We hold two FD's with Unitech India Ltd.The FDR nos are 1228994 and 1239018 respectively.We have not received the interest payment checks for the FY 2015-16 yet. We both are senior citizens and we expect that th interest payment checks are paid to us at the earliest. Regards, Vidya and Vasanti Jog

    We have done a fixed deposit in your company vide Client Ref No. UNITECH[protected]FDR No. 1208720) in 07-02-13 which will be mature in 07-02-14 and we have received interest of Rs. 5538 on dated 7 Feb 2014 against this deposit. But still we will not receive our maturity amt as on Jul 2015 that was closed on 07-02-14. Now I am old man (62 yrs Old) not visit your office regularly. After every visit your office person not gives me a write answer about this. Your office gives us a wrong commitment about that. He will give me a new date every month and now it will take long time about one year. Now we are not in position to walk every time to your Gurgaon office regarding such type of problem. Your sale person who will sale this product to us will not interested to help me out on this problem. As per your company reputation this is not a right situation to help your company in future. So we will request you to look on that and help me to recover of refund my money on priority. Pls treat this mail as a reminder of refund our overdue payment. So we have waited for your positive reply else we go ahead for legal procedure against your for my overdue amt with interest as on date.

The cheque for interest for the quarter ending 30.06.2015 which was to reach me latest by 30.06.2015 so that I could deposit the same in my account on 1.07.2015 has not yet reached me. You are requested to take necessary action at the earliest.

I yesterday went to the Site and found it in pathetic condition. It is nowhere near possession.           I had booked a 2bhk flat in uniworld city kolkata, project name vista tower 1, flat no 904. My customer id uv 0349. I had booked the flat in march 2010 and possession was within 3 years. Still it is delayed by 3 years and not giving me possession. Since 2010 i have invested more than rs. 34 lacs. What will be bank interest of this money. Where is the return of my money. It is almost difficult to talk to any higher level person in unitech office. Whoever executives are available in front office does not communicate properly, even does not give reply of mails are being written to them. 2 months ago they had handed over a notice to me when i had visited unitech's kolkata office at newtown, kolkata on enquiery about possession of my flat. Matter of the notice is flat will be made ready after payment of the following charges. After going through the charges i found charges are countless. Some of the charges found unjustified and on query did not receive any proper explanation from unitech staff about those unjustified charges. This charges are not as per the agreement. I cleared all charges as per agreement and as per payment schedule. I stay abroad and could not appear physically. I am salaried person and invested lot of hardened money since long time. Need early solution.

            I have bought 2BHK apartment in Unitech Vistas Kolkata in tower 7. But Still it's not handed over. 5rs/sqft was mentioned as penalty amount which is like peanuts compared to even savings bank account return. For Gurgaon project delay Unitech is directed to pay 12% penalty. I want to take this verdict forward for Kolkata Vistas Project also. Need your help in this. Also any fellow buyer can contact me to form a group.

                Ref: Tower No 3 Unit No; 302 Project; UNITECH CASCAD Sir I booked one unit as above in 2006 february. As per booking term the posession was due in 2009 . But surprisingly until June 2015 the company is not listening to us and conveying any information about the project. Being from Assam it is not possible to visit them . Need legal help .

