[Resolved] Union Bank Of India — Refund initiated by Amazon still not received in account
My name is Aryan Mishrs and I had ordered 3 products( tab s6 lite;samsung smartwatch;metal strap) of RS.40389(3 product ) in Amazon on 01/02/2021 and returned it on same date I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 01/02/2020
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money in my bank account. Amazon sent this reference number
30005410341033011541234 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I am a student I need the money Please take action against it and I hope my problem will be resolved very soon I have to reorder things as soon as I get my money so please look into this matter.I think that Amazon has refunded but there is some bank issue that's why money ia still not there in account
