They called me saying that they are calling me through HDFC credit card..i avoided there calls but they kept on calling me till i said yes n made payment of Rs.9700 ..which they said govt duty ..but whenever i go to use card this card shows no discount ..useless card i request you to look in to matter n help in getting refund

Want to return our card

I want to return our card which is not require, customer care told me that after getting the card you can return it within 15 days but now they cant entertain our request.

I have paid 9850 for this card because they have all my bank details and said they are calling from axis bank and told me promised to give all shopping discounts up to 30% and forced me to pay this amount I thought it’s from bank and paid and now no response not even their website is valid plz check and response need my money back

दिया 1 सुनिश्चित चमड़े का बटुआ और बेल्ट
2 डिस्काउंट कार्ड जो मुझे 20 के लाभ देगा किसी भी दुकान पर मेरी खरीद पर -30% की छूट जहां हम सीसी या डीसी द्वारा भुगतान कर सकते हैं और इस छूट कार्ड को स्वाइप करने के बाद मौके पर छूट
होगी परिवार में 1 व्यक्ति या मेरे स्वयं के लिए 3 पूर्ण शरीर स्वास्थ्य जांच
परिवार में 4 सदस्यों का 4 2 हॉलिडे पैकेज। जो किसी भी मंजिल पर हो सकता है। मुझे इस अवकाश प्रवास के दौरान कुछ भी भुगतान नहीं करना है।
5 अगर मैं भोजन के लिए होटल के बाहर कुछ भी भुगतान करता हूं तो मैं बिल जमा कर सकता हूं और उस पैसे को आरपी 4000 की प्रतिपूर्ति के रूप में वापस प्राप्त कर सकता हूं और
इस सभी सेवा के लिए उन्होंने मुझे एक बार शुल्क के रूप में 8990 / - का भुगतान किया और कहा कि यह मैं अपने को भुगतान करूंगा मेरे सीसी द्वारा एक्सिस बैंक शाखा और ईआईएम . में परिवर्तित किया जा सकता है
वे मुझे mswipe गेट वे पर भुगतान का एक लिंक भेजते हैं जो मुझे उन पर भरोसा करता है क्योंकि भुगतान करने के बाद यह एक विश्वसनीय गेट तरीका है आशीष मुझे यह कहकर संपर्क नंबर प्रदान करते हैं कि यह आगे के प्रश्नों और संचार के लिए कस्टम सेवा नंबर है। और मेरा पता ईमेल पता लिया और मुझे मेरे ईमेल पर मेल भी भेजा लेकिन उसके बाद मैं इस कंपनी के बारे में ऑनलाइन समीक्षा में गया और धोखाधड़ी के बारे में पता चला कि वे मेरे जैसे कई और लोगों के साथ किए गए हैं .. जो अब इस वजह से पीड़ित हैं मानसिक आघात और हताशा से कंपनी धोखाधड़ी... कृपया इसे देखें... और हमारे पैसे वापस पाने के लिए कुछ समाधान प्रदान करें

First they said that they give flat 20% discount on all transactions for shopping but now they only give limited coupons for shopping and only 3% discount on it . I want to block my card and return my money, I paided 7000 for this and 0 rs discount credited.

I Have received kit on 15th Sept. 22. But as per commitment wallet of Rs. 4000.00 not received along with Kit. There is no any discount outlet in Maharashtra. I think it's useless card & offers.
Representative give fake commitments.

Worng information provided customer and my account deducted in money

Your executive will give me wrong information and doing fraud with me for complete his Target I want to cancel my card and I want my money back so process on urgent basis

I got the call from on name of visa aplication dipartment, offer me to give discount card of Transdeals along with the UCB watch and wallet on payable of 7999. they explain me that this offer has given only for those who make the prompt transaction on creadit card. i received the watch and wallet but try to use this discount card this is not working any outlet centres as given booklet. i called regarding this issue, i came to know that this is fraud web site and i cheated buy them. pls file the complaint and avoid such things to be happen with others

A lady called me from last 2 weeks addressed herself as banking officer she has my bank details like card number addressed and my spending, all this information is confidential how so called company like this has our precious details, she make 6995 rupees transaction from axis CREDit card snd tell me it’s temporary hold for 15 days later you get your money back when i called her she said you are fool when i tell you about this that time you don’t aware about it, so disgusting nature that is shameful how this kind of company has working, please blacklist this so called company. ### scammers and harassment.

Recently received a call claiming that they are calling to offer benefits on my Kotak credit card based on my credit card transactions and my continuous association with the bank. They said I will get 30 percent OFF on everything for lifetime wherever they accept VISA Credit card both online and offline along with food voucher coupons, a holiday package, Religare insurance checkup, and a Jordan leather belt and watch set if I pay an amount of 8500. They were very convincing, and I availed the offer. I thereafter received a payment URL via Razorpay gateway, I questioned them why the payment method is not via Kotak Bank mobile application, on that they said that the offer is not for marketing Kotak but in fact is offered from Visa service department and hence it appears different. I made the payment and waited for the email confirmation. The email confirmation that I received was from an email (services.[protected]@gmail.com). The domain extension was not from visa or kotak and not even from a proper company and it is then that I realized that I have been scammed. I have researched a lot about this offer and came to know their company name is TRANSDEALS currently using the name PERFECT VALUE and that they are the no. 1 fraud company. They didn't tell me their company name until I made the payment of Rs 8500 online. They did not allow me to think and kept pushing me until I made the payment. I have blocked my credit card and observed that there are several people who have been similarly scammed by them.

When I confirmed with my band, they mentioned that they cannot do anything about the money that has been debited and neither can stop the settlement. The settlement has not been completed yet from the bank’s end as per the latest update.

Transdeals is a fraud company. They have harassed us. This is evident from the fact that they force you to take decisions quickly, and THREATEN to take money using some AUTO-DEBIT. Our biggest mistake was to give our credit card number.

Description of the incident: There is a (highly cunning) lady who twists matter and forces and threatens us over call to take Rupees 10000/- or 11000/- from our credit card. She said that there was some random product and coupons given to us by the company. She further says that we should have activated (something) using some activation number given with the product delivered. In response, we told her that we don't want this service and the product delivered just had a booklet, and charging so much money for this random product is nonsensical. We further said that we want to cancel/stop this service (where there is so much loss than profit), she said that we would have to give Rupees 11000/- after EVERY 3 MONTHS! This is one of the indications that this company is a FRAUD COMPANY. Secondly, they made a fool out o[censored]s by saying that they represent bank and are basically related to bank directly/indirectly.

Their company name is TRANSDEALS currently using the name JUST HOLIDAYS, they are the no. 1 well established fraud company. They didn't tell their company name until I made the payment of Rs 7890 via online. They did...

I was not able to avail any discount.

I got call from transdeal, they offered an addon card for my existing Axis credit card, they charged 6990₹ for that card and said you will recieve complimentary gifts and card within 3 weeks.I found it was fraud, please help me and solve my issue
