Dear Urban Company Support Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided regarding my water purifier. The purifier has not been functioning properly despite multiple service requests and repeated complaints raised with your team.
Although technicians have visited but the issue remains unresolved. The recurring breakdowns and ineffective repairs indicate that the purifier is either defective or beyond proper repair. This has caused significant inconvenience to my family and has affected our access to safe drinking water.
Considering the repeated failures and the inability of your service team to provide a permanent solution, I hereby request an immediate replacement of the water purifier with a fully functional unit or refund my entire amount.
Please treat this as a final opportunity to resolve the matter. If the purifier is not replaced or the issue is not permanently resolved within the next 48 hours, I will have no option but to escalate the matter through the Consumer Forum and other appropriate consumer grievance channels. I will also seek compensation for the inconvenience, repeated service failures, and the time wasted in following up on this issue.
I expect an urgent response and a concrete resolution from your team.
