I recently brought prestige OTG for my home and I am not satisfied with the product functioning. I raised a complaint on November 25th and the customer service person told within 48 hours a technical person will reach. There was no response by any technical person and I again called the customer service to book a complaint again. They never took it as a serious concern. Then I reached out to Sathya Agency where I brought the product and shared the issue. The concern person from Sathya told they will take care and ask prestige person to solve my issue. Again there was no response from their end. Again I called customer service and ask for the local service centre number, where my complaint has been sent. They have given Mr.Manikandan, the regional service centre in Kodambakkam, Chennai and never responded properly to my complaint. Daily I used to call him and he will say tomorrow I will come, but till now no response from his side. Finally I came to know, the entire service from prestige was totally waste. They do not have proper person to sort out consumer concerns. For the past 15 days I was following all of them and finally I am disappointed to your service. I have purchased various other brands like LG, Samsung, Whirlpool but when comparing them prestige is the worst products and zero customer service. As per your norms while registering complaint a technician should reach us within 48 hours, but it takes 15 days and still I am following the people and begging them to come. I am here by declare that henceforth I will not purchase any product from prestige and atleast please take necessary action against Mr. Manikandan and his contact number - [protected]. This is prestige deal a customer. Very poor customer service. I am totally disappointed. Need to take action against this person and the customer service person. I will reach out to consumer court regarding this issue.
