Trade india has taken approx 2 lakh rupees from us for the listing of our products on their website to generate leads, the listed the product but not generated any leads they usually generates the fake inquiries which from the numbers which are out of service or switched off or never responded.

They just increase the count of the inquiries so that the customer could not claim that he is not getting the inquiries.

Actually trade india is running a fraud business in india and eats the money of their customers, i have the record of all the inquiries and 99 % inquiries are fraud either their number is out of services, not reachable, never responds, or they do not need anything.

When i asked for the refund then they given me this # record.

Trade india is committing a fraud statement and doing fraud by generating fake inquiries even in paid packages worth rs 48000.
Once the payment is made, they don't even respond to your queries.
Had a very bad experience with these people. They will assure best, prompt service.. But will never deliver.
Their designing team sales team are very very unprofessional.
If you put up a complain, even the back end team will try and safe guard the executive and put faults on the customer.
Think twice before investing your hard earned money in this fraud company.

I m a registered customer of trade india, i paid 48k to get registered my company on this big platform from the starting i always received fraud calls and fake queries. But now they crossed all the limits they sent a inquiry of fraud person who had done a fraud with us of rs 20k, and they said sorry. I want my money back. They are not ready to take responsibility against there fake queries even they said that this is not our duty, at the time of joining every day they us and convince us to join trade india. But when i need them they said sorry.
4 months have been passed, they failed to give even a 1000 rs business
Now i want to discontinue this service and want a refund, there executive is not even responding

I would have given a minus to this fraud company, kindly do not pay any money unless unitl they deliver. Once the payment is made, your payment goes on toss. Had a very bad experience with this people. They will assure best, prompt service.. But will never deliver. If you had over your payment cheque well in advance they will deposit the same without prior intimation.

I m registered customer of trade india, i paid 38k to get preregister my company on this big platform from the starting i always received fraud calls and fake queries. But now they crossed all the limits they sent a query of fraud person who had done a fraud with us of rs 70k, and they said sorry. I want my money back. They are not ready to take responsibility against there fake queries even they said that this is not our duty, at the time of joining every day they us and convince us to join trade india. Incident: after saying a clear no to avail paid service by tradeindia.com, regular call to buy the service and upon giving the clarity that we have bought service from another company, stared to call us a liar and a cheater, this type of behavior is not accepted by any sales team.

I have given changed to be made on my website 3-4 times but no one is doing it and none of the executive have visited at my place to explain me and solve my issues at the time of taking cheque they just kept me calling 100 time a day and came thrice at my place to meet me and now none of them is even entertaining even when i am calling the executive is not even picking up the phone i want to close down my connection and want to money back

Business ko badhane or advertisement karane ke bahane customer se paise leti hai galt tarike se fasha kar company ko promote karane ke bahane but fir company ke dwara koi pramotion nahi kiya jata reason puche jaane par bataya jata h ap ka low investment hai jisme tradeindia koi help nahi kar sakti ap ko business badhane ke liye advertising karane ke liye or paisa investment karna padega aise company ko band karni chahiye ya koi customer paisa lagata h or usse service nahi di jaati to paisa return karna chahiye

I had paid more than 1.5 lac of my hard earned money and they promised to make account live in 15 days and assign an account manager. We were given an account manager number which never replied and account didn't go live even after almost two months. I lost important 2 moths of my startup and invested on other options and requested them for refund. It's been months we've been emailing their complete management including their chief and so called senior person who was after my life to upgrade plan even before already paid plan was gone live, but there is no response as we have all the written proofs of followups.

They aren't a company at all - a group of fraudsters.

These fraudsters say they're number two after indiamart. It's like comparing a chinese toy phone with an iphone. We started with indiamart 2+ years back with 3k a month plan and today we're lead supplier with annual plan of 2.5+ lac and very satisfied with them.

I'll keep following them for our refund.

We are members of tradeindia, from the day one had issues of wrong inquires, masking number not working as on date, wrong product category being post, contacted the executives n number of times & promised to get the issue resolved, as on date the issue is not resolved just false promises. We wish to close our business with them as this company gives a hang about their clients. We need refund for our 3 years membership back to be credited in our account or we shall file a petition in consumer forum

Tradeindia (Infocom network limited) agent provided a fake information about pakage that is one full year of service of equiry, web design and web hosting, customer support, as well as they also said your website rank on google between top 5 website's, pakage includes more features than i mention here then i said okay done deal at 29000 that time he said okay done and i transferred the amount but after the money transfer tradeindia demanding for more money as deal was done by agent in just rs.29000 as we give them onces rs.29000 as well as does not provides cancellation process and refuse to return money even i m not intrested in there schems. This is a big fraud done by tradeindia.

I was told something else while offering service and once i paid for it, they have totally changed my service pack.

Person who told me the offer were Siddhiyeshkar tripathi and Ashish kumar and now they are totally ignoring my emails and phone calls. And not even resolving the issues.

It has already 2 month. Everytime i call to company help desk, they told me to wait for 2 days to get the query resolved.

I was looking for non woven carry bag seller. Because of this, I had inquired on your site. I was provided with some sellers details by Trade India. And some sellers had contact me by Trade India. I was purchased non woven carry bag from "RB packaging industries, Noida" . I was paid total @40320/- But for the last two weeks, he is neither sending the goods nor answering the call. When I asked him for a money return, he was sending me a fake...

I request you to please help to growing my business. Past few month i'm facing very poor response from your side.in last 3 month i'm facing no response.
I'm facing below issues :
1. No one came here for check and update the status.
2. No once call me for any query or progress.
3. No follow-up process i getting received like : during the starting service i'm receiving 10-20 calls daily but now in last month "0" calls received.

Total 6 inquiries i received, so in that case my concern is: monitoring is not available in your company. One time take money and closed.

I was purchase a package of trade india. I was paid total @78000/-
(@60000/- + 18000/-)
As they send performa invoice and tax invoice both are mismatch.
I was show to me for adword promotion 36000/- and rest amount is their charge.
But they were not send me click details of adword. I was asking details.. They don't. Till today they were not send exactly how much money expend in the name of adword.
Adword promotion time (18/11/2019 to 25/11/2019)

I m really shocked in 7 days 36000/- was gone (Only two keywords)

Also they offer me 18000/- another free if i was taken adword service...
If really they ware given me the offer then they have to promot (36000+18000).

So i m totally dis pointed
I asked several time for above matter, but they ware not given me any documentary proof of adword service.

Dear sir,
I have 2 company and i am complaint regards hind usa company. Before 3 months, we got a contact of scrap industries from trade india. We contacted them and they told us to deposit half amount in their account. We did wire transfer and deposited$6250. Now that party is denying that we haven't deposited money in their account. It has been 2 months and we have been trying to communicate with him via email but did not get any satisfactory reply. On the other hand, they are saying that we are playing with them. We inquired with bank again and bank said that money has already been deposited into their account. The name of person is sehzad karim, name of company is scrap industries. All we want is our money back please. I hope i will get a positive reply from your side.
