I have sent my car MH 12 Gr 2825 to Shaw Toyota, Pune on 11/04/2018 for 40000 KM general service. it was assured to me that the car will be returned after service on the same day or by next day noon in exceptional case. The vehicle was returned to me around 06.45 PM on 13/04/2018 ie after 3 days. My complaint of rear seat belt - Not locking was not resolved. Even it was not informed to me that the said problem is not resolved. Job card is seat belt complaint is resolved. When i checked it was observed that the seat belt is not locking and complaint is unresolved. Also the remarks on the invoice says- rear type is punctured and customer refused for repairs. When i called the service adviser he informed me that the spares are not available and remark is from old invoice. He told me to bring the vehicle after few days for seal belt issue. Means i have to spend Rs.300/- for fuel to get such a small problem resolved. SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS AT SHAW TOYOTA. Was this information helpful? | |||
