Product (Tv unit, order number r[protected] eceived 2 weeks back from urban ladder. Installation was improperly done and the product got damaged during the process. Photographs along of the installation damage was shared the same day with urban ladder. Inspection from urban ladder team was done after 1 week of posting of the complaint. Though replacement call has been raised, but there is no response from urban ladder. The product supplied is not being replaced nor refund is initiated.
No one from urban ladder is responding properly, just wasting my time.

    I had order a 5 seater sofa set in April 2019. The sofa was delivered on 4th May (almost after a month). The sofa delivered was defected as the plank of the 3 seater wooden structure was broken. I immediately wrote to the customer care o[censored]rban ladder and even sent them pictures of what the defect was. a representative of the Urbanladder visited my house and saw the sofa and said that he would process for a replacement since the sofa was broken and could not be repaired. I was told that the replacement will come in 10 days. When the replacement came I was shocked to lear that the replacement was for the sofa cushions and not for the wonder structure which was damaged. This shows how highly unprofessional the company is. I was then told that the replacement was not for me but for some other customer. I called up the customer care to follow up on the replacement and was then told that while replacement request has been created, it would take more than a month for the sofa to be delivered. I then requested for a refund of my money. I have written emails seeking refund of my money and have called up customer cares at least 10 times. Every time I get a different answer- some say that the refund request is under process while sometimes I am told that no refund request has been created. Every time the customer care ppl promise that they will arrange a call back from their after sale department but that call back has never happened. I am frustrated following up on refund of my own money. Urban ladder quality is poor and their after sale services are pathetic. I am sitting with a broken sofa in my house which cannot be used and there is no commitment from urban ladder on when would I get the refund of my money. every time I call the customer care it is like talking to a faceless organisation and all their executives are unprofessional and unhelpful. please help me get my refund back.

      We ordered windsor sofa and wing chair from urban ladder and order number is r[protected], the sofa was supposed to be delivered by may 9th (Maximum delivery date) and we waited for 1 month for this delivery but it has not been delivered yet and they keep on changing the dates. They are not sure of the delivery date and they keep lying about the status and tell use some excuse or make up something without giving the actual reason.

      They have been utter unprofessional and they never call back to give any status as such.

        I had placed an order for 3 sofas (A 3 seater grenada, a 3 seater apollo and a sectional 3+1 seater apollo) via urban ladder on 09.04.2019. The total paid amount was 1, 69, 000, which was done online, at the time of purchase. The expected delivery date was by 07.05.2019. I received both the apollo sofas before the expected date. The person who came for delivery, informed us that since the grenada sofa is bigger in size as compared to the other two, they would not be able to deliver it to the location, as we live on the 2nd floor. I asked them if there was any other way they could do so, they refused and said we had to do it on our own. So i called up their customer care, and informed them of the issue, which was at their end. First they kept on saying that as per their standard company policy, 25% deduction was done. After i explained to them that it was an issue at their end, and that we would order another sofa, which could easily be delivered to the desired location, the person on call talked to his supervisor, and reassured me that the “entire amount” for the sofa would be refunded, not the amount with deduction, as soon as i placed the new order, and gave them the order number. The very same day, i placed a new order, and mailed them the new number, since their customer are was unavailable for the day. The next day, the number was unavailable as it was a city holiday. I tried the day after, and the female on call confirmed that they had received my email with the new order number. I reconfirmed about my refund, and she said since it was a special case, and as the request was there in their system, i should be rest assured that the entire amount would be refunded to me, within 7-10 working days. Today, i received the refund in my account, but not the full amount, with 25% deduction, which is close to 13, 000. I called them again, to ask when the remainder amount would be refunded, and they said since it’s done in parts, it will take another week for the money to be refunded. I am hoping they will do as they say, but with this experience, i am not so sure they will. Kindly help.

          I have cancelled order from urban ladder. It is almost a month they have not processed my refund for it. Whenever i contact them through email at [protected]@urbanladder.com they will come up with a new reason to delay 8 more days everytime.

