Dear sir/madam,
Last year my mom applied for business loan in a pm yojna. The loan also get sanctioned. But the manager is irresponsible, making excuses everytime. From last one year it is on hold. And anytime without any permission he enter in our bank account deduct money than add again after asking the reason. So please into this matter. Our bank account in uco is not safe and reliable. Kindly revert and take action. Further info related to account and loan account we will tell if any reply came by yourside.

    Sir, i have one rupay card (Card no. [protected]) against my account no.[protected] uco bank, nangi branch. While paying rs 1550 for my shopping at ganga jamuna. Sreeram arcade, kolkata on 10/07/17 through pos of ganga jamuna ladies tailor (Hdfc bank) using that rupay card i found two failed transactions before making one valid transaction through the pos of ganga jamuna matching, axis bank. But while checking my smss and also checking my mini statement of my a/c i have come to notice that my a/c has been debited thrice and reversal has been made only once while it had to be twice as i had two failed transactions. I cross-checked with the pos statement for 10/07/17 of ganga jamuna and found that there is only one credit amount of rs 1550 is shown in ganga jamuna matching and no transaction using this rupay card is found in pos statement of ganga jamuna ladies tailor. So please do the needful to credit rs 1550 which has been wrongly deducted for making payment at ganga jamuna ladies tailor for that failed transaction. I am attaching scaned copies of those two pos statements of ganga jamuna ladies tailor and ganga jamuna matching for 10/07/17which clearly shows that i had only one purchase using this card at ganga jamuna matching and no purchase in ganga jamuna ladies tailor on that day.

      Sir, i'm ex naik onkar singh kutlehria. My ppo no is s/039248/94. I'm not getting da on my pension since 01 april 2001 to 30 sep 2016. All documents for release of da have been submitted in uco bank kalol, district bilaspur, (Hp) in november 2016. But till today l haven't got any arrears. Kindly instruct uco bank kalol and nagpur to consider my case at the earliest. Thanks.

        Sir, i am ex naik onkar singh kutlehria retired from army. I haven't received my da on pension since 01 april 2001to 30 sep 2016 (15 years 05 months). I have submitted all my documents in uco bank kalol in nov 2016 but sorry to say that no action have been taken till today by uco bank kalol and nagpur.         Not serving the customer properly...i waited their for 3-4 mins and the depositer is busy on the phone and not talk with me properly as i disturbed him and when i asked for passbook printing he said no..

          I would like to inform you that the nalbari branch of your bank is unnecessarily harassing the customers by asking them to comply with various requirements. I and my family have several accounts in the bank, which the bank is not allowing me to access. The bank staff has said that the accounts has been freezed due to non-submission of kyc forms. As per the rbi guidelines, the accounts can be partially freezed only after giving due notice to the customer. However, i have not received any such notice till date and my accounts are freezed. Various customers are harassed by the bank by misguiding them and asking them at very short intervals to resubmit the kyc. I am unable to take such repeated harassment and therefore would like to request you to kindly close my accounts and take necessary actions for the betterment of public at large. The various accounts required to be closed are:

                Dear sir my account name in uco bank is ajay arya ifsc code is UCBA0002349 my account number is [protected] .Osirn 17 april 2017 i used my atm card for transfer money to my paytm wallet rs.400 only and the amount not received in paytm wallet nor my bank account.i already gave 4 times application in my branch bank but nothing happened please check the reference id in your customer care and please solve my problem. Paytm care says transaction was done by us and gave a refrence no.28526630 but amount can not be transfer in my account please take the action immediately please dispute my money in my account. Thank

                  It seems someone has hacked my account. Today when I was at my home & received an cash withdrawal message in my mobile amount Rs. 4000 / - at 20.46.51 place : R T NAGAR, Banglore ATM ID NFUC0000 . The place of ATM is far away from my location.
                  Immediately I rush to atm to print mini statement & found there is transaction of above amount.

                  I would like to lodge the complain to recover the amount.

                    Message for chairman.
                    My self jyoti prakash sinha ([protected]) mail id - "[protected]@gmail.com" and owner o[censored]co bank house of your jajigram branch. On 20th june i have visited your branch and seen condition of bank is very bad just looking government godown, all the files and documents kept very bad manner, electrical points taken badly fire hazards condition.

                    Sir this is the only one bank in this rural area for 6-7 villages which are depend on this bank. High school, primary school, school children, agriculture krishan and all related government jobs payment done through this bank. Everyday more than 100 transaction is being done through this bank but there is no facilty of atm and customer sitting arrangement.

                    Requested to management to look into the matter and take appropriate action for publoc interest and shift this bank in proper place to provide better services to the local villages.

                    At present for this bank house rent is paying is only rs. 2875/- per month for 1000 sq. Feet area, plus dg room extra. With this amount house owner can not effort basic general maintenance also.

                    You are requested to look into this with positive manner for both way satisfiction.

                        I do have a/c in uco bank from last 20 years, i never faced any problem. But after demonetisation there is a huge shortage in this bank. Even manager looks so fed up that many of times he doesn't sit on his seat to answer the customers. Bank's condition is so miserable that even guard does enteries in pass book because they don't have proper staff.

                          Cashier rejected my withdrawal request only because there is no photo on pass book.it was my third pass book.when i asked sr.br.man.about it he replied in a very rude dictator type behavior. My complaint is on the point that while conforming customers ID by signature verification/finger at least how they ignore salary account customers.

                            My user id:[protected], added a beneficiary of HDFC Bank at 8:30am on[protected]. Even at 11:00pm, authentication is pending. I've never seen such an worst service. While the other banks are giving instant transfer, why you aren't capable??? On the web it's mentioned that it may take 4hrs time and the tele banker says it takes 24hrs...

                              On 18 sep 2016 from my uco bank debit card in a axis bank atm i withdrawn 5000/-rs but i am not gettinhg the cash after that i complain on my branch office in written, also complain on online (Po[protected]dharamtall001)& mail also in ([protected]@ucobank.co.in) uco custcare
                              But still i am not getting my money back, in 5th jun 2017 i visit my branch office they wasting my time (2hrs)& after that they are telling they did not receive any complain & tell me summit once agaain a complain.

                                I am a student and i have a sb account (Student) with your bellilious road branch. My account no is [protected].
                                Astonishingly i have notied (When i updated my pass book) that some items (15nos of entry) have been debited, (Total ammount is rs.5144.50,) from my account. Immediately i submitted a complain letter to the senior manager of that branch but still i am not getting the amount.
                                Sir, i am a student and the amount was kept for my educational purpose.
                                So, sir please look into the matter immediatly and credit the amount to my said account.

                                    Cheque no 491698 of sbop batal was deposited in uco bank arki (0392) on
                                    05 jun 17 forr credit to my savings a/c no 621 in your arki branch. But same is not yet credited to my said account. It is more than seven days passed. Reasons for non credit is not known.
                                    Branch manager arki branch was contacted telephonically today to find out the non credit issue. Bm informed that cheque has been sent to sbop batal (H. P.)
                                    Branch for clearing on 6 jun 17.
                                    I would like to know. Why this much delay is caused for said transaction. I request you to find out the lapse and take suitable action for early credit of cheque.

                                      The bank branch don't have cash counting machines in working condition since 1 month...
                                      Due to this very incovinientcy is seen in bank..
                                      Bank have only one cashier.. So its consuming so much time.. Bcoz he is counting every bundle manually.. & customers are very unsatisfied with bank staff due to this... Plz solve this as soon as possible..
