Trai — sun direct - (mandatory base pack selection)

I am a sun direct customer. As per the new regulation, i would like to select the channels which i wish to watch. But based on the information from the service provider, i forced to take any of the base pack which includes a lot of channels that i don’t want to subscribe. Unfortunately, the base charge itself is high to afford. Also, the base pack concept which they are following is the same one before the new rules, no changes and benefit to the customers (In fact additional burden, due to high base pack cost). Addressing this in front of the forum, for your kind information and action on this.

We are receiving everyday 2 messages from Team Ideal on 9820466941, we called Team Ideal Pvt Ltd., but they say they have not sent us any sms. Then we tried called Airtel and our Mobile server is airtel, even they said they cannot trace the message coming from. Hence we request you to please track the same as we are not aware of the msg related to.

I am buying independent tv near about 8 to 9 month of 1 year service balance in company side but now company service stop i want to my money to refund very poor service last 5 month same error come when I call you customer care they will not responsible ans and always call not connecting
