[Resolved]  UniverCell Telecommunications — regarding insurance claim

Bought iphone 5 in UNIVERCELL in chennai, tamilnadu on 21/11/2012 with mobile theft insurance recommended by the univercell. my phone was stolen in coimbatore on 20/2/2013 and i filed a complaint on 21/2/2013. The police authorities gave me a CSR for the complaint and i requested for the insurance with the CSR, sim replacement bill and my mobile bill to ALEGION INSURANCE BROKING and they forwarded it to oriental insurance but i was denied due to lack of FIR. so i asked the FIR and the police refused to give FIR what so ever. Due to this tug of war i approached UNIVERCELL where i had bought my phone, they gave irresponsible answers and shoved me off telling it was not their responsibility. I have been through lot of mental pressure and humiliation and really frustrated that i am filing a complaint.
