Sir,
I handed over my vehicle in the showroom for insurance and 65000km servicing 1 month ago. But still the delivery of vehicle is pending. I tried to follow up daily but i receive the same answer that insurance report is not ready.
I am in urgent need of vehicle.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve this as early as possible.

1. Seat belt not working properly.
2. Steering air bag cover lid crack.
3. Gear knob swelled and wear out.

    I am old customer toyota i bought toyota innova in 2015 and than i bought toyota fortuner in 2017
    But unfortunately my second car i. E fortuner met with an accident on 11th march 2018 i felt little relaxed
    That have got my car insured from toyota only, and when i intimate my claim to insurance company that is
    Sbi general insurance they told me that my car is total loss so they ll pay me insured amount as it is not
    Repairable now i agreed to it and then they told me that my car has been purchased by some by one in accidental
    Condition and he ll pay sum amount of 18 lac and rest of amount ll be paid by insurance company to me
    This took lot of time till that my car was under the custody of globe toyota ludhiana and the day when insurance
    Company told me go dealership work shop where customer who bought car is coming there he ll give you sum amount
    Of 17 lac today and rest one lac when i ll provide him form 35 from bank and when i reached there and met customer
    And we went to see car we were shocked to see that many parts were misplace from car about all the interior like stereo
    Ac console and all buttons like 4*4 switch usb and many other of which detail is being attached, i was shocked to see
    The condition of car which i kept car there in dealers work shop with all my trust on toyota and some how higher authority
    Of globe toyota came in this matter and resolve by giving promise to give all missing parts in 10 days any how and
    Convinced buyer of accidental car to take car with him and globe toyota ll provide all parts at there place in gurgoan
    They gave all parts detail and promise to provide them in 10days on there letter head which i ll attach in this mail
    But as of now the matter is still not resolved its been approximately one month the whole parts are not been provided
    And the parts which have been provided are not new and there are many scratches on it so buyer have rejected to take
    All that parts i am attaching pictures of parts provided by buyer and globe toyota is not giving any appropriate answer
    About parts on which insurance company have stopped my balance amount of 7 lac approx, i am very much into stress
    Regarding this matter i make a humble request to toyota to enter in this matter and solve this as i am being victim for non of my mistake
    I have already booked new fortuner again by giving cheque of one lac to globe toyota ludhiana as i want this car again but
    This experience with toyota where i bought car and also got insured from toyota by paying more price than market but no one
    Is thinking about me neither globe toyota nor sbi general insurance

      My car is no up52 ah 7222, which is purchased from rajendra toyota gorakhpur, whose insuinity has also happened. After the cash lase car accidents, on 4th july, in the gorakhpur showroom, but till date the car is not being talked by the dealer. It is not clear from the insurance company that the car will not be available in a month. This service is not suitable. Please take care of this and give the car immediately.

        Dear sir,

        My vehicle Model is Innova Crysta, V model, Engine No - 2GDA052434, Kms Done - 30, 000 .Purchased From - WASAN TOYOTA, NASHIK Date of Purchase DEC-2016.

        I was travelling on Nashik Mumbai Express Highway at 3am Midnight on 5/7/2018 . At a normal speed breaker . I lost control of the vehicle and was about to collide very hard to the divider wall . After removing the the front rightside driver punchered tyre, it came to my notice that the whole Alloy wheel is cracked and broken in whole inner circumference and the tyre is cracked . Of which the video and pics are attached to mail .

        At 3am midnight, in heavy rains i was helpless due to the situation, even after calling the roadside assistance and giving my location, dint recieve any help or even a call to trace my location and help me out of it . I made it possible myself to replace the damage tyre and broken cracked alloy rim with stepni at 3:30am mid night in heavy rains on a Unkown highway location and managed to come to my home somehow .

        If i would have not controlled my vehicle, it would have turned to a major accident and i would have lost my life or done some major injuries .

        Is this the quality of Toyota on which we clients relay ... I bought Toyota Innova Crysta on the brand image Toyota has retained, and never accepted such quality issues . How can a rim crack in just normal situations ????

