I bought a prestige non-stick tawa from TTK's authorised dealer(Ratna Agencies Nanganallur, Chennai), which was give 1 year warranty. After using it for few months the non-stick coating peeled off. I gave it the dealer where i bought, they assured for replacement. Even after 2 months (till now) the dealer is not responding properly. Even i tried to reach customer care through email, but no action taken so far. I too contacted customer care thru phone, but poor response, and they always give confusing reply, but I was able to get the complaint # CHEN547010. The customer care # is 33441111, but most of the time, it takes a long time to pick, Even picked i hear the other executives are chatting with others with jokes..., some time i get the message "Number not in Use". I have also lodged a complain from TTK's website, no response for that too...
This also makes to think, whether this organisation behaves to its name or not.

never buy prestige induction stoves/cooker.
never buy prestige induction stoves/cooker.these are worse products.always give you errors like E3, E2, E5, E9.At any imp time to cook food it will show you error.you cant able to cook food.it will make your life hell.
