Urban Company — cheating and arrogant behavior of ac service person sundar bairagi | |||||
I was assigned this person who came and repaired the ac (Changes the condenser of mu voltas split ac), charged around 6000 inr. Cooling was still not there after about a month use. After asking for the re-service same person comes and gives his personal number and asks me to contact at this number if cooling is not there after 48 hours. He did not pick phone even after multiple attempts and when called from alternate number he tells that now ac is out of service warranty window. When i asked him to complaint against him with urban clap, he mentioned there is no procedure in urban clap for such complaints and all service department is aligned with him and disconnected the phone. With no options left i have to get the ac repaired with voltas. Actually there is no procedure in urbanclap for complaints not sure how this company operates. You can contact me at agrawal.
