Hello. The 28th of March of this year I sent the following email:
"Hello, I am trying to return an item from my last order, and it is giving me problems to do the return online. My order number is P00547296 and my email is [protected]@gmail.com Could you tell me something as soon as possible? Thanks”
On the 25th of April. I sent another email to claim an answer to my problem, and I don't have any reply. I still have a shirt that I can't use because it is too big. This is quite annoying as I am a regular customer, I like the product, but the service at this point is very disappointing.
I would like to get a refund of my money and give back the "short sleeve shirt with broderie anglaise" that I can't use.
