TTK Prestige — Problem with New Purchased Stove - Replacement Request | |||
Hi Prestige Team, We have bought the new stove on 04-OCT-2020 from Tanjore prestige showroom, the stove started giving problem from next day and we tried to manage for some time. But then the burner flame becomes very low then we filled the complaint. The service person came and clean the burner and it was working fine only for a few days then again it started giving a problem. Now it's producing more smoke and the vessels become fully smoke and dark. So we would request you replace the product and need your help on this issue. Within a week's time, we have filled the complaint twice and the issue still persists. I have attached a screenshot of the same.
