Hi, I have been trying to contact the customer service executive of UCO bank regarding the refund of money... I have tried for more than7-8 times since morning but every time the response is " Our customer executive is busy and..."... I am really fed up cz how cm it's customer service number and they are unable to provide any service to the customer. Worst service......

1)Today when I went to bank they didn't receive my money asking that they don't take coin of rs 1000 and my house is far away from bank and after requesting also they are not accepted it
2)secondly they guided me to wrong direction saying incorrect rule to me like-telling me that you can't send money just 2000 /- only by bank due to interpol rule
