UIDAI — bank account not linking with aadhaar

Hello sir my bank account is linked to Bank Of India bank and i confirmed that it is linked with the bank but when i try to check the bank acc linking status with aadhaar no through bank mapper it gives a message as "your request cannot be processed now due to some technical issue" and because of this i am not receiving my scholarship amount.Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.
