I have purchased book shelf last year from them, order # R[protected], within few months o[censored]sing it, we had many fitting issues and when we called them to repair it, they have asked us to pay 10, 400 for the repair, what ? 10, 000 for the repair, product cost is 14, 000 and I've been asked to pay 10, 000 for repair..

They are cheaters, I used to buy from them but will never in my life.

    Hi,
    I have placed order for my Kitchen and wardrobes. 50% payment was done and order was placed on 29th Dec ( order # R[protected], R[protected]. As per commitment, order should be in 35 days i.e by Feb 2. Now its almost 15 days delay, but not getting any update on the order and nobody is picking the call and no body is replying to mails.

    This kind of behavior is completely intolerable.

    Need quick action from management

      I returned the online booked carpet as the specification/type and the color was differently supplied. But they have not yet refunded my money till now. They send me the email that, they have approved the refund. now one month finished, but no refund has taken place. Detail of online booking is given below.

      sent mail eight times for qotation & design
      they are not intrested in orders

        I had placed an Order for Full Leather Sofa's with order no. R[protected] on 24/09.2016. Firstly the delivery date confirmed to me while placing the order was postponed by 10-15 days via an email on 04/11/2016.

        Finally the product was delivered on 02/12/2016. Upon receiving the product I was shocked to notice that the sofa was not full Italian leather but a mix of leather and leatherette. I brought this to the notice of the delivery staff but they refused to believe that and said that it is all leather only. However I escalated my case to the call center and was assured that a product specialist will visit to verify the product. After repeated visits of different people I was again assured that its all 100% genuine leather, only I was sure that it wasn't since I have a very good knowledge of leather products. So finally another team came over to open the sofa to prove that its all leather but as they opened it they released that I’ve been right all along and the product is indeed only half leather and the rest is leatherette. They clicked some pictures and told me that they will revert me back.

        Now today, out of the blue, I’ve received an email saying that my Sofas can’t be repaired and a replacement will be made against them.

        I would like your help with the following:

        1. Nowhere through out the entire process I have received an apology from the seller for a mistake on their part. No verbal phone call apologizing for the delay and the inconvenience caused. Just an email saying that a replacement will be made and that too without any delivery date confirmation. The callous attitude of the seller towards its customer is clearly visible here.

        2. The very difference between the Italian Leather and Leatherette is not much and they appear to be the same to a common eye. When the product was being unpacked my parents also thought that it is all leather until I made them notice. My point is that this may have happened to others also with them noticing the difference just like my parents.

        3. I have shifted into a new home and ordered the sofas for the same. The replacement mail that I’ve received does not confirm any delivery date. Its been more that 3 months since I ordered the product and its still unclear when will I receive what I actually ordered.

        4. I would want some compensation towards the delay and inconvenience caused to me and also the effort I had to put it to make them admit that the product indeed was not what they had described while I placed the order.

        I wish the companies should not use these unfair trade practices and be courteous towards its customers.

          Our order number is [protected] dt 27th oct 2016. We opened the package now. We find the rubber around the step ladder is damaged. Whether it can be replaced or whether you can help in replacing the rubber.

          It will be very helpful if you can replace the item. step ladder rubber attachment is damaged. it has to be replaced.kindly arrange for the same

          Their delivery persons promised a 7 day 'trial' policy to return products. When attempting to return the items the very next day, customer service vehemently denies the items even though it is barely used, has all shipping material intact and I'm even willing to pay for shipping fees. Very frustrating.

            I had ordered a norland Bookshelf on the ocassion of diwali. I received the same on 23rd October, but while installation it was observed that the product was damaged. The person told me that it will be replaced and will try it to do it before diwali. But still i have not received it. The total idea of purchasing the shelf went waste. This was the first time i as purchasing a item from urban ladder and i do not have any more confidence in this brand.

              Not even a year since I bought a SOFA AND TWO PCS OF VECTOR SIDEBOARD ..outside they make it look like wood but it is pressed wood badly made drawers cannot even fix it anymore. hardly used and drawers broken. I DO NOT TRUST URBAN LADDER What they deliver and what they advertise are two different things. Bad customer service SONAL PANDYA, CHETNA PANDYA [protected]

                Order number R[protected]. I ordered a Chest of Drawers in Jul2015. Delivery was done on 31Aug (100 percent payment) with damaged panel which they promptly agreed to replace within 10 days. Later due to our of stock they kept saying "soon" will be delivered. After multiple follow-up, customer care(CC) committed within the month of Nov15 delivery will be done. When I called them in 2 week of Nov15, CC said first week of Dec, but they won't commit on exact date in writing. For online retailers receiving 100 percent payment, not able to give confidence to its customer on delivery date seems to be complete disregard for customer trust.

                  I have ordered a Kivaha Dining table last month(order ID No R[protected]) in Urban Ladder. This dining table was ordered keeping in view of Durga Puja. The due date of delivery was 16th Oct 2015, ie today. I was informed that due to some snag the will be able to deliver the same in Nov. Forget the emotional attachment of bringing the furniture in Durga Puja. On the other hand I am counting the cost of the table SET on my credit card. On the other hand I purchased a dressing table last month from Pepperfy.com. It was delivered to me before time. Quality was also good. My rating for Urban Ladder is 0 out of 5

                    This was my really worst and the most embarrassing experience of buying any product online through Urbanladder. I ordered a Panama Coffee table from Urban ladder on 10 June 2015 and while ordering the expected delivery time was 25 June 2015. (ORDER NO # R[protected] Placed on: 10th Jun 2015 TOTAL ₹8, 099) Can you imagine the product has not been delivered yet even after regular communication with customer care always got fake commitments from last one month. They actually update the status on the website ( the last updated status was " Product dispatched on 15th July 2015 ) every week customer care commits to deliver the product by end of that week, now whenever we ask for the reason of delay customer care pushing us that "do you want to cancel the order", after two months of placing the order. Please help.

                    I was entitled for a discount on a Order which was not allowed after the payment on delivery of the products.
