The agent called saying that he is calling from icici credit card services. Informed me about an offer. I was not ok with it in the beginning. But then i did not want to proceed. They said that they are anyway going to deduct the payment whether i opt for it or not.

Thinking of them to be related to sbi credit services and having all the card details i had to make the payment as i would lose on both sides. They also shared numbers on which i could contact them if there are any issues. The numbers given by them are [protected], [protected]. I had checked these numbers prior to payment in truecaller and it showed it as bank credit services. So, i thought it must be from credit card services and proceeded towards the payment.
The next day i got a call from the courier services asking for my address and finally, i received the fraud tansdeal card which is of no use.
This is how these fraudsters had cheated me. Strict action should be taken against such fraudsters, they cheat the hard earned money from the common public.

I seen on instagram that transdeal is sellong wireless earphones buy 3 get 2 free @598 so i ordered the this wireless earphones and yesterday 11/04/2019 i got the pracel from transedeal it contains a red coloured wired earphones very cheap quality product which i have not ordered it was fraud done by this company so plz register my complain and give the solution if i get my cash back of rupees 598 then it will be good please take a look on my complain

I didnt purchase any gift voucher.. They called me and told they have gifted this holiday voucher free of cost as per my credit card goodwill. But after that they have debited 7000 from my account. Please refund my money. Dont do this type of fraud with normal people. They have sent a holiday package dont know how to use that. One couple movie ticket also they have sent. Please guide me what to do and how to get back my money. They have also sent the reciept of the purchased holiday pack whenever they told it was free of cost but they have charged 7000 for that without my consent.

I got a call claiming that they are calling from sbi bank and they are offering discount card based on my cc transactions. They said i will get 20% off on everything wherever they accept visa debit/credit card.

Their company name is transdeals currently using the name just holidays, they are the no. 1 well established fraud company. They didn't tell their company name until i made the payment of rs 7450 via online. They did not allowed me to think and kept pushing me until i made the payment.

Only when i received the kit, i realized that this is not from hdfc bank and called them right away and asked for the refund. I told them i never used this card even once, even i didn’t register the card in your website and asked for the refund and to take back the kit which was sent.
After two weeks of multiple calls, all my efforts ended in vain. I really don’t believe that a group of people like this exist just to cheat people on their hard earned money in professional way.

Please do something and take legal action against them as i don't want others to get cheated like me.

I brought a 10 thousands amazon gift card of 9700 hundred rupees!! But when i want to redeem my promotional voucher they are invalid!!
And his number is also out of reachable!!
I required a refund of the inr 8999+9700 as company has promised a wide range of online discount! So they did fraud and cheated with me! I try to talk with any person of customer care, but there is no any response!! Plz care about it give response as i think about transfers!!

I require a refund of the inr 8750/- as the company has promised a wide range of discounts online as well as during dining but they have provided hardly 10 restaurants across bangalore.

I visheshwar kumar received a call in dec 18 (Saying calling from ur credit card services) u have good credit score, so we offering a deals for u of amount 8999/- which have 2 tour packages one health check up and one t deals discount card used more 500 stores in your city. When i received the deals got m/s platinum deals cash memo with all mentioned items. But when i using t deals discount unable view facility not available in my city visakhapatnam. So requested company to cancall my deals view services not as per ur telephonic conversation. But company does not want to do so. So i m going to upbhohokta forum to refund my amount 8999/-

I'm complaining aginest transdeals pvt ltd. Sr. They offered me a pkg discount card, tour and travel and also a body check up voucher in last year may 2017. But i can't take a single ruppe benefits from there discount cards till now. Because the card is not applying in everywhere at delhi cant area and any other places, while they explained me that the card will be used at every shop where ever the shipping machine is using. But that's not happened yet. So they did fraud and cheated with me. And once they delivered me products now they're not calling me and asking me for any queries and problems.
So sr. I'm humbly requesting you that they totally cheated with me. So i want refund my money. Please help me sr.

I have been called saying that your credit card is selected for platinum upgradation. There is a offer for you which will be compulsory to take as it is already assigned for you. You have been selected by SBI credit card for this offer. I have been told about the offer that you will receive hotel stays which will be 3 star, food coupons, health checkup voucher and card will offer discounts for online and offline shopping with a validity of 1 year on payment of Rs. 8985. I thought its a good deal if that is done by SBI credit card. So I rely them and bought them. After I received my offer, it was just a fraud. They gave hotel stays which are not even 1 star and for them we have to apply before 1 month. Food coupons will be reimbursed after hotel stays and should reach them before 5 days. After you come from vacation first thing you is to courier food coupons and if not received in 5 days then not valid. Seriously ? Health voucher was having a validity of 1 month. Gift card which was valid for 1 month. And above that one card to take discount we have to again buy vouchers for that. This is a complete fraud and whatever was told was wrong. They are just making us fool.

I want to talk with any person of customer care... But there is no response... Care number does not work properly... There is no sound... No beep... No anything... What can i do? How to contact customer care to clear my query?

I am getting call from genesis. They told me you can save upto 15% discount every month and accepted every where. I paid for 8790 rs. I got 1 watch, 1 wallet, and some food coupon which is apply for travel trip and 1 discount card.

They told me i can use discount card for online and offline any where shopping store. But after receive they told me i can purchase from books outlet which is expensive. Here is transdeal customer care number : [protected]

I have also called customer care they told me to activate first card from http://transdeals.in i activate card but there is no gift voucher or coupon for me.

Its fraud. Don't attend this kind of discount offers call.

I received a call from easy ways life stating that we are giving a discount card for 8750/-. They explainied me that the card is valid every where and you can get 25% discount where ever there is credit card/debit card facility can be available. After receiving the card it was named as transdeal i went to multiple vendors to check whether is card is valid or not. They said they are seeing such a card for the first time. I called to the customer care regarding the issues they are not responding. Finally after 3-4 days they picked the call and said the card was valid in only specific stores and the discount will be up to 25% and first purchase discount voucher from trans deal site after receiving discount. They didn't mention me all these things at the time of making payment and gave me false promises about their card and the customer care are saying there is no cancellation or refund. Now i'm going to file a complaint against them. We will see where this goes.

I got a call from people again n again saying that u have offers on your hdfc credit card. They offer 5 types of benefits, one discount card which will offer 20% off in online sites and other big outlets, 2 holidays, one health check up, 3000 cashback, n a gift set o[censored]cb with watch n wallet.
They wont leave unless n untill they make you pay by convincing hard, and the worst part is they say the amout will be deducted even if i dont pay which will make you think.

How can some group of people do such a bad act on someone, s hard earned money. They are fraud people who force you to make the payment saying they are from hdfc credit card department which is completely wrong.

This is a company based in delhi who r fooling people by taking a amt more than 8000rs from u.
There is a website of transdeals but the coupon section wont work, n the outlets dont know anything like this.

Got a kit with UCB wallet and watch, dont know its original or not. After online card registration on transdeals site, found there is not coupans available for free about discount. Customer care not responded after mail communication. 1st reply i got on email after 7 days. Asking to make more payment to purchase coupans. Now as i looking to book holiday but have no faith on such company. Company is not replying on refund requests. It seems its a fraud company collecting money against services offered and then twisting commitments made at time of sales.

I read the different websites & found that these all are scams. Immediately i called to my bank but don't have the information about these. Bank is unable to return the amount.
