As per the prestigious client of tradeIndia, I am facing so many problems in My Trade India Website as well as Trade India mobile Application, My Weblink is www.bharatagri.in

The Problem is regarding the Catalog link & call link to our customer in Trade India App. Catalog link should be Available in Trade India App so that it is easy for us to send the catalog of particular product as per customer’s inquiries, Moreover it is also very easy for us to manage it.

There should be our Trade India contact number in “contact us” option in our above mentioned website so that our customer should directly call us easily after clicking on that link instead of writing the details of customers in “contact us” option.

As per your prestigious client from more than 15 years, I also request you that when our customer search some Agricultural product using keywords ( Related to us)on Google then our TradeIndia link comes downward on google page as it should come in 1st or second link on the Google page, Moreover after clicking on that link my firm’s detail with product details also mentioned downward after clicking on trade India link.

Moreover when somebody called me regarding the product enquiry I can’t find any call log on TradeIndia app.

Please make sure that these changes should be made by your team as soon as possible, otherwise it will be difficult for me to continue Trade India.

Trade India have cheated me, Its one of the employee Mr Jasmeet ([protected]@tradeindia.com) had told me that they will support me in trade finance and will give me lead according to my requirement but when it came to delivery I didn't get what I wanted also they told me that the company should be 18 months old to get trade finance, which they didn't told me before joining.
And now when I ask them to give me at least 50% refund they refuse to give.

Please stop provide my number to various pharma company. They call me and disturb me. I attemp 30 calls. So please stop.

Why you provide my contact number to various pharma company. I attempt near about 30 call from pharma company they says that Trade India regarding call. So please stop it. Don't disturb me by call.

A thug employee by the name Shreekant Rajaram Iyer representing TradeIndia.com introduced me with a package of Rs. 24, 999.00 for a period of two years. As per his promise, he told me that he would be updating my company website with multiple themes of my choice, content, product pictures, 40 export buy leads per month and many other features. I was initially not interested in renewing with tradeindia as the same had not generated any business for me in the past 3 years o[censored]s being their member.
Just because of the fact that my website was getting renewed and upgraded i went ahead with the renewal.
The day i renewed the plan, this thug started avoiding my calls and so far neither has he been able to give me a satisfactory reply on the progress nor have i seen any improvement in the website.
Therefore, i ask for a refund of my hard earned money and strict action to be taken against such fraudster employees. Attached is the invoice of my payment done.

I have already purchased goods from Euro Asia Chemicals as mentioned trusted seller over Trade India, and The goods company delievered was sub standard and My 2.2 Lakhs of goods was found useless .

I have bought a package of Rs. 21, 000 from Trade India. I have been told that I would get customized website as per my convenience and a professional content writing for a website from a expert. But now what I am getting is a pre defined web site designing and not as per my expectations. And the content writing is such that, a 12th class student can write better than trade India expert. The service provided to me is of so inferior quality. I have made complaint regarding it but no response received from there team.

I want my money back. I don't want any service from Trade India. Please refund me the amount of Rs. 21, 000 paid to your company.

Since last year my company have signed up for paid supplier account in Tradeindia and it has been the worst decision we have ever made.

Till the receipt paying everybody were very nice, but after money were paid and account was released, the good services was over.

Starting from the backend of the platform which is totally messed up and impossible to understand ending with million of technical issues which are not about to be solved.

It's worth mentioning that our company were given our own account manager. The main responsibility of account manager is to ask how are we doing and request some code from the platform backend. For the rest, this is an absolutely useless person. For any request sent she just pretended that she doesn't understand what do we mean. Communication just looks like you are talking to yourself. None of the issues were resolved. If you find something working bad or not working at all they will tell you that this is how the system works. Just for a notice, my company is a big exporter and we are working with more than 10 marketplaces across the world. And none of them making me feel so furious and just waste of money and time as Tradeindia.

The latest case - the account backend has absolutely no effect on the account. It's been more than a month I can not add new product. Account manager let me provide photos and info to her. All the information was provided the same day, but what they did is just added photos in random order, posted them with millions of spelling mistakes and wrong naming of the products. I applied again to change it and send the information again. And again. And again. Guess what? More than a month passed and there is simply no progress. After I asked the last time when the issue to be resolved, the account manager replied "Which issue you are talking about?". Seems like this is just sort of fun for them.

Can continue this forever but let it end here without much of hope for better outcome. Just remind everybody to think twice before paying for their services.

As I've ordered for 25tones of toordal on 24th April with ANIMESH GLOBAL EXPORT INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD.

Paid Rs.162000 as advance

But I neither received goods and my advance back.

The supplier not even picking my call.

Raised the complaint same in trade india, even trade India customer care people are not responding.

Kindly do the needful.

