Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — Reminder on complaint dated 31.12.2016.

I lodged a complaint on 31/12/2016 and the reference number is 1459662.When i go to the complaint portal it is mentioned as Marked as resolved.I have not received any reply or aadhar card.I sent a complaint also by speed post to UIDAI New Delhi on 05.01.2017.

Kindly advise how to escalate the complaint to a higher level like ombudsman.
