I have placed my order on 14 Nov from urbanic..but the order is still in processing stage and they have given me the estimated time of delivery between 24-28 Nov..if they haven't shipped the order yet how they gonna deliver it on estimated date..I have contacted their customer care but still they are saying we will ship it as soon as possible

    I ordered From Urbanic and pre paid for the order. My money got deducted from my bank account but Urbanic says that they haven't received any money and my order still hasn't got confirmed.
    I need a refund or I need to get the order. My paid more than 1.5k

      The status for my order[protected] has not changed at all for 10 complete days!! The chat support and email support keep repeating th same thing that is already stated in the app. There's no estimated date of delivery from both ends!! This is ridiculous. Probably my last order (if it is ever delivered)

              I had ordered 2 dresses and accesories on october 30 and it was given that it will be delivered by November 14. And it's still not shipped also its prepaid. Very disappointed, I don't know if I should just cancel it as it's of no use after November 15th. Kindly do the needful
              The order got shipped the very next day. And was delivered on 15th. :)

                  I’ve placed an order on 30th October and it’s still under processing, if order doesn’t serve for the occasion what’s even the purpose of it! I placed orders 3 times and probably this would be my last order from Urbanic! This is a prepaid order..Hard time trusting these guys.

                      I placed an order for 5 items on 27th october and the expected delivery date was 10th nov but it is still in processing stage and the customer care said to wait patiently... Today is 9th nov and there are no updates still.. Very disappointed with this!

                        I placed my order on 21st October 2021 with urbanic. The order still havent shipped. Its already been 18 days since i placed my order. It was a prepaid order. I tried to reach out through urbanic support and emails. But they never responded. Please look through. It is really disappointing

                        They delivered me the package on 10th November 2021. The packaging is really good. The products are upto mark also. Thank you urbanic
