University is asking to pay compulsory fee of Rs. 5000 towards membership of CIMBAG now. It was not Quoted anywhere during admission that i have to pay this fee now after clearing my exam my result was hold due to non payment. it is totally injustice & wrong policy o[censored]niversity.please help me as don't want to pay extra 5000 rs now at this stage.

I'm a student of MBA taken admission in 2010 but im not able to clear my exam, i have attend 6times exam not clear my course will expiry in SEP 2014, please any body help me to withdraw my course in ICFAI they need only money, Please suggest will i get my money back i have paid 60000 in addmission time IM very tensed Regarding MBA.

I want to submit a complaint for mental harrasment by ICFAI, University. From the past three months, I am regularly trying to get a satisfactory answer to my query but it is unfortunate that ther is no one who is responsible towards students'. There is inefficiency and mismanagement to a large extent into the departments of the university. . Actually, I have in IInd stage examination of MBA and already deposited Ist and IInd stage - Fees. I have'nt receive fees receipt from the university. Many times I made a call to the examination centre to get an update in this matter but they are not event picking the phone calls. I am constantly mailing to SSD, SSDDlP, PIO, APIO, REGISTRAR etc .but these departments don't bother to pass any response to the query. Moreover I had a word with one of the senior officer in examination center but it is very unfortunate that the whole department and management is inefficient to deliver a satisfactory answer to my query. i am student of ICFAI took admission in bachelors course. i enrolled in written exam mode/offline mode. suddenly they changed their exam mode to online mode without any notice,guideline,malpractise list and instructions which other universities have done so. they removed all sample question papers from their website and more over their study material does not match with the new exam pattern which is of multiple choice type(mcq) type.once in an exam in online, after finishing exam i was writing some questions and to check at home, an invigilator caught me for malpractice and humilated me infornt of others and i was show caused. the exam responsibility is given to an outsourced agency and they are just not at par to be an invigilator. i wrote to icfai, they reponsed me after 15 days , no copy of complaint what the agency has made. SO BEWARE, BEFORE TAKING ADMISSSION TO ICFAI.NEVER.

There is no sufficient computers for attending the exams. Actually i registered for 3 exams on[protected] exam) and[protected] exams). As for as now i have completed only one exam. Our exams have been rescheduled by center authorities. Writing the exams should be in our convenience or it should be as per your convenience. This is totally irratating.

You are allowing the students to register for exams only if we completed our fees payment. For one paper you are charging Rs-500. Only after we clear these many requirements for appearing for exams, you are allowing us to register for exams.


What is the facility you have provided to the registered students. Why you are allocating only one center in Chennai. We took leave from our Job and attending the exams. If you are providing these kind poor arrangement for exams means, who can afford this poor arrangements. What is your response for this inconvenience caused by your unacceptable poor service.

But as of now I have some family problems as well as financial crises.

I have initially paid couple of cheques in time with out any concerns.

As I have some concerns right now I will not be able to continue with this course.

At the time of admission your representative Mr Ankit Jain have clearly told me the we can withdraw from the course any time we want to.

Dear Sir,

I have enrolled for the distance course in MBA program under ICFAI University, Sikkim in the month of Sept 2011.
At the time of admission the then center head committed end number of things to me and my father.

Those are in a nutshell given below:

1. There will be full support / guidance to each and every student whenever they require.
2. There will be weekly classes to clear your doubts which may arise from the study materials.
3. The study materials will include text books as well as reference books.
4. Non-domain students can opt for classes in each week.
5. There will be no additional cost apart from the amount which we gave at the time of admission (P.N. we have given the total course fee Rs 57000 cash at once)
6. The center head personally attends each and every query regarding exams/ study materials/ etc.

Now, at this point i am really sorry to say that i am personally facing horrible issues regarding the course and facing regular problems.

1. This is for your knowledge that the Bhubaneswar Center is no more in existence. And the persons who gave us the list of commitments is not available any more.
2. As a non-domain student (B Sc Graduate), i am not able to understand the basic things of Accounts, Management and HR.
3. i have not attended a single classes which obviously due to non-arrangement of classes after several follow ups after my admission.
4. The reference books are given only in the first semester. Its told to me by the call center that reference will be only for 1st semester.
5. There is a Exam fees of Rs 500 for each paper which i came to know at the time of enrolling for exams. (they told us Rs 57000/- covers everything, seems the meaning of 'everything' is different in their dictionary)
6. I have appeared three papers in 1st sem, but it is not possible for me to score a decent mark without guidance or weekly classes.
7. I am getting thrashed from my family on daily basis that why i have selected such an institute which has closed its office after few months of admission.

When i contacted another student of MBA, he told me that the prev center head gave him a call center number and told that call there if anybody faces any problem. But Sir, do you really think calling a call center can we get our problems solved?
Can a call center executive address our problems regarding study?
Can he/she make us understand the subject and clear our doubts?
Would i have taken admission if i had to call your call center to get admitted in the course?
Why my father visited the office then if everything will be addressed by the call center?
Isn't there any difference between talking a person over phone and talking someone by person?
Now, Shall i continue the course or not? as i have paid the money and reading books which are going over my head.
What are the options left with me?


