Recharge done on 28th october 18 through google pay as per msg mentioned underneath

Pls take action for below mention number because the are calling my number [protected] even dnd activate my number,

Last one months airtel regularly deducted rupees 20 aginest Prime zone service but this service is not activate by me. One time i am physically compliant his local office they said this service is deactivated from your no but they do it again activate and charge rupees 20 this very bad behavior with customer pls do something .

I have already activated the service of dnd
By contacting 198 on 26 October but still they are deducting my money and not providing me complaint number
Tata docomo company.
