So far, so good. Urbanic is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. I have received a different product than image on urbanic I talked to customer service 10 15 times nobody helps I was told 48hrs wait after completion of every 48hrs but no resolution is provided I am done with urbanic