I have mailed the above details end number of times to the mail id given in the website, i.e. [protected]@iusikkim.edu.in but seems they even dont bother to reply a student!!! which is embarrassing and humiliating as well.

As i am now done with everything is there any way that i could get my money back? Pls Suggest as i m feeling helpless now.

I am shikha sharma n i have enrolled for mba probram from icfai. After completion of four stages they have mailed me for fees 5000 towards some crap alumini group CIMBAG. It was not mentioned in course fee during enrollment. I have paid full fees for university and I do not want to be a part of CIMBAG. even if it is benificial i dont wanna b a part of it and dont want to pay any fees for this at all.

Please help me sort this problem out.

ICFAI university is a bloody fraud .everything is fake in this. once joined in this his/her life will b spoiled...

No matter what.I have studied in ICFAI.& i can only say one thing that is they have stood up in quality education rather than quantity .Our faculties were so good.Compared to any other reputed colleges they were giving importance to each and every student & groomed them in the particular field of their choice.Most importantly rather than seeing the competencies they gave importance to the strength and weakness of every student and accordingly groomed.That is what matters.

PGDBA Certificate Not received
I have completed all the procedure regarding in order to procure the PGDBA Certificate Of the ICFAI National College Sangli,but still now I have not received the PGDBA Certificate and when I contacted my principal for the same he said that u have completed all the procedure and will recieve the Certificate very soon.But 3 years have been passed I have not yet received the Certifictae and the college has been closed and when I made an contact with them through mail([protected]@gmail.com) they say that u r an NQ Student i.e Not Qualified Student but when I asked the reason they r not responding.

Actually, I have passed the final group of examination of CFA in the mo January' 2012 and already deposited rs.10,000/- for the membership but unfortunatrely I have'nt receive my Degree and CFA Chartered from the university. As per the policy/guidlines of the university, the qualified students will get their degree and Chartered with in 45 days from the date of completion of the final exams. But it is almost the end of more than 100 days in my case. And I am still waiting for the same.

Many times I made a call to the examination centre to get an update in this matter but they are not event picking the phone calls. I am constantly mailing to SSD, SSDDlP, PIO, APIO, REGISTRAR etc .but these departments don't bother to pass any response to the query.

My name is Pooja Rana I want to bring my complaint in your notice against ICFAI University, Hyderabad.

I completed my MCA (Enrollment No: [protected]) in April, 2010. While taking admission, we were informed that we will get placement assistance after completing the degree, and for the same i paid some 5000 extra apart from my course fee and i filled proper agreement where it was clearly mentioned that its terms and conditions.

But after completing my degree, when i sent them a mail to SSD Department regarding placement But after sending repeating mails number of times, i did not get proper response from ICFAI University. In one reply they informed that they have dispatched placement form to our postal address. The same we have to fill and have to send back. but till today, i have not received any form.

I am attaching chain mail between ssd department and my email id.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. otherwiise we will loose confidence on our Education system.

But 3000 is dedcucted from my account instead of 1000 and the confirmation mail also for the credit of the their account also i got , but now if i have to book the slot and register but its not showing that button activated for me , i have contacted the toll free number one of the institute person from bangalore Suresh -[protected] and not getting any help for the same . they are telling it will be activated within 24 hours but till now from last 12 days there is no reponse , I am getting very worst experience with this university Dont do any MBA with this University.


Please help me in this regard.

Please find the mail reference below , I have trying to register July Exam on May 21 st and all the thee transactions for the same exams showing successful , but on that day I am getting some Dump without getting that message as the your transaction successful . Still its asking for Payment while enrolling for the seat .

I had applied for my P.f. money in August 2010 but i did not get my fund till now. when i checked the status at EPFO website, it is showing check has been issued but because of some mistake it is not transfered in my account.it been a long time when i m continuously calling hyderabad pf office for my fund and they v are not giving any proper response.i personally have send letter to pf commissioner barkatpura office regarding this matter. but still not received any response from pf office.As its been a lot of time now it is a pain,please take an appropriate action and please let me know what to do now? should i forget about my fund or legally should i take action on pf office literately now i m very fed up of this. my detail are as under:-

I found so many complaints posted against ICFAI University. I support and congratulate all of them for expressing true picture to public.

As I am also an ICFAI pass out and faced a career fall due to having ICFAI certificate. Following are some points which will support prospective candidates not to join ICFAI University.

1) Recognition problems.
2) Huge course fee compare to other good institutes.
3) Poor post sale service ( it means - after admission u will receive poor support)
4) Intentionally they fail students in distance learning courses in order to earn money which affect working people as well as fresh candidates.
5) Forget about distance learning courses , even in regular courses very poor placement opportunity and report.
6) And many more...

After that i had received a MSG from PF Deptt.on my* Mob

Rs.25180.00 via cheque No-949743 Dated 24/Nov/2010.
And

for amount 9950.00 CHEQUE No-747198 Dated-25/Nov/2010.

But till date no amount has been credited to my A/c ,

I had sent many reminder to ICFAI University to all concern this but nothing happend to this issue.
I had also had a talk with Bank officials but they are also not having any
information.

This is for the request plz take the necessary actions regarding this or
give the guidance for the above issue.

I kindly requested to you plz solve my issue and reimburse my given SBI