                  I kalpana verma paid Rs 35, 000 / in fixed deposit scheme in UNITECH Ltd for one year. After the date of maturity, I got cheque of Rs 4244/. I kept waiting for capital money of Rs 35, 000 but I did not get any information from company. But I came to know from the agent through whom I deposited the amount in the company, that very soon, company will return the money to the depositors . Any way recently after a year, I got letter from company that it has published a notice on 20/ 02/2015 in different newspapers. Ironically, company asked depositors that they may send their objections in the matter to the above mentioned address in 30 days from the date of notice while company posted this letter on 19/03/2015 but I received it on 24/03/2015. It is really shameful that it is done by a reputed company like UNITECH Ltd. Besides, my brother Anil Jauhari and my sister Ragini Jauhari also deposited Rs 35, 000/ each in UNITECH Ltd and have the suffered the same fate. We all strongly object to the delay in payment, we deposited our money only for one year. And company wanted to refund it in instalments. As Company kept us in dark, it should not be allowed for extension of time for repayment. It is our hard earned money. I requested company board not to give extension of time to the company for repayment of deposits under section 74( 2) of the company Act 2013. On the contrary, direct this company to pay our deposits in month of May with interest of 18 percent as per company law. Otherwise we will be forced to take refuge of court. But ironically I did not get reply of company board. Our details of Fixed deposits are as Under. Details of EDs: Kalpana Verma: FDR no: 1220631, A/c no: 1241981 Date of deposit 29/5/2013 and date of Maturity 29/05/2015 Deposit money Rs 35, 000/ interest rate 11.50%.. Ragini Jauhari : FDR no: 1220664, A/c no: 1241982, date of deposit 30/5/2013, date of Maturity 30/05/2014. Deposit money Rs 35, 000/ interest rate 11.50%.                     Dear Sir, We want your help to raise our problem, we have been given possession of the Flat no. 1501 on 14th floor in Tower no. 5 by Unitech, 3 years after the due date on 26.05.2012. The company has taken demand draft of Rs. 2, 57, 700/- in favor of Chief Treasury Offier Gautam Budha Nagar, for executing sales deed. Till date sae deed not executing by Unitech because unitech not paid dues to Greater Noida Authority. Hence Greater Noida Authority has stopped their sale deed, we are suffering we cannot sale or mortgage the flat which is lying vacant. We has filed case in consumer court, they reply that the co. is prepare to execute sale deed. But on visit to their Greater Noida Office Mr. Rakesh Sinha has inform sale deed not possible at present.                         My FDs nos. 1002718, 1002719, and 1002722 matured, but I did not receive my maturity amount till date. I have submitted the signed copy of the policy well in advance before the maturity but I am yet to get the maturity amount or hear anything from Unitech regarding this. No communication from the company.

                            UNITECH LTD FDR NO: B050186, Folio no: 1147768, Principal Amount: 30000 INR. INITIAL DEPOSIT DATE: 01 JULY 2010. Renewed in July 2013. Probable renewed FDR No: 1231865 NOT RECEIVED RENEWAL CERTIFICATE NOR RECEIVED PRINCIPAL REPAYMENT. At maturity I have received only interest. I had filed for renewal of FD ( principal amount 30000 INR) in the month of JULY 2013 for a period of 3yrs, for which I never received renewal receipt and never received FDR number or folio number. When contacted UNITECH LTD I was asked to send indemnity bond for them to send me the receipt again. But upon sending the indemnity bond, there has been no response since from UNITECH LTD. Please initiate action against Unitech ltd and help protect my investment and principal.

                              I had purchased a plot in Unitech Aspen Greens from Unitech back in May 2011. Which was under a subvention scheme for 1 year and was to be alloted after that. We are in 2015 now and there has been NO Development on the land so far and the same is still farm land with no plots cut out or any action taken from the Unitech teams. Despite continuous follows and personal visits to their offices there has been no response from them on any remedial action they are taking to address our concerns !                                 Dear Readers n Victims, Unitech group have sought following four reliefs from Honorable Bench Officer of Company Law Board. 1. Reduction in penal rate of 18% prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 to contracted rate of interest 12.5% maximum. 2. Extension of period up to 42 months from the date of maturity of deposit. 3. Where deposit amount is more than Rs. 25, 000/ rescheduling of payment is sought to be paid in installments and interest is sought to be paid along with last installment. 4. Exemption of maintaining liquid assets under Rule 13 of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rule 2014. All victims may submit objections as under: 1 The Companies Act, 2013 and Chapter V – Acceptance of Deposits Rules, 2014 were notified with effect from April 01, 2014 which stipulate compulsory penal rate of interest of 18%. In my opinion under section 74 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013 does permit reduction in penal rate of interest, where only rescheduling is permissible. Accordingly Honorable Bench Officer of Company Law Board, would not accede to your request to reduce rate of penal of 18%. 2 36 months period is maximum for which deposit is allowed. Here also Honorable Bench Officer of Company Law Board, would not permit your company extension of 42 months from the date of maturity of deposits. 3 Where deposit amount is more than Rs. 25, 000/ rescheduling of payment is sought to be paid in installments and interest is sought to be paid along with last installment. Here interest on installment should be paid along with installment when it will be paid. Not entire interest be allowed to be paid along with final installment. 4 Exemption of maintaining liquid assets under Rule 13 of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rule 2014 should not be permitted for deposits which are due and not paid by the company.                                 UNITECH FD -How can a company delay in refunding the amount of deposits it is surpriseing how and why company law board which is responsible to protect interest of citizens, let alone delay in refund deposits but interest warrant are not paid where retired persons are depending on it. We have strong objection for this proposal return objection is already with CLB.
                                But is sorry to note even clb fails in his duty to reply the mails received by them.

