Uninor / Telenor — Sim card services are stopped without any intimation | |||
Dear Sir, My Mob No-[protected] which was in airtel network till 12/12/2012. I had joined it in uninor on 13/12/2012, this number was already in use but suddenly on 01/02/2016 all services of this number was stopped by telenor without any intimation. i had contacted 198 from another telenor number, CC Executive had advised me to visit nearest telenor shop, so i had visited dehgam telenor shop on 03/02/2016 at 11.30 A.M. He had advised me to replace Sim Card and Resubmit Documents. so i followed this procedure and get new Sim for this Number and insert it in my mobile but no result problem was as it is. Next day i visited dehgam telenor shop again on 04/02/2016 there i meet employee Mr. Aplesh who advised me to contact Mr. Mihir Patel on mobile number-[protected], when i called him about the issue he said me that so many telenor connections are running on my name so telenor had stopped services of your number and advised me to send application with details o[censored]sing telenor numbers and to re-submit fresh documents. I had Sent application that 4 telenor numbers (1)[protected] Services Stop now (2) [protected] (3) [protected] (4) [protected] are using by me and my family members & request him to cancel all other telenor numbers if running on my name. He had advised me to wait for 4 to 5 days. so i am waiting for re activation of my sim service. i had also contacted telenor customer care through e mail Ref ID-666179 and 673300 but my problem is not solved since last 12 days. i am requesting to telenor to restart Sim Services on my number [protected].
