I have swip my card my first payment was failed due to some technical problems, but amount was debited from my account then I have done second swip it is got successful and only one amount received to shopkeeper that is 2200 rupes of second transaction and first swip amount that is 2200 failed . my total amount get deducted 2200 +2200 rupes from my account. This all transaction summary done on 08december2016. Also I have attached both the receipts of fail and successful transactions. Please solve my problem as early as possible.

With respected, This is to say that i Anshul living in Mirzapur Distt. want to open an new bank bank account in Renusagar Uco Bank Distt.- Sonebhadra.I am having my permanent address & i.d. prrof of Distt.- Mirzapur available but not having any address proof of Sonebhadra district Renusagar available but having address proof of my relative in Renusagar...Does it is necessary having address proof Renusagar When I am Having My Permanent Address proof along with me.
Sir because of not having address proof of Sonebhadra District Renusagar they are not opening my savings Account in Renusagar Branch...on dated 19/12/2016. When I am ready to provide Permanent Address AAdhar Card, Voter Card, Pan card And Relative Quarter Allotment Letter, Pan Card and ID Proof of Hindalco Renusagar Company...Please tell me What to Do???

On 5th December I was trying to purchase from Decathlon (Decath[protected]) and as I tried to make the payment the bank send me the otp which I put correctly but after processing it gave the message "Payment failed" but I got sms that the amount (3548/-) has been deducted. order id: 957426-[protected]. After that I got messages from paytm and Decathlon both and both of them assured me that the amount will be credited but after 72 hours my account has not yet been credited with the amount(3548/-) which was debited. I dont know who will credit the amount whether it is the bank or paytm or Decathlon(but they didn't received it at all), kindly solve my issue please.

I attempted to pay INR 1258 towards airtel communication as my monthly bill using Internet banking.
The first attempt was unsuccessful and the second one was successful.

The payment was made on 17th March 2016 and initially I was asked from my bank to contact airtel.
Inspite of contacting airtel for the past 9 months and reaching them at the highest regional center bhopal it was confirmed that they did not recieve the payment and the same has not been yet reverted to my account.

I kindly request you to look into the issue and provide a quick resolution.

On 6th october 2016, I was trying to add money in pocket app(by icici) and amount of rs.1000 debited from my bank account but transaction was failed. I registered complain in pocket app.
On 6th November 2016, they told me to contact bank.I tried to email but they didn't reply. I also call but they didn't received it. I visited branch but they are unable to help( they are busy in currency exchange)

I am Alka, an Account holder in your bank, Meham branch (Rohtak) Haryana. .I tried to withdraw 2000 rs from my account through ATM on[protected]. Today i have received fake call from somebody else. and he was saying that your A/C will be blocked in a few days and asked for a detail of my A/C. I gave him my UCO ATM no. and OTP Password. After that i had lost balance in my A/C.

A man named Manpreet with the following details has cheated us, saying that he will book tickets, but he didn t turned up after receiving the money.
While enquiring in just dial, I got this agent, he contacted us and on 23rd oct 2016, we did fund tranfer to his account, partially, then again we transfer the money on 24th oct 2016, Now he is not traceable... His bank details are as follows:

My father, Yogesh Kumar, tried to withdraw money from canara bank atm from hi UCO Bank account.
But as soon as thr money came out it went back into the machine and didnt get the money however UCO bank says that money was withdrawn and they are not giving tr money back.
This is cheating and it was hard earned money and we cannot afford to lose that money
Please help. We need that money.

I'm a customer o[censored]cba0000248 branch..
On 19th september 2016 bank has been debited me for rs 770 for additional debit entry charges...

As per rbi rule bank has been debited debit entry charges per additional transaction...
While bank has been debited my account aggregate for whole additional entries (As per your norm 51 entries allow for half year)
My question is that when charges are per entry then why you debited whole because from this i'm not aware that i've crossed my threesold limit and it's your bank policy to debit aggregate then why you didn't send me any intimation that you have crossed the limit so that i will stop any transaction..

Apart from uco bank no provision for debited per entry without intimation

So as per rbi you have been done a fault and as a student of chartered accountant cum lawyer i'm in position to charge a sue on you that you were not informed your customer and not debited charges as per rbi norms

Remember there is very powerful social media and i can go thru media channels like cnbc and consumer authorities and onerous...
I will submit my application to bank tomorrow and if not refund these charges within 15 days (Rbi norms)

Remember only 1 customer is enough to fade your goodwill
And when i dissociate with you then it's become very bad for you because i've very large social circle

I am sanjoy pal, account no. [protected] and my atm no. [protected] uco bank, chora, vill. Chora, po. Haripur, dist. Burdwan, raniganj 713378, on september 07/09/2016, i tried to withdraw 500 rs. At 08:10 pm from state bank atm haripur pandewesver, burdwan. But due to some reason the transaction got cancelled, but at the same time money got deducted from my account. I am already submitted complain application branch manager dated on 08/09/2016 but not response this my application. I hoped that it will get credited within few days as normally happens. But i have not still received that amount. It has been a week now and not refund. I am tired of calling the customer care and nobody picks up.
Please help me.

I booked my ticket from Howrah to Ranchi on 30.08.2016. Date of journey - 11.10.2016, Transaction ID - [protected] PNR No. - [protected]. I cancelled the above ticket on 19.09.2016. The railway dept. has already refunded the amount of Rs. 710/- having transaction Id-[protected] on 20.09.2016. Till date the said amount has not been credited in my account. Please expedite the same.
