It’s been more than three weeks since we raised a complaint about our M1 water purifier, and the issue is still unresolved. Every time we contact customer care, we get the same scripted response: “We are committed to resolving your issue.” Unfortunately, there has been zero meaningful action.
A technician finally visited last week, but instead of fixing the purifier, it started leaking after the service. Now the condition is even worse than before.
We have been unable to use our water purifier for over three weeks, which is completely unacceptable for an essential household appliance. The lack of accountability, poor technical support, and endless delays reflect extremely poorly on the company’s after-sales service.
I would not recommend this product or its service to anyone unless the company seriously improves its customer support and takes responsibility for resolving customer complaints promptly. Was this information helpful? |
