I bought the samsung E7 mobile on Feb2015 at East Tambaram, chennai. They provide a PAYTM cash back offer (Rs 3000) and it’s not working. I went to shop and ask means they are saying it’s not our responsibility go to PAYTM and fight with them and get the offer. This is the way to treat the customer? You have relationship with PAYTM, if you can’t get touch with them and resolve the customer issues? Please don’t go to Univercell at East Tambaram. Was this information helpful? | |||
