We bought prestige p Glass Top Gas Tabl.es GT 02 AI before 4 years. Yesterday the glass in gas stove got exploded while cooking. By God's grace no one inside the kitchen. Glasses broken into to tiny particles like sugar and sprayed all over the kitchen even in hall. Glass exploded at high pressure, if any one nearby it may cause heavy injury or may kill the person. We don't know whether this Glass Top Gas stove design are tested and inspected properly. Similar incidents occurred and published in Internet. But no action from consumer court / government bodies. People using this glass top gas stove should aware of these problem. Please take action immediately.

Glass exploded at high pressure, if any one nearby it may cause heavy injury or may kill the person. We don't know whether this Glass Top Gas stove design are tested and inspected properly. Similar incidents occurred and published in Internet also. But no action from consumer court / government bodies. People using this glass top gas stove should aware of these problem. Please take action immediately.

    We bought one Prestige rice cooker on 4th June 2014 which is the cost of 3000rs with one year warranty, and after one month it got damaged. We took the rice cooker to the service center which is located in Koramangala 1st block and after keeping the rice cooker with them for one month, they replied that we are not doing service here, then they asked us to take the rice cooker to Jayanagara service center. Its been almost two months, but they are not repairing the rice cooker and if we call to them they are not responding properly. and when we go and meet them always they are telling, it requires two weeks to change the coil.

      PURCHASED PRESTIGE INDUCTION COOK TOP PIC 3.0 V2 SERIAL NO U4E35337 DATED 7 8 2014. SYSTEM STOP WORKING ON 14 SEP 2014, AND IT WAS SHOWING E3 MESSAGE AND 15TN SEP ONWARDS ITS WENT OFF. REGISTERED SERVICE REQUEST ON 17 SEP 2014, SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER IS MUND586209 AND GOT PROMISE FROM EXECUTIVE THAT WE WILL GET SERVICE IN 48 HRS. BUT AFTER 48 HRS WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY DENIED AND STILL WAITING FOR CALL FROM THEIR SIDE.

        Dear sir, I would like to bring to your notice, how the well know company like Prestige overlook the complaints raised by their customers. I brought a Three Burnor Gas Stove Manufacuter : Prestige . On using it I came to know about the problem the burnor put the flames off if knob is turned to minimum I raised a complait to customer care of the company and followed it for one month but they have'not attended the same since last six months.

          Prestige royale Gas stove glass broken

          Dear Team, Had purchase Prestige Royale Gas stove on 30 Mar 14 from Big Bazaar( Sahara Mall). On 31 Aug 14 while cooking stove gas broken into pieces from one burner and ended with whole glass turn into pieces. On 1 Sep 14 made visit to big Bazaar Sahara mall but they adviced now its co responsibility to repair or replace so you need to contact Prestige only. On 2 Sep 14 after trying so many CTC mentioned in user manual got correct...

          we had given complaint of gas stove (4 burners) to service centre on 20/08/14.they informed that it will be attended within 48 hrs.service centre last 3 days am trying ie from 02/09/14 till today ie 5th sep, answer am getting is "sorry", you will get a call but there is no call from the centre.i had called goa office also.same thing response but no action.complaint number is GOA 535594.

I recommended the same to my friend and brought one on 18th Feb 2014. But to my amazement, it broke down exactly after 8 days o[censored]sage and I took it to the nearst service center on 3rd of March 2014. It was repaired and returned to me on 19th March 2014. I requested them for a new replacement as I doubt that it has some manufacturing defect but they denied my request. I took it home and again it broke down on 25th May 2014. I handed it over to the service center on 2nd June 2014 and till date it is not returned to me. The service center is at a distance of 15 Kms from my residence and they even dont bother to answer my phone calls. I have visited atleast four times the service center and everytime they tell me that they have not received an IC from the Prestige H.O. which I think is not correct. Now for more than two months the Induction Cook top is with them, requesting you to kindly help me in getting a new induction cook top as a replacement or pay me for the harassment I have faced for these two months.

              I bought a prestige non-stick tawa from TTK's authorised dealer(Ratna Agencies Nanganallur, Chennai), which was give 1 year warranty. After using it for few months the non-stick coating peeled off. I gave it the dealer where i bought, they assured for replacement. Even after 2 months (till now) the dealer is not responding properly. Even i tried to reach customer care through email, but no action taken so far. I too contacted customer care thru phone, but poor response, and they always give confusing reply, but I was able to get the complaint # CHEN547010. The customer care # is 33441111, but most of the time, it takes a long time to pick, Even picked i hear the other executives are chatting with others with jokes..., some time i get the message "Number not in Use". I have also lodged a complain from TTK's website, no response for that too... This also makes to think, whether this organisation behaves to its name or not.

                After purchasing this product, top glass cover broken by accident for this I have registered a complaint n I was ready to pay full amount it costs but now its a month no action has been taken yet..every time i called in service center they give me fixed reply that glass has no availability..please help me out i[censored] can.                   I Mrs.Urvee Phaldesai regret to inform you that my food processor given for repairs on 25/6/14 to TTK Prestige Ltd at Malbhat near SBI, Margao, Goa was not repaired for nearly two months.Phone calls made by me to inquire, we not atttended to. I paid visits for nearly five times but was of no avail.Since I stay around 50 km away from the place I had to waste my energy, time and money. For the first time, the person at the enquiry counter had no idea if the product was repaired.While another time the reason mentioned was that audit was going on.Finally when the product was delivered a part was not replaced.It has caused great inconvenience to me.

