Urban Company — I would like to have my original parts returned | |||
The uv lamp of my kent ro got fused during lockdown. Everything else was working fine. Unfortunately kent ro was customer service lines were not working during that period. So i called urban company. They sent somebody to fix the ro. He changed 9 parts instead of just the uv lamp. I now have a ro machine that says kent ro from the outside, but the technician has removed all the original parts and replaced them with duplicate parts. And i was charged aprox 2881 for this. The complaint was made on may 1, and attended to on may 2 by anant. I have complained to urban company atleast 6 times, maybe more. Each time they say they will get back to me in 24 hrs. But nobody responds. This is just exploitation. Kindly help I would like to have my original parts returned because now my amc with kent will no longer be valid since they have removed all the original parts. Was this information helpful? | |||
