I ordered two tops from Urbanic, but I received one top in a different color. However, they have been continuously canceling my return request. They claim that I'm committing fraud because I had previously ordered the same top through my account. It is entirely possible for someone to like the same top but want it in a different color and order it again. Their attitude has been very rude, and they don't seem to value their customers. Despite being a regular purchaser, they are accusing me without justification.