I think company unitech is making fool of all o[censored]s. I suggest let us be together in this situation and take a strong action against dis.                                   Unitech FD Rescheduling

                                  Dear Readers n Victims,

                                  Unitech group have sought following four reliefs from Honorable Bench Officer of Company Law Board.
                                  1. Reduction in penal rate of 18% prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 to contracted rate of interest 12.5% maximum.
                                  2. Extension of period up to 42 months from the date of maturity of deposit.
                                  3. Where deposit amount is more than Rs. 25, 000/ rescheduling of payment is sought to be paid in installments and interest is sought to be paid along with last installment.
                                  4. Exemption of maintaining liquid assets under Rule 13 of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rule 2014.

                                  All victims may submit objections as under:

                                  1 The Companies Act, 2013 and Chapter V – Acceptance of Deposits Rules, 2014 were notified with effect from April 01, 2014 which stipulate compulsory penal rate of interest of 18%. In my opinion under section 74 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013 does permit reduction in penal rate of interest, where only rescheduling is permissible. Accordingly Honorable Bench Officer of Company Law Board, would not accede to your request to reduce rate of penal of 18%.
                                  2 36 months period is maximum for which deposit is allowed. Here also Honorable Bench Officer of Company Law Board, would not permit your company extension of 42 months from the date of maturity of deposits.
                                  3 Where deposit amount is more than Rs. 25, 000/ rescheduling of payment is sought to be paid in installments and interest is sought to be paid along with last installment. Here interest on installment should be paid along with installment when it will be paid. Not entire interest be allowed to be paid along with final installment.
                                  4 Exemption of maintaining liquid assets under Rule 13 of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rule 2014 should not be permitted for deposits which are due and not paid by the company.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam We have booked an apartment (Tower 23, Floor 12, Flat no 1203) at Unitech Horizon, Plot no 6, Sector-pi-02, Greater Noida. The possession of the apartment was scheduled for 15th November, 2008(as in mentioned in the agreement). We have already paid Rs 47.5 Lakhs. We have visited tower 23 several times (in which our apartment is booked), till now no construction work is going on and it is likely to take a lot of time to complete the construction. There has never been intimation from your end, as to the reason for the delay in construction, and hence we really do not know what specific reasons exist for the delay. Whenever we ask we are told 3 more months, from the last 7 years it is going on ... . We never expected this to happen from such a reputed “Unitech Group”. The rates of properties in the last 7 years have risen at exponential rates and if that money we would have invested anywhere else, we would have got good returns on it. In this case we are losing more than Rs 20 lakh as interest cost on our investment. Your esteemed company which is one of the biggest in Indian real estate, is tarnishing its image by harassing its customers who have put their hard earned money and trust with the company. From 2008, it is 2015 and still no possession, there is a limit to the patience of common man. After multiple visits to site offices, property locations, emails - we dont know what to do I am sorry to say but tomorrow there will not be any customers left to invest in your projects if you harass hard earned money of your trusted customers like this ... For such a small amount I dont understand why a large group like Unitech continues to gather negative goodwill... I sincerely hope that you will take notice and redress ours, the common man's problem.                                       Unitech Limited has defaulted repayment of the said Fixed Deposit on due date and as on date there is no communication from the Company as to when they would honour repayment. The intention of the management is purely malafied, intentional with an intent to defraud the money of small investors. Several mails were communicated to the Company Secretary/Compliance Officer/Managing Director, with no response. The management does not have minimum courtesy to communicate an Investor whose money has been utilized by them. Every time I spoke to the staff at the Secretarial Department, I was assured of given a month end date with a plea that they are expecting some fund by the end of this month and this kept on going several months. Lastly their Staff advised to make complaint at appropriate Forum and to sue the company and Directors if I wish to get my money back. This appears to the last recourse.
