Uninor / Telenor — requesting number to get back | |||
My name is surya prakash. I stay at vanasthalipuram, hyderabad. I am using mobile number [protected] from 8 years and i have ported to uninor to vodafone and then to airtel and then i have ported to bsnl recently, but i have not recharged frc. From last 3 weeks my signal is not showing. I have contacted all network customers and i went to all stores, they said it will go to parental sim uninor which i was first used. I went to uninor store, he said no records available in this number, it is hold for 3 months, after 3 months number will sent in new outlet and it can go in anywhere in india. So he told go to begumpet main office in hyderabad and there is a chance to get your sim by officers will process and they will raise request, so that you can get your sim in outlet to your nearest store. I went to office, most of them resigned from office. Some people are there but no one is processing. Due to their negligence, customers are suffering like me. It is very critical situation for me because i have given that number in all government offices and interview calls will come to that mobile. And i have applied passport. Police verification can call to that number. It is very important number, and it is seriously critical situation for me. I mailed to uninor customer team and appeal authority team but they also not giving response. I called customer care, they also not responding. All are not processing my number. Other networks are helping this issue in few days. But telenor (Telenor store, customer care, begumpet telecommunications office) not at all respoding. If telenor will not help in this issue, i will file a complaint on telenor and team in begumpet main office.
