the toeing vehicle. It costed me rs. 5000/- extra as i had already booked a vehicle at 8.00pm, and the driver has to wait for 3.5 hours, for no fault of mine.

                            2nd instance - it was told to me that the vehicle will be toed to udupi, as it was the nearest service center available (United toyota), but it was never communicated that i again have to go and bring the vehicle back from udupi. As i explained the same to mr. Sailesh from united toyota, he told that he will start to service/repair the vehicle only after he gets confirmation that i will come and collect my vehicle. I requested and tried to console him, that i stay in bangalore which 400kms away from udupi, and i cannot come to collect my vehicle, please send the same to toyota dealership bangalore, but he was adamant and not ready to understand my problems.

                              Last month I had gone to give my Toyota Corolla Altis for service. It took 1 full day and the brake pads weren't changed. So I had to come an another day to get it changed
                              I understand that it takes a day or sometimes more to fix a car that's come for service.
                              However it is an irritating affair to leave my Toyota car for service as there is only 1 service centre in a 60 kilometer radius. Also the service centre is located in a remote location without any facilities nor accessible by public transport.
                              I wanted to buy an Etios Liva, but by looking at the hassle of leaving a Toyota for service I have decided to buy a Maruthi Swift as there are plenty of service centres in the city.

                                I purchased a fortuner car from galaxy toyota last weeki.e on 05.08.2016. The company assured us that the car comes with a security features and it can not be started without a key, if someone tries to enter the car door ajar warning will start . But today when we checked our car in morning it was not there, unfortunately it has been stolen in nigth i.e 12.08.2016. But in nigth the door ajar system doesnt work we dont know why.
                                It seems the company is misleading the consumer . If the toyota company is not making car with safety features than why it is misleading its consumer.

                                  Purchased a new innova crysta last month, few days back the brake fluid began leaking, therefore sent the vehicle to Ranchi service centre on 05/08/2016, the toyota representative said that spare parts are not available here and we have ordered the same and it will reach by 8th, so you can positively take delivery of vehicle on 8th, on 8th on enquiring we were again told that spare parts are in transit and will reach on 11th and definitely we shall provide the same on 11th. Again on calling back, the representative said that spare parts are not available and will reach us by 25th, by then you cannot take back your vehicle otherwise more problems can come up and then your warranty will lapse.
                                  Why is toyota selling cars if they dont have its spare parts in hand. Its rainy season and I am facing huge difficulties in travelling due to the same but toyota is hardly bothered for the same. They are not even ready to provide some alternative solution till the time being neither are returning my vehicle by making some makeshift arrangements so that i can use my vehicle till the time their spare parts are not available.
                                  Its a brand new car and i am suffering for no fault of mine.

                                    My etios cross has very low average below 11 km/l. On my second service i complaint about this to grand toyota dehradun, after what they took me on 100 km ride which took around 5 hours to complete because their driver drive the car upto 20 km/hr speed only. Even after that my average remain same i. E 11 km/l then they call me after few days that we had called our technician but the outputs are same. There is no responce and help given by toyota company on failure of their product and services.

                                      This complaint is against Topsel Toyota at 719, Anandapur, Kasba, Kolkata.I visited the showroom's Used Car section on 6th August, 2016 and spoke to Mr Suman Kumar Deb and saw an Etios V which was pretty much to my liking.
                                      I was asked to come over today(7th August) for a test drive of the car. Mr Deb said he will not be there and introduced me to and gave me the business card of the procurement officer Sourav Paul. I called Sourav at 2pm & he asked me to come over. Upon reaching the showroom with my family, Sourav Paul told me that no test drives happen on Sundays. More importantly, his approach and behaviour was extremely impolite and filled with ignorance.
                                      I asked Sourav to call Mr Deb which he did and came back to tell me that the car can't be taken out of the showoom premise & I could try it out inside the premise!
                                      This seemed absurd to me and I felt like I was being joked with!
                                      Upon calling Mr Deb myself, I was told the same thing. The shocking part was that it was the same man who told me to come less than 20 hours ago!
                                      I came to the ground floor & complained to the Asst.Manager and was completely ignored. Thus we walked out of the showroom
                                      I'm wondering whether the utter disrespect and high-handedness I received was because I went for a used car or is this the way Toyota treats its prospective customers?
