I have an a/c in jawahar nagar branch, jaipur. My a/c no. is [protected]. I tried to withdrew rs.2000 from UCO bank's ATM but I failed to do so because of server problem. So i had to withdrew cash from another bank's ATM. But the transaction was failed due to no cash in ATM. But there was an entry in my a/c of debiting rs.2020 (including charges for cash withdrawal from another ATM). the transaction was made on 14th march 2017. I made a complaint in my branch. They sent you a mail twice regarding this matter. But there is no response from your side till the date. I request you to please look into this matter and reimburse the amount of rs.2020 as soon as possible as it is already very much delay. otherwise I have to close my a/c from your bank and appeal in consumer court. Reply is solicited.

31march at 19:05:22pm i tried to withdraw money from atm on register number i got the message that money is deducted but i did not get the money from atm... I requested your bank to refund the money plz urgent... I am attaching the bank details i got from atm p/z refund as soon as possible i got this message from on register number [protected]. Rs. 1, 600 was on your debit card 4283*5238on 19:050:22at mandiville gardns, bal kolkata atm id nfuc 0000 avl bal is 187.39. My account no. [protected]

We are athe auctioned purchaser of one property thru public auction held on 27th may'16 against their news paper advertisement stating that the auctioned property is in their possession and they are authorised to go for public auction to sell the property advertised thru their add dated 21st april'17 and sold the property by Uco bank, AMB branch-Somajiguda-Hyderabad and got the 100% auctioned money.
To our surprise even after 10 months passed Uco bank not in a position to handover the property nor returning our money back as the property is not their possession as the property is with the possession of their borrowers and could get them vacated and tried twice failed to do so
Even uco bank AM branch Somajiguda branch Hyderabad is not replying to our letters and mails and dodging the issue with some story
Even their HO, circle office and zonal officers are keeping quite and not responding our request to return our money with bank interest

My account number is [protected] branch code 1743, i tried to withdraw money from my atm on[protected] but atm did not dispensed the money but i come to know the amount is deducted from my account please refund the amount, i tried from variou atm to withdraw the amount 10000 but i am not able to withdraw it but the amount 5000 is deducted from my account

I a resident of bannerghatta road, bangalore... Would lik a giv a complaint against an accountant o[censored]co bank bannerghatta road branch her name being shubhi... I visit d bank quite oftenly for my transactions, i being a regular customer always notice dat this lady is always on her mobile phone doing personal conversations to her family n friends during office working hours... She snatches d pass book n challans from us.. Where d challans hav been tored also.. For verification u can check d cctv status also.
I kindly request u to plz take necessary steps in rectifying her mistake because v feel very bad as v come to bank for our needs n she responds very badly to us.

Hi, I have been trying to contact the customer service executive o[censored]CO bank regarding the refund of money... I have tried for more than7-8 times since morning but every time the response is " Our customer executive is busy and..."... I am really fed up cz how cm it's customer service number and they are unable to provide any service to the customer. Worst service...

Lots of problem in calculation of pension, after 7th pay com. Specially in 20% age benefit on basic pay. And d. A on total basic+age benefit amount, because that is also the part of basic pay. 1)Today when I went to bank they didn't receive my money asking that they don't take coin of rs 1000 and my house is far away from bank and after requesting also they are not accepted it
2)secondly they guided me to wrong direction saying incorrect rule to me like-telling me that you can't send money just 2000 /- only by bank due to interpol rule
I am really disappointed from these kind of services and misguidence
Plzz act on it and make us able to use bank service

I kishor kumar kashyap am a uco bank account holder from ramnagar samastipur (Bihar).my account is situated at dalsinghsarai branch o[censored]co bank .I was adding amount 6000/- from my uco bank account to Paytm at 5 Jan 2017. Amount was deducted from my account but I had not received in my Paytm account. I complained Paytm and uco bank both . Paytm customer service was respond and they said that Paytm was not responsible for this and connect your branch. I complained in branch and give a application for above problem but they didn't response at this day.I am requesting to RBI customer service to dissolve my problem . I hope you will be response shortly .thanking you

In Feb, 17 I visited the UCO Bank, Kumarghat branch, Tripura to discuss Mudra Loan for my Clothing Business in kumarghat. On BM suggestion I spent Rs. 10, 000 to 15, 000 for making all doc ready with IT returns. After all effort I have done now he is saying he won't give me any loan. I am 110% eligible for Mudra Loan for trading & services. As per Mudra Loan Policy, I also read that BM should not insist any collateral for the same. If the Bank Managers provided false information & stop helping people like from Schedule Tribes & Women category I don't understand how & where the govt is helping us. Mudra loans seem only for rich people who have crores of collateral security. This is inequality & discrimination to our sector. Please give justice to our work & labor we put to avail the facility.

When i transacted through paytm, rs 287 had been debited but in my paytm wallet, money not added. I have contacted to paytm, thhey are also saying that kkindly contact to your bank. When contacted to bank, they are saying that, we have nothing to do. Stilll now a have not got my rs 287. It is a helpless situation. Plz connect to paytm and bank also to get my fund back... I am a student...

Cheque # 908033 deposited with UCO bank TRTC Agartala branch(Br code 1838) on 4th Feb but due to errors /operational inefficiencies of bank officials the cheque is still pending for clearance.Complaint has been raised on UCO bank portal .Complaint number P[protected]TRTC_AGART038 and even the matter has been escalated to GM operations and chief grievance redressal officer. Still no action. Bank should credit the cheque immediately along with penal interest. A cheque has 3 months validity and for one month the cheque has been lying with UCO bank. Need immediate redressal

Folio No. UCB[protected] and by typographic mistake 2nd holder name was quoted in certificate as" SYSGEEK JYNAR" which suppose to be" SUSHEEL KUMAR".(Sane certificate scan copy attached for your reference). I would like to notify you that my home loan a/c no is [protected] installment is 35507 i had personally given 3 times application to the branch manager mohan prasad singh for the installment deduct by my sb account no [protected] continually. And he commit to me that he will do as he says. But he did not deduct any installment by my sb account of january and february 2017 to my home loan account. I am trying to continue my account but i am shocked by the bank manager mohan prasad singh and your manager mohan prasad singh is not doing well work as he must do, your manger mohan prasad singh sale religious books in the branch witch is not good as a bank managers work.

The attitude of the bank manager mohan prasad singh is very rude with the the bank costumers and not working nature every time given the religious lecture to the bank costumers so i want to replace other reliable manager for this branch
