I am representing a company names m/s addcorp in chennai.

Your registered vendor m/s meta white corporation, thane (Mumbai) have taken money from us of rs. 7, 95, 000 for supplying of materials (Gi coil). During our enquiry, they told like they have ready stock. After receiving the payment, they failed to supply the material for nearly 2 months now. When we requested for the refund, then gave cheque and issued stop payment without informing us.

They have also been de-registered from indiamart due to this issue. They only take money from buyers and don't supply material.

Request you to kindly help in getting our money back.

Manner less people, and give irritating calls from different different numbers for enforcement of purchasing things with rude talk at their end and said to delete the account from trade india, person name amit kumar (Mobile no. [protected]) humiliating person.. He using the threatening voice.. Please having a strict action against them. This calls continuously from last couple days at unofficial time, they are like gangsters, calling from different different numbers.

Registered with trade india for approximately a 60000 annual service package. There team and Mr. Mohit was always active at the time of sales and i told them specifically that i am really dissatisfied with Trade India & they offered themselves to be better than them.

Unfortunately, in two months i received not even a single genuine enquiries & send us multi time only a single inquiry.

I have been fighting for my rights ever since and asking for a refund but nobody from their team reverts back properly now.

Vijayscoolmax pvt ltd paid 60000 Rs. for giving Add in tradeindia.com. i was told by Mr. mohit that this is one of the best package and my products will get displayed on the first page and will be getting a lot of promotion. But it has been almost three to four months now and till now i have not received even a single enquiry and not any buyleads for my products and whenever i check tradeindia.com my add is never listed. Tradeindia is a bad deal and one should never go for it.

Trade india representive came to me to promote my business and have promised many things, when i said that i am short of funds he insisted me to provide cheque for subscribtion so that he can start designing my catalog and have also promised that he will not deposit the cheque and said that he is taking cheque only to show it to his boss, but he deposited the same and have never made my catalog. Now i dont want any service from trade india but just want my money @rs.46600 back.

On sep 19 we have gone through our trade india.com website for multimedia speakers manufacturers/traders, in that we find out one ”the lights” located in delhi contact number.

We have been ordered some minimum quantity of multimedia speakers worth of approx 50k with them to know their quality and trust, for that they ask token advance and we paid the same. After so many follow ups they have not sent the product, so ask our money back. For that also they were not returned., now they were not attending our phone calls. If we tried from other new number they were disconnect it immediately, again not attending the calls. After so much of frustration we have initiated this complaint mail to trade india.com about the company “the lights “. Kindly take the necessary action against their fraudulent activity and save many of your customer business, money and time too.

The person named ankur he is a salesperson of tradeindia and for 3 years he was after me to purchase tradeindia subscription. At last, i have purchased it. At the time of purchase, he promises was unlimited like nothing is best in comparison of tradeindia.

Now it's been almost six months and still, fake inquiries are coming over the inbox and when we call them for the services they said please take other costly plan and there you will get more inquiries in comparison of this plan.

All salesperson including the manager & head of ahmedabad city are bluffer.

Guys do not purchase any plan from tradeindia better you can go for other b2b portal for the better services.

Beware of tradeindia.com executives making false promises and taking away your hard earned money. Took online catalogue package from tradeindia.com for Rs. 37, 500. Took I have renewed the service for three years as per the executive order agreement
They have e-mailed me according to the agreement and have not sent me the invoice
It's only been a year...
Another executive called me and told me to renew your agreement
then I sent them this e-mail Evidence.
after given in writing. When contacted customer care they took one month in replying that executive that has promised all these things have left the company and company cannot take responsibility of false promises made by ex executive.
Its a really bad and ill managed company, where at the time of subscription, sales executives wont hesitate to even call you at the middle of the night to close the deal and at the time of after sales services you have to call them again and again and even then your job wont be done.
*How to select a sales executive in this company is all about how to cheat a customer..!
*These sales executives are very Frauds ..job
*The seller may be bothering to call every reason at any time
*I believe every person who complicates tradeindia will have the same experience.

I dont want to take the services now and accidentally from my account the amount of ₹10, 000 has got deducted from my debit card.
I want to refund the money now and want to cancel this deal which i have made with trade india as i am not at all interested to deal with him now.

I am a victim of khokher dairy fraud in cow sale done by rakesh kumar in karnal.
Hello trade india myself sharad shukla owner of a milk processing unit in madhya pradesh.
I have purchased 10 cows via khokher dairy farm owner rakesh kumar. Actully he is a broker and doesn't own any cattle as he told me in telephonic conversation.in 10 cows 2 cows were replaced by him in transportation and those cows were dry and aged. I have payed for 2 trucks transportation but he farged the gov. Documents by vetnary doctor and transported 10 cows in a single truck. As a result 1 hf cow died because of extra pressure as the post mortem report says.gov. Vetnary sergon accepted his forgery. I also have cctv footage to prove my arguments. Kindly take some strict action against rakesh kumar khokher dairy farm. He is a con man and should be seviorly punished for that.

I have given 36000inr for 2 year service as they promised for good results and package but their was zero response and now after 1 month i want my money refunded i talked to two their head employees their told me to mail them application for refund i did it but afterwards thier was no refund issued till now also nobody of them are picking up my phone till now.

He first delivered me an order with small order value.
Later he cheated me without send the orders. He is not answering to my calls and messages.
Tried to raise a complaint with tradeindia.com. But no use.
Plz take action against them so that they don’t cheat others.

TradeIndia has been providing me baseless inquiries and fraudulent contacts throughout the tenure of my package.

My industry is hand made textile goods and all the clients that they call "prospects" hat they have provided me have been completely useless.
Let me tell you how, they have been giving us "prospects" who have been in the steel/iron industry, bakery, pesticide, etc who do not know anything about the hand made products, their market value, their perceived value or the work involved in their manufacturing. Those people don't understand why the costs are so high and hence do not make a deal.
And then the Get Distributor says that it is not their part now. They just give the deal and the rest has to be done by us.

And yes, 4 of their "prospects tried to cheat us!" By asking our UPI for the payment and then requesting money instead of sending it. And if by mistake we had pressed the button, the money would have gone! And when discussed this with their team, they said that they cannot take any responsibility for this and this is not their part to care.

Then please tell me who? Consumer forum?

2 weeks before i paid for mens shirt samples with mayank readymade his is tradeindia member [protected] dhiraj kumar name. I got this fraud number through tradeindia only. Before i paid i called tradeindia and asked about trustable vendor or not. They said verified seller only. So that i paid now that fraud not answering. More than 5 times i registered my complaint in tradeindia company they are not considered yet. Worst service and very bad company. Peoples whos seeing this pls be carefull.

When you don't accept his force acceptance.. They will block you. and not respond.
I have taken this service before 3 month but i don't get any response/inquiry through tradeindia till now..
Never go through them...