        I went to Wasan Toyota, and met Mr Shrikant, of Service dept, but after discussion, he in return, gave me answer that it is not the reponsibility of toyota to replace the damaged, cracked broken alloy wheel rim at just 30, 000 kms run and that too on a speed breaker where tyre cracked with out a puncher. And gave me a negative response by saying rim can crack in such situations ... Is this the output of our trust on Toyota Cars, where we by trusting on quality and brand image invest lacs of hard earned money buying Toyota MUV Innova Crysta .

        I demand a replacement of the damaged poor quality rim, and cracked tyre urgently . When the vehicle has just done 30, 000 kms and the vehicle is under warranty .

        I am a reputed Businessman from Nashik Kindly take serious and urgent actions, and keep the trust maintained by lacs of clients in Toyota on quality, after sales assistance and customer satisfaction .

          I bought Innova Crysta in the month of June and it has completed 11000kms and I’m complaining about tyre wobbling from past two service (5k and 10k) once they did disc braising after doing that also it’s not cleared Nandi Toyota service team don’t have solution about this issue, I asked them to change the disc they tell that after changing disc also it’s not going to be cleared. Dirty Toyota are good in selling but not in solving customer problems.because of this issue I’m afraid of taking my vehicle for highway. I feel like my car is not safe for highway because of this issue.

              Dear sir,
              I had my toyota car servicing done one month back . I already told the servicing desk that i am facing a problem in my car steering and clutch paddle wire . After the servicing was done and one month has passed i am having the same problem in my car and i am totally not satisfied with the car servicing done .I called them back again and i was told that the balancing machine is not working for last 1 month . I dont understand that how can a car be servised in such a situation when your tools are out of order and you are guarenting 100 per customer satisfaction . What would have happed if because of your negilency my family travelling in the car had met an accident due to its faulty steering . I really want to say that i am willing to sell my car and buy any other brand cars but not toyota . Specially in india .

                I purchased Toyota Crysta 2.4 V from Your dealer Globe Toyota situated at Ambala, Haryana on 12.07.2018. I found that charging points in my newly purchased car are not working which amounts to manufacturing defect in the car. Which caused not only the mental harassment to me but i suffered monetary loss due to my mobile phone could not be charged and i missed very important phone calls. It is very important to mention here that I am practicing as an Advocate at Punjab and Haryana High Court, chandigarh With enrolment on Bar council of Punjab and Haryana, Chandangarh thus every person contacting to me has very important matter to be discussed and no need to mention that my clients also suffered loss due my phone swithed off due to manufacture defect in your car. Since i have made payments of such a huge amount therefore it is not tolerable to deliver me the vehicle which has manufacture defect. Hence i am entitled for replacement of vehichle with new and also entitle for compensation on account of loss suffered by me as mentioned above.

                  I own fortuner(new model) my break pads r damaged, handed over to chinhat service, lucknow on 10july'18 in morning, according to them they were supposed to give me by 6 pm evening but, that day passed on 11 july 5pm evening they r telling me that they dont have break shoe pads, i ws literally shockey afet keeping car for 36 hours they told dis, up 30 ak 6666, such a shameful act, didnt xpect dis from such a branded company

                      I am using innova from the last two years. I have buyed a new innova after using it for 4 to 5 months sevrel problems were there in our car we contacted our near by dealer they resolved that problem after 2-3 days a new problem started again we again contacted the near by dealer there were major problem like cars ac stops working, lights stop working for that cases we contacted the dealership several times. But now form last 3-4 months we are phasing problem with race of car like we are going some where the car stop taking excelerator and for this complain we contacted dealership for 6-7 times they resolve problem but after 3-4 days the same problem is there in our car and the last time i was i very emergency one serious patient was in my car we were on the way to hospital and on the way the car stops excelatoring then we tryied to call head office banglore they said they will register our complaint after 3 days. We are were much fadup form this product and no company worker is resolving our problem. Please see to it or we should do case on this company

                        I am a retired forest officer from haryana. I sent my corolla altis car (Hr 26 dk 2659) for 1st service to mgf service centre at sector-14, gurgaon. Service centre driver dropped my car after servicing it at 9 pm yesterday. He dropped the vehicle in night so that nobody can check any such damage in dark.in the morning when i was sheduled to go somewhere, i found a big deep scratch of about 2 feet long on the roof of my car. I immediately called upon your service centre and sent photos of scratch on watsap. Now i am going to file a claim in consumer court, if you failed to solve this.

