I purchased a Native M2 Pro water purifier via Amazon on 18 May 2026. Installation was delayed and finally done on 22 May 2026 by technician Gokul (Phone: [protected]).
During installation, the technician did NOT check input/output TDS levels, which is a mandatory step. He simply installed the unit and left after advising to drain water twice.
On 23 May 2026, when I personally checked the unit:
- Input TDS: 3000+
- Output TDS (app): 500
- Output TDS (manual check): 860+
This clearly indicates either defective product or incorrect installation. This is a serious health concern and my family has already been affected.
I raised a complaint but there has been no proper response so far.
I request:
1. Immediate return and full refund OR replacement
2. Investigation against technician negligence
3. Compensation for poor service and health risk
If not resolved immediately, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum and escalate legally.
