My customer id is 32794029 My name is shubham agrawal i had received a sms about monthly pack of 165 rs with benefits of 180 channel + 14 premium channels after that i did confirm about this sms to videocon operator they also told me if i recharge with 799 so i will get same benefits for six months so I have recharged 799 for six months but my new pack is not updated. I have complained to videocon d2h service operator but they are not solving my problem please sir help me. My contact no. I paying full package of channels. Still not come in pay channels. I call act cable operator. But he's doesn't respond. Please solve my problem.

As I m out of station behind me my tv channels got blocked without any information now i m unable to contact the customer care support all no are busy n switched off i want to place a complaint against videocon d2h service they just igonre my calls all no are busy or switched off now i m unable to watch my tv channels