            I have ordered a chair for my father as he met with an accident, so as per doctor advice we ordered this chair from urban ladder. Firstly the order came later and than in a week or so its hydraulics was not working so i raised a complaint but no one came than i raise 2-3 complaints so a guy came checked the chair n went back but the chair was not repaired. Later i raised a request for replacement no one came than as well, later i raise multiple requests so people from urban ladder came finally in parch to pick up the chair for refund... Now its been so many days no one is replying and all i get is bunch of new associates giving me stories about my replacement or refund... Every time i call back no response from them if i ask for call back no one calls, they even asked for my bank account details but no one is doing anything... I don't know what to do... Please if anyone can help me... Please suggest something...

                The cot was purchased in october 2017. It keeps making some noise when we sit on cot. We have raised complaints n number of times, then temporary fix given was just sticking a double side tape which was not solving the problem. Now when we ask for replacement we are getting a answer telling the warranty period is over. Please look into our complaint history and give us a good solution.

                  I went to the urban ladder store and placed an order on 25th october. The store manager placed a wrong order which i realised after paying via a credit card.

                  They promised to refund my money because it was there fault. After several phone calls and email exchanges, they harassed me of my own money and returned it in 15-20 days.

                  They did not return me one last transaction of rs.1925/- for which i kept on calling and calling but to my shock they did not care to respond or return my own money.

                  On 27th november i registered a complaint with them for which they gave me a complaint number and again promised to return money in next 4 days.

                  It's december 9 now and they still are saying 4 days. I am done with this harassment and want to raise a court case against them.

                    Today it has been over month and something which was supposed to be delivered on 11th november, after repeated follow ups still we have not received the order. Now we get the status it has arrived in gurgaon. Can you please deliver positively tomorrow. Again this transaction has eroded the confidence in urban ladder. We have been buying regularly. This time full payment in advance. It will be a question mark next time to buy from urban ladder as delivery time just doubled. What is the gesture you are offering to this ordeal of follow ups as customer service to a loyal customer.

                      Ref order number r[protected]. My order was placed on 29th oct 2018, i was awarded ultimate delivery date 17th nov 2018. I was not home on 17th (Last day o[censored]ltimate delivery date) thus i requested to postpone it to 19th nov 2018. On many emails i was responded that delivery will be done on 19th. Since 19th i am emailing daily but i am not getting my order delivered nor ul is interested in informing me regarding when my product will be delivered. Daily i wait for my order and wait at home or make some arrangements if i am out for work.

                        It's is indeed very sad to say that urban ladder takes approximately 2 months for delivery of the products even after the product arrived at delivery center. Seems like urban ladder have started to make money through blocking customers money and delivering the defective product, for which customer is not responsible.

                        After complaining several calls to the so called contact tag on the app, the calls get hardly connected when customer requires utmost service, as if they do not bother to receive the call or fear of their mistakes on accepting it.

                        'dear sir, madam, it's the hard money of customers. You do not have the right to keep it on stake.""would you provide your product and take the money after 2 months?"

                        Even if customer care receives the call for escalation of complain, either the call gets disconnected or the representative listen like robot and does nothing. There should be proactiveness, and here no action is being taken against the lethargic local logistic team who are master's of their own will for the product delivery.

                        It's absolutely nonsense and ridiculous which urban ladder is playing with us. Would you pay interest of our money which you are holding with you? Do you have basic sense how you guys are doing the business?

                        If it is the case, you guys are unable to deliver or sell a product with proper service, i would suggest you either deny outright about this or shutdown your damn business and on priority basis close your so called unworthy customer care

                            I had bought chest of drawer in june 2018. (Order number-r[protected]. Last week of september 2018, the legs broke by a mere push (Hardly 2 inches). I called numerous times to the call center and they responded finally. The after sales team came home to check the product and tried to repair the product. I was contesting that the legs broke because there is manufacturing defect.
                            Urban ladder were not agreeing, i sent them pics and an another team. Had come to check the product, then they decided that it is manufacturing defect. All these visits happened after chasing them through calls and emails!
                            They said that they will collect the product n refund the money. It's been 2 weeks now and nothing happened!
                            Again i called numerous time in the past weeks and till now they haven't picked the product.
                            It's going to be 2 months and urban ladder is not able to resolve the issue.
                            Really annoyed with them and pathetic service!

