Post the retun pick up i received email from Urbanic support team about the redund with reference ID.[protected]
RRN for refund ID: rfnd_MFakMJgGYSIZ36. As per this email dated 20th July, they have initiated the payment on 19th July. When I raised a dispute on non credit of this amount, they keep asking for the bank statement and closing the ticket. I have shared the bank statement in both PDF and bank app screne shot format, which they are not considering. I have requested them many times to call me however no call received from support team as well yet.

    I had ordered a button placket shirt from urbanic. Order ID[protected] . I did online payment through gpay. I returned the shirt as it was too big for me but did not receive the refund of Rs.972. Urbanic does not have a contact number so i emailed them. They said that the refund is processed from their side and it will reflect in my bank account in 7-10 days. But it has been more than 2 months now and still my refund of Rs 972 is not reflected in my bank account. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and please get my refund back from them.

          I I'm akshita Vishnoi one of your coustomer I'm really unhappy with your service I applied for return the pickup agent didn't came for days after I applied for return and now you cancelled my return request after the time exceeded for return it's not fair
          Why should I suffer because of your bad pickup policy
          It's not great please try to resolve my issue
          Or will never be able to trust you app for shopping

            I had ordered a coat and one more product my order id is[protected] and the amojnt is 1003 and i have received an empty box i have an video also as an proof while opening the packet i told urbanic about it but they are not helping me as a customer they just told me we cant do anything we have sent the order so plz look into the matter

              So I cancelled a order from Urbanic which I prepaid through GPay worth Rs 1013.They said refund was completed from their end on 19th july which was the date when I cancelled my order and they also added that money will reflect in my bank account within 7 to 10 business days.But its been 15 days I didn't get my refund yet which is just so irresponsible from Urbanic. I really want my refund back please help.

                  My order hasn't been delivered yet i placed order on 19th July 2023 and today it's been 28th July 2023 and my order hasn't been shipped yet it's still in processing stage how long will it take ? I want my order before 31st July 2023.

                    My order has not been delivered yet i ordered on 19 July now it's been 28 July and my order hasn't been shipped yet . It's still in processing stage.Urbanic customer service is the worst I have ever seen it feels like you are taking to a bot. I want my order before 31st July .

                      I ordered a dress from urbanic and it got delivered on 13th july. There was 10 days return window and i placed my return on 19th july order id[protected].
                      after multiple reminders no one came to pickup that parcel and 23rd july was the last date and on that date i got a message that my pickup is cancelled as 10 days is over now i cant put return request again.
                      They deliberately delayed my pickup so that on last day they can cancel it . i want my money back

                        I orderd a jeans from the end of season sale with two different sizes. One medium size worth ₹922 and other jeans size small worth ₹872 (same jeans) . The jeans went out of stock and my order got cancelled. The payment was done in advance by online method (paytm). Now that my money is blocked i want the refund ASAP!
                        The order was placed on 10/7/23 and i received the cancelation mail on 11/7/23. I have been waiting for long but i haven't got my refund. Please take some action.

                              It's been 10 days and still I have not received my order. The tracking link show wrong information. I don't know what the customer service is doing they are saying the same thing form 4 days. Not even updating with the status of my package

                                      I ordered two tops from Urbanic, but I received one top in a different color. However, they have been continuously canceling my return request. They claim that I'm committing fraud because I had previously ordered the same top through my account. It is entirely possible for someone to like the same top but want it in a different color and order it again. Their attitude has been very rude, and they don't seem to value their customers. Despite being a regular purchaser, they are accusing me without justification.

                                        This is to bring to your notice I had placed an order of 2 products which I wanted to return due to some fitting issues
                                        It’s been more than 11 days since I have placed for return but still there is no response from them
                                        On app it’s showing awaiting return but still no attempt is made from them despite my several reminders and calls.
                                        Everytime they are sending me the SSA me reply that it will be picked up with 24hrs but nothings has happened
                                        It is a request please help me out with this matter and please try to address the issue asap
