Date 18/02/2017 ko mainay uco mbanking app use kiya mnay 4:00pm ko uco mbanking app say 2500 rupay ka neft transfer kiya par app may likha hua aya an error occurred but meray uco bank account say 2500rupay debit ho gye aur abhi tak voh rupay jis bank may mnay transfer kiya h abhi tak us bank may 2500rupay credit nai hue h so I please request to you refund my 2500rupay to my uco bank account

    Reference to the above cited subject i have 100 shares of your bank bearing certificate no.43571 and regd. Folio no. Ucb[protected] and by typographic mistake 2nd holder name was quoted in certificate as"sysgeek jynar" which suppose to be"susheel kumar". (Sane certificate scan copy attached for your reference). Due to this problem i can not convert this certificate in demat format.
    You are requested tell me the procedure for changing the same.

      Dear Sir/Madam
      We are running a school, doing all our banking with UCO bank Alamgir, Ludhiana, Punjab since year 1999 without any issue and having very good relation with the bank. But two of our cheques got bounced in November 2016. Cheque numbers are 263027 and 263028.
      We issued these cheques to a party named 'EDUCOM'. We are issuing cheques to this party from last four years and never faced any issue.
      Even our bank balance was more than enough, still our cheques rejected by our own bank, putting penalty on us.
      Due to cheque bounce receiving party has issued a legal notice to the school putting the reputation of the school on stacke.
      We contacted the branch manger told him about the issue, he said he need a MEMO. Today (09 February 2017) our principal went to the bank with MEMO at around 10:45 am, they said bank manager on leave you have to wait for the next responsible person to come. Principle waited till 11:50 am-finally she [next responsible person] arrived, shown her the MEMO [soft copy] she said there must be some code or something on it, our principle told her that she is not aware of that and this is the MEMO which was send to receiving party by their bank {IDBI}.
      We requested her [UCO bank employe] that please contact your cheque handling branch and please help us out because the deadline of the 'legal notice' is coming, but she refused and said we can't do anything. Told her we are your customer please help but in vain.
      What's our point is that without having any shortcoming from our side we 'the school' received a 'legal notice', we went to our own bank for help! Our own bank doesn't informed/contacted us before rejecting the cheques, putting the reputation of the school in danger.
      We were dealing with this party from last four years with good business partnership, but now that party is doubting us!
      Please find the copy of MEMO as an attachment.
      Please consider this matter urgent and do the needful.
      Even we registered a online complaint on UCO bank's website, reference number is P[protected]ALAMGIR050.

      Non payment of electricity bill through electronic clearance in Jan 2017 instead of two complains no satisfactory reply has been received from uco bank Koramangala branch bangalore .now I know why coustomer satisfaction limit is 1%.

[protected] (FDR No.K 098437) issue dated 23/01/2012 matured on 23/01/2017(Uco Bank, Birla Market, Branch-Renukoot (Sonebhadra)(Bank Branch Code 000143) of Matured amount Rs 1, 57, 659.00/- till date of Maturity we have not received the Matured amount, From the last Ten Days. the bank manager is saying that we are searching for it but no positive reply is given by him. Kindly look into the matter as urgent as possible and resolve the situation, Since I am In The need of Money.

          I have deposited one cheque of Rs.92, 458=00 on 15/12/2016, instead of the full amount only 32, 458=00 credited in my account, we have diposited with slip and and amount written in that 92, 458=00.
          I have not understand why bank have not given full amount of the cheque amount, where is the remaining balance of 60, 000/00???, we are doing regular followup with bank from 17/12/2016 by oral and in writing but till now I have not received my balance amount and proper reply.
          I have visited 10 to12 times at the branch, due to all this I am facing lots of trouble.
          I am requesting to the bank see this matter seriously and deposit my balance amount with compensation as early as possible.

            On 12 january2017 amazon.com refund of rs 7039.75 in my bank a/c. But this was not credited in my a/c. (Refund reference no[protected]. I tried to contact uco bank customer care but every time telling line busy. So i request to you to solve this problem as soon as possible. Already 12 days gone. And i sending a mail to uco bank but they don't reply.

              Sir i had recently order a product from Amazon and return it to Amazon back after receiving damaged product and demand for refund they refund the amount 499 in my bank account on 9th January 2017 but till now not come in my account so I contact Amazon and they tell me that they completed the process for refund and some part is left from bank side So contact customer care o[censored]co bank and provide reference number to bank and tell to initiate money in bank account as fast as possible so my reference number is[protected].