                          Hello tkm & nandi toyota,

                          I am extremely unhappy with the way this case has been handled. Car was not starting today morning when i wanted to drop my kid off to school. Had to deal with lot of inconvenience as ola and uber is difficult to get during peak hours. This is not the first i am facing this issue. I was expecting my issue to be resolved today and car sent back. As per your team's diagnosis, the light inside the dicky door was on because of which the battery got drained out. Now, the battery is weak and needs to be recharged overnight to establish the gravity and that it can be delivered tomorrow morning. Nandi toyota has lied earlier that the dicky door issue was fixed which it was not. Can you please intervene in this case?

                          This is not the first time that the battery got drained out because of this issue. This is an ongoing one as nandi toyota didn't fix the issue permanently when it was reported last year september. They simply recharged the battery and gave the car back to me.

                          The battery was replaced in april and i am pretty sure that the issue persisted back then as well. But you nandi toyota is so irresposible and ignorant that they didnt even bother to find the root cause and just replaced the battery that i had to pay for. It was just stated that since the car was not driven for a long time, the battery got completely discharged. Nandi toyota is just treating the symptoms and not finding the root cause. No quality and no standards. It was the biggest mistake of my life buying a toyota product. I need a brand new battery please.

                            I brought innova crysta 8862 km run (During the incident), date of registration 02/01/2018. Vehicle registration number ka 04 mu 2102. This incident took place on 23/06/2018 when i was travelling from bihar to bangalore. During the run the rear tyre which has 5 studs which holds tyre out of which 3 studs got broken into pieces near place called gaura maksudpur, gazipur dist. When taken to the nearest service station rajendra toyota, varanasi they charged me 4550. Company gives the warranty of 3 year or 1 lakh km for the vehicle then what made them to charge the amount? What type of safety are they providing for which toyota is been known?
                            As the vehicle was not on high speed due to which my whole family were safe, my concern is if it was happened during the speedy condition who was answerable for the lose of whole family who were travelling in the vehicle?

                            I request you to ask the toyota service center to inspect the vehicle completely so that the same issue doesn't occur to any of the customer and also refund the amount collected at the service center as the vehicle is under warranty period.

                              I have booked a new toyota fortuner 4*4 manual 2.8lts silver colour at gangtok on the 15th of may. The booking amount rs l lakh was paid. I was assured the delivery within one month. I have been trying to contact the sales executive at gangtok topsel and all he tell is there is no stock of the car. I wonder y toyota is taking such long time to manufacture and delivery the cars to the owners, due to the late delivery of cars, we might have irreparable loss of time and money because we had planned for a road trip at the end of this month and the accomodation for the same have been done online.. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and deliver the cars as soon as possible to the owners who have been looking forward for the delivery of their new fortuner at gangtok, east sikkim. If i do not get the delivery within this month, i'm sorry i'll have to go for a much butcher ford endeavour 3.2l nd i'll recommend the same to my friends. So kindly look into this issue as soon as possible

                                Car sent through the help of private towing machine from highway and to millenium toyata company showroom.

                                We have called to insurance company but no proper reply from them, so we have sent our vehicle to thane millenium showroom.

                                We have paid rs.15000 to the private towing machine.
                                It had taken one day to send our vehicle to showroom.

                                They estimated about rs.400000 for repairig car..
                                They said the work can be completed by 2-3weeks..
                                Till now it had completed 2 months but we didnt got our vehicle from showroom.