                    I have filled Complaint on 08/08/2014 & Complaint registeration No. is MUMB517870 . I have called four time till now but i have not received any Services from Presige Co. Service center Side. I had purchased the product in November 2013. I Personaly Feel Do not Purchase Prestige products as they premium price for their product but dont give any service they think customers are fool . Please avoid purchase of prestige products.

                      produt name -Glasstop gas stove.bought 6 months back... stove burners-blocked...complaint to tollfree cus care no, 2 times.simply saying that mechanic is coming...coming... product is within warranty.phoned to the shop we bought, they says ''he might be busy..so wait.'' no other source of cooking except this stove.I'm afraid that blocked burners may cause gas problems..

                        This product is being offered with exchange offer and I placed my order under exchange offer. The site says that you will get a box which you have to tick during check out, but I did not find the box and my order was placed. It seems that the company fraudulently displaying this offer to trap the customer.

                          Bought from hiramoti electron on 23/12/2013.24 months warranty.
                          bill to my name-Sarthak das..address and phone number given.
                          gas leaking from the gas tube connector, chances of fire.no problem with pipe, but at the point of connection to the oven.
                          already registered a complaint on 10th of july, 2014.complaint no-KOLK461880.called customer care on 18th july, 19th july twice.still no technician attended..though the technician was to reach everyday I called, as guaranteed by the customer care executives-miss saundariya, miss shraddha etc.as u can see from my email, i am quite harassed by the after sales support of your company and quitedisgusted.can i expect a technician soon?10 days for sales support to arrive from the same city is not appreciable at all!!!
                          sent this mail to prestige ttk national service manager thrice, no reply.tried to register an online complaint, tried 10, 11 times..showing an error and cannot register complaint.i have all the required documents like purchase bill and guarantee card.
                          can any one give any idea as how to approach to consumer court?i am from kolkata.

                            This is in regards to the complaint that was registered with prestige dated 7th June 2014. Prestige sent out a technician (satyanarayan ph [protected]) to fix a problem of switch with the prestige chimney..the technician came to my place and opened the chimney after which he left stating that he had some other work and will come back. He did not come back and after calling him multiple times. I called up prestige again and they promised to send a tech in 48 hours however no one turned up and its been a week. Prestige is not at all helping even whn my product is underwarranty. Complaint no. Hyde409255

                              I have also fallen prey to its exchange anything to anything offer and bought a gas stove 3-4 months back. Its has lot of issues and I raised several complaints against it. Everytime they promise somebody would visit my house and look at it but nobody comes. Latest example is that i called them 4 days back and they said they will call back within 48 hours. 96 hours is passed by but nobody called me back. Since today morning i have called them twice, everytime they promise that witin half an hour somebody would call. Last time they said within 5 minutes of disconnecting the call somebody would call me. I feel like spitting at the product and company. I urge all not to buy a single product of prestige. If it doesnt work you will also have to suffer this sick and pathetic shameless customer service of it. this is the condition in bangalore, think the situation in smaller cities. The complain number which i raised is BANG422802. My contact detail is [protected]. I don't want to rate this because there is no option to rate this less than 0. Given a chance I would rate the product and service less than -5. I am going to consumer court tomorrow to fight these frauds legally ...

                                hi, Based on the experience i am saying dont go for prestige product, its low quality product, I brought a non stick tawa kadai pan within 4 month all the coating has gone, Even i have used only wooden spoon in it, I bought which i can use aluminium spoon as well, Just 4 month that too in wooden spoon, Guys please my sincere advice don't buy TTK products / Prestige, It has only the company name in it, The service and even the product quality is pathetic, To get it replace you haver to undergo 1000 formalities and the amount which you are spending to get the things u can buy other company product, Don't go for prestige with the brand name, It will screw your happiness, Money and time

                                  Hello Sir/Madam, We have purchased Pestiage in khammam long time back (8 years) and during purchase they have promised that the service is available in khammam and will do needful when ever it is necessary. We have been having problem for the past 2 years now with one of the burners and when ever we call the service center they say that people have to come from warangal or hyderabad hence it will take time. We waited the duration mentioned by the service people but nobody showed up . Every day the problem is getting to our nerves and we need your help in solving the issue. We kind of adjusted to the problem as prestige is been a reliable brand but it getting too hard for us to adjust to the problem for so long.                                     I had bought the induction base pressure cooker, and within not even 6 months the base has come off, and the service people after saying they cannot attach it, are suggesting that I have been cooking in high and to not do that but use sim cooking:(... and I am being asked to buy another one in exchange! Fault is in their manufacturing, and servicing...and we are to pay because of that? if at all they had no solution to such common problems why dont they withdraw the product ? DO NOT buy steel pressure cookers with induction base please. Product is bad and also servicing is zero.

                                    I also faced the same issue...the company personnel simply blame it on the customer however in reality the make is not good...the base simply peeled off when it could not handle the temperature differential...this is not only about the financial loss but could also cause severe accident someday

                                      I have purchased a prestige induction Cooker PIC 3.0 V2 on 27/10/2013. Same is under warranty. That cooker is not switching on since 10.03.2014. on the very same day i placed a complaint on prestige customer support number 80334411 and my complaint reference number is HARY260522. After that i have called on this number around 4 to 5 times and every time i was told that executive will visit my home but no one has yet came to check the induction. No one is responding from last 15 days. Please respond within 24 hours of this complaint or refund the total value of induction.
