TTK Prestige Ltd. — Prestige royale Gas stove glass broken

Dear Team, Had purchase Prestige Royale Gas stove on 30 Mar 14 from Big Bazaar( Sahara Mall). On 31 Aug 14 while cooking stove gas broken into pieces from one burner and ended with whole glass turn into pieces. On 1 Sep 14 made visit to big Bazaar Sahara mall but they adviced now its co responsibility to repair or replace so you need to contact Prestige only. On 2 Sep 14 after trying so many CTC mentioned in user manual got correct number and called on[protected] and got Complaint no HARY559803 and advised us need to wait till tomorrow our local office person will call and visit your place to check whether it need replacement or repair. On 3rd Sep got call from local ofc that it will cost you Rs 1670 to repair as there is no warranty for stove glass but it has been 8 Days since then no body shown up after calling on same number they give excuses ma’am its 1)raining, 2) Boy who is supposed to visit is on leave, 3) no one in ofc right now we will call you back and many other. Glass pieces all over kitchen hurting every one in family but Big Bazaar and prestige like companies are only busy in promoting attractive sales offers.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Prestige Glass Top GT 03 L Gas Stove from Pradeep Gas Agency, Pune before 6 Months.

Unfortunately my stove glass top got broken yesterday due to technical or poor quality materials. So I called the Prestige TTK custmercare office at Banglore and they have noted my complaint (no. PUNE 568940) and informed me that they send service engineer immediately.

Since yesterday I am unable to use this stove and we are put it into great trouble. Please depute your service engineer immediately and arrange to replace the stove glass top immediately, as the stove is in warrenty.

Bought a glass top gas stove GTM22- SS in Oct'16 and in 4 months itself, when preparing Dosa the glass shattered on the entire stove, maybe due to the Heat. Its under warranty but the technical executive said, there is no warranty on the Glass. its charged Rs.1750 extra just to replace the glass top.

If the Glass cannot take the heat, then why do you ppl sale them and why do you call it toughened. Its risky as the glass pieces is shattered all over the kitchen and the food.

This kind of product should be banned.

The following stove in the picture is being used for last 6 months with all the care that needs to be taken for a glass hobtop. But suddenly with no reason 4 days back the glass bursted with a loud noise. Luckily there's no one in the kitchen as my wife is done with the cooking. Immediately she had placed a complaint with the customer care (CHEN2326745) for which she was promised that the concern will be attended within 48 hours. Till date it has been 4 days and no one has even called back. Till this incident I had a great expectations on the brand prestige but now I'm totally disappointed with the quality of products and your customer service. Never in my life would I buy a prestige/ ttk product nor will I allow anyone in my known circle to do the same. I'm going to keep this pic as a souvenir of my stupid decision for relying on prestige. My mom is using a Faber hobtop for the past 4 years with no complaints or any reason to contact customer care. The only other prestige product I have in my kitchen is the chimney and waiting for your unreliable customer care to give me a reason to throw it out of my home and make my home a prestige smart kitchen free home.

I have purchased a 3 burner glass stove at Harsha Electronics, Kundapura, Udupi by 14/04/2017. But within a 2 month the glass has been bursted when cooking. The stove glass top got broken due to heat or poor quality materials. I have logged 2 complaints to customer care (complaint no HUBL2598870 & HUBL2639469) but still I have not received any feedback from them. If I call regional manager, he is threating me that we would file the compliant in police station ageist me. Pl. give me suggestions, within the period of one month the stove top had broken into pieces. I had a bad opinion about prestige.

This is insane.
While cooking prestige glass top bursted. The stove glass top got broken due to heat or poor quality materials. I have logged complaints to customer care (complaint no PUNE217780) but still I have not received any feedback.

Please don't buy this.

I purchased Prestige Svachh GTSV-04 4 Burner Glass top LP Gas Stove with Liftable Burner Set | Black,

There was only one Set available at Reliance Store, While Billing i said there is Label torn it doesn't look like a new one because the Button Red Lit was missing as well, i thought of taking it because it doesn't affect the functionality of the Product.

The store person assured me that its new one if anything happens we will replace it with new one, There is no way to test the stove at store, i purchased it & went to Bangalore, While cooking the glass was shattered, i asked to leave the room, do not touch anything,

I came from Bangalore & tried to complain about it as usual the reliance store number no one picks up, I reach out to prestige post long IVR i raised a request she said will replace the glass,

I purchased a new product it was hardly used within 20 days, Adviser said only Glass will be replaced and it's free are if they are talking like they are doing it as a favour, I said even if they replace the Product what about my family safety,

If it happens again, my mother is afraid to use it because of the glass blast sound, She is worried that glasses could harm her eyes or face.

To Reliance :

The Reliance person said nothing will happen, I asked him it's a matter of safety for my family. If anyone will be there at the time of glass shattered they will be terrified.

I purchased a New Product why i am getting a Replaced One, It's like cheating Loyal Consumer, Kindly Check my number ([protected]) I have Purchased every Device & Appliances from Relaince & recommended Reliance Store but this Incident has changed everything on top of they are asking me if i applied the whitner changed the Date, I said to check invoice date & compare your records or check CCTV Footage i clearly stated its a replaced Product the Label were torn & Knob button Orange rubber on Knob was missing.

Now they are saying it was a replaced product which they have provided. They are saying reach out to Prestige for warranty when I asked about why they are selling returned products, they are saying will replace the glass or check if they can replace the product.

It feels very Humiliating to Pay this much amount & justify that you are stating the Fact.

To Prestige :

Didn't expect this from a reputed brand like Prestige,

I went through an ad & i purchased it, i didn't understand it because it was in tamil, but literally its crackling upgrade.