                              I had ordered one bed from urban ladder which had some issue with the fittings which their sales personnel told that its a usage issue and not a product issue. That we somehow accepted without any agreement to the same. After a few days i saw the paint getting tampered. I called them but still they are of the opinion that i am not saying the truth and they listen only one side of the story which is told by their sales personnel. It was my first purchase with urbanladder and i am sick of their not so professional attitude and from their calls it seems that they always want to listen to what their sales people tell them and will never listen to what the customer has to say as if customer is bluffing. Certainly customer satisfaction is none of their business, they just dump their products and take no other responsibilities. Have the photos but could not attach due to large size.

                                This mail is with regard to our order no #r[protected] placed on 18th of august 2018 amounting to inr 25, 496/-. This order was cancelled on the very next day 19th aug after a confirmation of 100% refund of the amount mentioned above by your team. I have till date received a refund of total19, 851 in the following parts - rs 5146/-, rs 10293/- and rs 4412/-. I yet have to receive the remaining amount of rs 5645/-. It's been almost 3months since the order has been cancelled and every time call at urbanladder's help desk number, my complaint is acknowledged and i am asked to wait for 4 working days to get my refund. I have gone through this calling and waiting procedure for almost 4 to 5 times now. I have also emailed them my complaint but there has been no response from urban ladder

                                  I have been trying to reach out urban ladder customer care since last 10 days. Not able to connect over phone as well as no replies to my multiple mails.

                                  2 issues:

                                  1. I cancelled one order a month back and was supposed to get my refund in 10 days but no update on that and not able to reach out to customer care.
                                  2. One order is to be delivered and no update on that though delivery date arrived. Still app shows the old date.

                                  Customer care not reachable. They keep on playing a recorded music about their stores and the new ones opened and then phone gets disconnected. How to reach out to them?

                                  Just to give an update.Its 7th Dec now and I still dont have any update on the above 2 issues.
                                  - Not received refund for my previous order still (2 months past). Every time I get a response over email saying in next 7 days u will get the refund. I have sent around 15 mails for this. and same number of calls. No update and no progress at last.

                                  - Not received my order yet after 2 months. No update on delivery date. I m calling customer care daily. Sending mails every second day. It seems no one is bothered. I have paid 25% of the order. Can't cancel this order as the previous cancelled order is still not refunded so not sure what they will do to this refund also. Without a sofa in my house for more than a month now. Very pathetic Urban Ladder and very insensitive towards customer care.

                                  Each time a new customer care representative picks up and tells me that order has reached bangalore warehouse today only and will be delivered to me in next 2 days, since past 15 days. Every day a lie is being told. Pathetic systems and processes where they cant even track what they are telling to customer and atleast change their story to fool around. Not even good in telling lies as not well coordinated.

                                    ‭this might be rhetorical to begin with, the product was to be delivered on a set deadline and they have constantly defied the timelines to be only be able to deliver something after almost 4 weeks, and when the product arrived it was crooked and subpar, would not rest on the floor to which they wanted to do a patch work and repair a new product
                                    And to which i had to cancel this and ask for a refund, to rub it on to my face further the process is apparently going to take another 12 days. What a nightmare of a service would this be?

                                    The cxo, customersupport or anyone up the
                                    Escalation matrix seems to pay no heed, what are my rights here? Drag them to consumer forums and slap a lawsuit for providing such a delightful experience?

                                      The furniture that we ordered from urban ladder on 4th august 2018, did finally arrive on 24th october 2018. (Almost 3 months)
                                      Quite a record made there. For that we had to make several calls to just find out every time it will arrive in 3-4 days.

                                      After many mails and telephonic conversation where they agreed to compensate for whatever trouble that was caused but there is no contact from urban ladder regarding this. It’s really sad that customer needs to remind them about that, so we wrote a mail again on 3rd nov 2018, and no reply from them yet.

                                      Hope to receive immediate response regarding this.

                                      Will not go quietly if this is not resolved on urgent basis.

                                        I had placed an order r[protected] to urban ladder for amount 31999 on 18th aug using urban ladder app. It is thorpe upholstered queen size bed. Delivery was to be delivered to pune. Delivery date was 23rd september. Till 13th october they dint made the delivery and every week i repeatedly called them for delivery status. They dint make the delivery. Finally i cancelled the order on 13th october. Now today its 6th of november, i have not recived my money back. They say the refund is initiated but i have not recieved the refund.
                                        Its very unprofessional from urban ladder. I want my money back.
