refund not processed

Company promised me the refund with in 7 -10 days but it has been more than that.
The only source of communication is emails.
They taking so much time and this is very imconvenient.
All they give is next date.
I returned the product last month and i haven't received refund yet.
Not do they give appropriate reasons.
First the product was so uncomfortable and now delay in refund.
Very inconvenient...

There is no contact number i have shopped for rs 6077 and have to return it due to size issue. I returned but haven't got any information about return. No contact no. So i am help less. I need my refund. Its of 4687. I have ordered it on 26th december with order no.[protected] and received on 8 th december 2019 with ticket no.[protected] and with informing me about refund they closed the ticket. On december 9th 2019 i have returned they parcel. But haven't received any info about refund. I am helpless. Please help to get my refund. It's totally fraud case.. Please help

Haven't got the refund yet. Order IDs[protected]. And second order id[protected]

I had ordered something worth almost 4500 and payment was deducted from my account but ordered got cancelled and i tried again same 4500 got deducted and same thing happened.. 45 hours went still haven't got my refund yet. I want this issue to be resolved asap.

I ordered the dress from urbanic but received a different product so I returned the product and it got reached the seller on August 16 but still I didn't receive my refund and I asked customer care chat session but there is no reply from there too pls help me in getting my refund
