From the last 15 days we have been booking maids at urban clap.
The booking is taken. Payment is made in advance. But in the morning the booking is cancelled.
Now we have made the payment. If we try to reschedule, there no other schedule available for that day. This means we have to book through other service provider and pay there also.
At the same time, we are left with no option to cancel booking with urban clap for which there are cancellation charges.
And in the name of customer support, there is an AI chatbot which keeps on forcing to cancel the booking.
1. If customers cancel the booking urban company charges them with a cancellation charges. But i[censored]rban company cancels, why should they not pay cancellation charges.
2. Customers book to save time, here their time and money both are wasted
3. In the name of customer service, what we only get is a chat bot which forces to cancel schedule and also says that we will be charged cancellation charges if we cancel.