                UCO bank pandaul solid.1546 has erroneously imposed cash handling charges on my UCO care account by Rs.10 However as per the terms and conditions pertaining to UCO care account no cash handling charges are applicable upto Rs. 50000. This is a special provision applicable to UCO care current account holders only.Notwithstanding this fact, UCI pandaul has gone ahead and levid 10 Rs. despite the fact that my deposits did not exceed the Rs 50000. Accordingly this act is an act which contradicts violates infringes defies the T&C of the aforesaid account.Please look into the grievance and redress my grievance.

                  I tried to transact the above mentioned amounts from the UCO Bank to Paytm Wallet, which resulted in Failed transaction. Payments have not yet been received after several written notifications.UCO BANK said that the case and claim had been sent to the RBI and only we can look forward and see when the RBI can release and attend to the claim.

                  Sirs, I take this opportunity to inform you, that My Bankers did a great job and got both the Refunds of Rs.4970 & 700/_ credited back into my savings account on war footings. Special thanks to you and my Uco Bankers at Ayodhya Chowk, Sector-7 Branch, Rohini, Delhi. For a comendable job done. Their sincere efforts and will ful attention by you, helped in getting my money.                   I have been forced to write an apology letter and not make complains as they would be worthless and would not solve the purpose.
                  Yesterday i have withdrawn 10000/- cash from my home branch, but i received a before 2005 note of 100/- rupees.Somehow i missed to identify that particular note, now bank is not accepting that note.If bank break the trust, what is the option for customers? looking for response from bank side.

                          We have a current account with e-banking facility at your salt lake, sector-i branch. Our e-banking corporate id is shr6272. Passward o[censored]ser id cr6272 was blocked yesterday. Then an there we go to the branch for unlock the same. The bank official said the problem is automatically resolved by 24 hours. Unfortunately the problem is still now functioned. Please do the need full and oblige.

                          Respected sir/mam, I am an education loany from UCO Bank nayagarh branch. Already 3 semester fee I have paid from my sanctioned loan but this time the manager incharge is denying to release the fee amount citing some issue regarding sanction order .                             Ever since the demonetization drive began the manager o[censored]CO bank Sangam Vihar has been laundering the black money of Hamdard Public School taking commission at the cost of the poor customers.On 22.12 2016 a cheque of one Mr. AKTHAR ALI, for Rs.10000 was cleared where as all the other customers were given only Rs.6000 each citing the reason of shortage of money. Surprisingly Ahthar Ali also is one Who is closely Associated with the aforesaid school .Kindly look into

                              This guy took Rs 2150 for booking of train tickets ..he showed us the confirmed ticket too..under EQ quota...(of course hid the Pnr no. ) ..Initially he asked us to transfer Rs 500 to his account and then he showed us the ticket and asked us to transfer remaining amount... Once the amount was transferred, he stopped receiving our call..

But my cheques was returned . now i have lot of problem for it.

                                I have swip my card my first payment was failed due to some technical problems, but amount was debited from my account then I have done second swip it is got successful and only one amount received to shopkeeper that is 2200 rupes of second transaction and first swip amount that is 2200 failed . my total amount get deducted 2200 +2200 rupes from my account. This all transaction summary done on 08december2016. Also I have attached both the receipts of fail and successful transactions. Please solve my problem as early as possible.

                                Chq no. 918883 dated 24/11/16 of State Bank of India deposited to my UCO Bank a/c no [protected] on Nov 29 2016. SBI debited the amount on Dec 6, 2016. But the cheque amount not credited to my UCO savings account yet.

But your bank staff person"meena ji "use very odd language and told me now am busy and wait but he is free or something not busy. He told a lot of odd words like"tu kya kar lega ". Account band kar dunga"kitna diposit kar rakha hai tune " ab to 10 din tak nahi dunga. I m very tired from your meena ji plz take some action

                                      UCO Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am mbanking user. So I use this facility many times.
                                      But yesterday when I transferred my money to other account, app was time out, cancelled and my account has debited two times ( Rs. 9500 and Rs. 850) Please return my money in my account.
                                      I sent Rs 5000 through m-banking from A/C no [protected] to A/C no [protected] on 15/12/16 . But the amount is not deposited till now.The transaction made in same bank at Silewara, Dist Nagpur, IFS Code UCBA0000943.