                                They have not explained what is the reason behind late repair of our car.. And not sent any updates about our car repairing.
                                So please do something about this issue...
                                Take some actions about this issue so that they can deliver everyones vehicles at right time

                                  1. Service done for the front and back bumper: they are not properly fitter the bumpers and we don’t see the issues are fixed.
                                  2. Front & rare side doors repair: not properly done.
                                  We don’t satisfied with the work and they charged around 40, 000 for the same.
                                  Again we given the vehicle for service (Tax invoice no. Taxe8-24840) on 18/06/2018, but we see there are lot of complaints on the service work.
                                  We see lot of customers are not satisfied with the service work at this location. We are bringing this to your attention to take necessary actions.
                                  Requesting you to please do the proper service for my vechicle.
                                  Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I purchased Toyota fortuner three years ago. But Now on many place spots are their of yellowish colour.I have complained about this at MGF Toyota, IDC Gurgaon.These spots are from previous 6-7 months and this is under warrnty. All spots are on plastic parts of the body, like bumper, side mirror, frontier.

                                    The new car 2.4 z was purchased in june 2016 but has lot of issues either from manufacturing or of design.. Few of them are still open

                                    The vehicle has run only 35000 km but following issues are common and repetitive in nature :
                                    1. Frequent damages in wheels (Till now all 5 wheels damages d and 2 rims damaged... Although 1 rim repaired and 1 replaced and 2 tyres replaced)
                                    2. Wobbling in driving at speed above 80 km/hr... Poor control
                                    3. Irregular braking and high vibrations during braking... Wheel hubs (On which disc is engaged) changed but still problem there
                                    4. Poor gear shift... Hard and making noise while shifting gears
                                    5. Malfiunctioning of ac piping resulting into all gas leakage

                                    Besides this, there is a big issue of spares non-availability which lead to high waiting time in vehicle service... Overall rating very poor

                                      Our company has purchased innova vehicle with registered no. Tn-02-ba-0954 in the month of august 2014 from your koyambedu branch at chennai.

                                      From the time of purchase, we are sending our vehicle for service periodically.

                                      From day one, we found some problem in clutch which we informed to the lanson service incharge and they used to do some corrections.

                                      In june 2016, when the mileage crossed 65000 kms, we sent the vehicle for 65000 km service with complaint on clutch function. Your service in-charge examined the vehicle and advised us to change the clutch. As per his advice, we have changed clutch.
                                      Attached herewith copy of invoice for your ready reference.

                                      We regret to inform you that in spite of changing the clutch, we were continued to experience problem with clutch function.

                                      Many times when the vehicle sent for service, our company driver mr. Murugesan complained about clutch function to your service
                                      Incharge @ koyambedu branch, but it was not attended properly by your service people.

                                      Our usage of the vehicle is moderate and we understand, for innova vehicles, generally the clutch will be replaced after
                                      Reaching 1.5 lakhs kilometers. But in our case, it was replaced at 65000 kms. And that shows poor manufacturing/defect in quality.

                                      Hence we request you to replace the clutch at free of cost.

                                      I had given my Toyota corolla Altis KL 01 AU 5003 for accident related work in may 2018, when I got it back I got a stinking exhaust with catalytic converter stolen and replaced.The vehicle was given at Toyota Nippon, Enjakkal, Trivandrum.

                                        I am using the Toyota LIVA / Jan 2016 model – diesel.
                                        I am facing some difficulties and I need to fix the below option in my car.
                                        1) Front side Food room lED lamp I paid and already fixed with Lanson Toyota support of accessory department in my car & same I requested them to fix in rear side also but they said there no option to fix it. Immediately I asked the reason they said those option Toyota company not given and then I request them to fix from accessory but your service engineer was told me if you fix the non OEM the warranty will not cover for the car. As a customer Ok I agree to fallow up your rule & same time think about customer side & customer request also.
                                        2) Same rear side Luggage storage place & engine bonnet also there is no lights and mostly I am travel long distance if in case of any breakdown in night time for checking the engine side we need to open the engine bonnet area that time too dark & luggage area also difficult to taking the Stepney and collect any other storage material if too dark. I hope are you understand my difficulties & situation.
                                        My self-requested by verbal few times directly in your office and now start to compliant to you through online for further fallow up.
                                        For me this is very important issue so Please give the best & positive solution ASAP for the above issue.
