I had opened an FD with Unitech Ltd dtd 25/8/11. FD amount was Rs.15000/- & Fd no. 1024367. Payment was made thru Allahaband bank, Cheque no.799011, dtd 19/08/2011. Maturity date of the FD was 25/08/2014. After maturity, FD certificate send to Uniteh Ltd, Delhi office, via courier no. [protected], dtd 18/09/2014. Now on following up with company officials, they are telling, payment cannot be made rightnow as company financial position is not OK. How they can do this? Also, they are still operating without any action from authorities.

I have not received the maturity amount of FDR No.1195077 dated 14.09.2012 of Rs.40000/- in the name of 'FARAZ AHMED & JAVED NASEED matured on 13.09.2014. Please look into it and arrange to refund the maturity amount at the earliest before I file the complaint with SEBI and Registrar of Companies, New Delhi. Hi, I bought a flat from Unitech builder (project name: Unitech, The Residences) in Noida sector 117 in January 2012. They launched a lucrative scheme of no EMI for 18 months, taking in consideration the name and reputation of builder I was very impressed and decided to invest my hard earned money in this project. In my allotment letter, time for completion of the project was given as 36 months starting from the booking date. I was ensured by the builder that the flat will be ready by that time. I paid the builder an initial amount of around 15 lakh by cheques and remaining 30 lakh by bank loan which constitutes 95% amount of the total value of the flat. The builder did not start any construction for more than 2 years, but after an increasing pressure they started some construction in bits and pieces and constructed just 2 floors of 2 towers out of 8 towers, after that they stopped all the work and there is no progress on the construction site from more than 6-7 months (since April 2014). At first they are unreachable for any queries and concerns, later they give all sort o[censored]nacceptable reasons like delay from contractor and lack of money, which to my surprise is very wrong as they already have collected 95% of the amount from most of the buyers. Unitech is doing big fraud and cheating innocent middle class people like me, who have invested their lifelong earnings for their small dreams, also they are in burden of huge loan and house rent. Unitech has also deployed some bouncers at the construction site and using all sorts o[censored]nethical ways to deal with the harassed and frustrated buyers. According to my booking and provisional allotment letter, my possession date is January 2015 which is just 2 months away. But in the current situation it doesn't look like that they will be able to give the possession in another 5-7 years, I am feeling cheated and harassed by this builder. Also I am in double burden of loan EMI and house rent at the same time, I am paying full EMI on 30 lakh loan from more than 1 year. I am in huge financial crisis and all my future plannings are going in vein. I am in huge personal, professional and financial losses due to this builder, I am mentally harassed and going in depression as Unitech has left no hope for my dream home. HDFC Bank is equally responsible for this fraud, its a clear unholy nexus of the HDFC bank and Unitech as they have approved the project, sanctioned loans and putting people in troubles. I want my money to be refunded by Unitech in terms of current market price of this flat. I want my bank EMI's to be stopped immediately. Please note that I had made a Fixed deposit of Rs 1, 00, 000 (One Lakh) with Unitech Limited wide FDR NO 1231498 on 26.07.2013 and the date of maturity is 26.07.2014 & till date I have not received the payment cheque of maturity amount. However the surprising & worrying factor is when tried calling either the numbers are busy or no response. I have 4 fd of 2 lac which is been matured in april'14. But as on date we have not received principal amount even after several followup and no one is attending calls. Fdr no are 1018957, 1018958, 1018959, 1018960. Kindly arrange to release the amount earliest as possible

I had made FD for Rs.30, 000/- from 21/07/2013 to 21/07/2014. Original FDR already sent to company. Till date, I have no received my amount. i have deposited Rs..2.0 L in June 2013 which matured on 13th June 2014. i have been following with FD section since then. first they said will be paid by August 2014, second call Sept 2014 and now they say December 2014. i have taken up the matter to Sri. P.K. Malhotra, Secretary, Company Law Board, but they also not re4sponded with any action. i do not know to whom i have to speak. hariprasad

Rs 4 lakhs was deposited for a period of one year ending December 2013. The principal amount has not been returned so far, despite several reminders by speed post. Periodic reminders by speed post have not evinced any response, not even acknowledgement. Previously on its company website, the details of the Fixed Deposit Department, details of address, phone no etc were given, these have been removed!!

Is there any collective effort to seek legal remedy? If so will appreciate details, as i would like to collaborate as well. I am based in Gurgaon.

I have already sent to Unitech Ltd. Original Fixed deposit receipt well in advance, FDR NO. 1249105 DTD. 17.02.2014, amounted to Rs.80000/- in the name of SANJAY DAMJI GADA to Close the FDR A/C. Its Maturity date is 17th August, 2014 which is already left, Maturity amount is 84600/-. I have recd. Interest amount of Rs.4600/- but principal amount of Rs.80000/- is not yet recd. Its been 5 years ( may 2009) we had booked a flat in Unitech Unihomes Sector 117 and the possesion date was in year 2012 but till now the builder isn't able commence the posssions and now the Construction work and also stopped because they have taken 95% of the money from the buyers and now they are looting the customers of other projects. Now they dont even give any proper information on the possession dates or any query of the customer. Can you please help us in the issue ..

I had booked a flat with unitech cascades, greater noida. The company delayed giving possession and even after giving the same gave the physical possession after 2 years. The company is refusing to pay the penalty with all senior officials confirming that the company has no intentions to pay the amount. I have written at least 50 emails and made calls to all concerned individuals. They have confirmed that the company has no money to pay...

Hi, Unitech has been promising for the last 2 years that they will give us our apartment in Harmony, Rajarhat, Kolkata. I understand from them now that it will take more than 5 years to give us the apartment that also is not guaranteed. I have paid 95% of the cost of the apartment. What should i do to get Unitech to act? Is legal course the only way left? Thanks A
