It is almost a month since i submitted my complaint. Still no resolution from the urban company. I repeat my complaint in brief: I sought a service from the urban company on 11 august 2020. It has failed miserably to provide a neat, transparent professional service. It has billed me and has not been able to provide any evidence of the expenses. It has given me different bills / warranty cards from different stores for the same component. When questioned, the staff tells me to stand trial along with their technician. The technician claims to have repaired my Whirlpool refrigerator with a Whirlpool spare part. The Urban Company without any evidence charges Rs 8129/-. It provides me with two hand written warranty invoices from two different stores located in different parts of Mumbai as evidence of purchase. Urban Company believes this inconsistent evidence. No manufacturing company issues a handwritten warranty card on the invoice of the retail store. This is total fraud by the Urban Company.