We purchased the services of 'Trade India' for 1 year by making a payment of Rs. 10000, through Ashish Shrivastava on 27th April 2021. We had purchased this package from them, after being promised unlimited access to queries and unlimited ability to purchase leads. However, when we started using the services last week, we realised that we are not able to purchase unlimited leads as purchased. After several attempts to reach Ashish Shrivastava last week, we were able to get hold of him and he said that it will be sorted out the next day. We have waited for more than 3 days and finally today, we were told that we can purchase only 2 leads on a daily basis, which was not in accordance to what was promised to us, making it a clear case of mis-selling the product. We are using other similar products as well like IndiaMart, who have provided us the services promised and have also given us good and timely customer support in resolving even minor issues that we had. To actually get hold of someone (especially Ashish at TradeIndia) is a real pain and stressful as well. We are hoping to get a satisfactory resolution to the problem as we are a startup looking to set foot in this competitive business world, only to be made subject to false promises and having money taken from us.

After service of TradeIndia is worse,
they simply designed website of my company and when site is designed then i need many changes in site like contact detail change, product addition in site, etc
i dropped many times mail on TradeIndia helpdesk but i think no one is there to reply on mail, called many times to customer care numbers - all numbers are false only ring goes and no one picks
relationship assigned person says all process is done by backend team and backend team is taking 2 months to just edit contact number on site.
I dont know whats purpose of creating website when we cannot edit it or add products on site

Based on an enquiry of lab Equipments I made a requirement in trade India portal, they refered a vendor named Premier Medical Corporation, CEO Mr. Prakash Nagaraju(M:[protected]), has contacted me on my requirement and I have selected the vendor for my association and made payment of rupees 112000.00 INR through NEFT Now he is not picking up my call and not responding of my message.
Kindly Do the needful as my Inauguration date is approaching I am tensed when would I get my delivery.

I did a deal with a company name Voovs Energy Drink based in Austria. I ordered 50 carton's of Red Bull from them. They told me I have to pay Rs 5000 as an advance payment and remaining Rs 15000 after goods delivery. I did as I Was told, later the sales manager said I have to Rs 10000 for import charges, he said the money will be refunded and so I paid.Likewise he has been asking me pay on multiple times. A total of Rs 55000 was paid in thier account. And now Im not receiving any text or call from them, neither do they pick my call and text.

My humble request to look into this matter

I have put request thru tradeindia that I am looking for English willow cricket bats and other cricket related products.
I am From New zealand .
I have received numerous emails and whats app messages.
I spoke to many and decide to go with SiyaRam sports /Rahul kunwalpal singh.[protected]/[protected].I have attached copy his driving license and business card.
I ordered 2 English willow bats, 12 season ball, 5 side arms, 1 shoes with steel spikes on it.
First I paid 9000Rs via western union to confirm the ordered so he start the work and het it done on time line.
He keep in touch, always answer the phone calls. He said now I have to make a rest of the payment your bats are ready to ship.
I paid another 15000Rs so total I paid 24000Rs via Western union .
Now last 1 week he is not answering my phones calls and just message by saying will send it today but no today has come yet.
Why he is not answering my calls? bcoz he is scammer, lier and do not want to send.
If he sending my ordered I am fine but again I do not suggest him.
I do not want that other people also get scammed and robbed.
Needs to stop him and needs to take a action.
Bcoz of this types of people genuine people in Meerut has to suffer a lot. Its not good image in international market.

TradeIndia and Mr. Rahul is so unprofessional not giving any response. If your company works like this we will go for consumer court.

I made payment on last week of March 2021 for 5 carton SPUN FILTER with Ms. MICRON FILTERATION. According to company rep. item will dispatch by 48 Hrs time. Last 10 days I am communicating with company from abroad with whatsapp and over phone. Every day company rep telling that, he will dispatch item by morning and evening - a stereo type message I am getting for the last 10 days. I have to say it is a shameless company . How you are listing such fraud company in your site. Since the customer the customer once the payment made. TRADE INDIA don't do any screening facility on listed companies.
In view of my bad experience, Please do the necessary to get my money back in to my account.
don't have any option to make the payment through TRADE INDIA, this type fraud companies are cheating

Wireless Edge Communication Ltd. This company fraud. I ordered a drone DJI MAVIC MINI 2 to this company.it was conditioned that I have to pay 50% advance and 50% after delivery.And they said that delivery will be done in 12 hours The company had said the price of the drone was 29900 on 5 April.But today even after giving ₹ 36000, they are asking me for ₹ 15000 more for custom duty.After giving so much money, I told them to return my money and cancel the order.That is why request from you to take action against the company.And get me my money or a drone.If it doesn't, I will go to the consumer court.

I got Call form Number [protected] the guy was telling me that he is form treadindia and he ask me to some product of my company stop suppling so i said no we are not dealing in it so he ask me " Ample Global Bandh Ho gai kya?"

So i got angry and i reply "treadindia bandh ho jaigi lekin Ample Global Nahi bandh hogi" so he start abusing me on phone so i put above mention number in block list so this guy put my number on deferent portal to call back to hearse bcs i am not ready to become their paid member

IF TREADINDIAN THING THAT THIS IS HOW THEY CAN SURVIVE THEN NO WAY
