My car was submitted to millennium toyota, thane on 3/7/2018. Till date i have not received even a single line response from the company about what is the status of the car. First of all, the person who inspects the car writes a number on the form which he never picks up. On calling the company, it was informed that the number is different. This number is also not reachable. Somehow, when person is reached, he never gives required information. For last 15 - 20 days, i am calling to the same number periodically, but still i am not aware about status of my car. I request you to let me know at least when i will get the car or should i assume that i am not going to get the car back? I am really clueless. I understand that the parts may not be available. However, there is a way of communicating. This is a pathetic way of handling a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

Why have you not made a prius mini van as big as the one you have and burns 90 miles a gallon even if it was not 90 mpg any thing at 70 would be nice.
